The two wingback, hopefully Wolfe continues his form from internationals and Jackson uses his speed. I’m pleased to see arguably our two best cb playing together barring any mistakes of course. I’d prefer to see Santi instead of toti though but again without any mistakes toti isn’t too bad.

Well what's the predictions for today? For me I'm more concerned with our performance than the result.
Obviously I'd like the points and be overjoyed if we won, but a showing of effort and design for the future both in defence but especially in counter attack would give me hope and a 2-1 defeat won't hurt so much.
I'm actually thinking a score draw, dunno how many but it'd bode well.

I’m quietly confident of a 2-1 win. But, more importantly, for the first time in what seems like ages, I’m actually looking forward to going today. Every game this season so far has just been a chore, a routine? Going because I’d got my ticket. But today, I’ve actually got the buzz again to go and watch my beloved wolves.

Anyone seen the Power House of Birmingham City? I love their ambition to build a better ground and wish we would do the same. However I am not stuck on the design and think it will date really quickly

I think they clearly have ambitious owners who are likely on to a winning model. There are no stadiums like that in the West midlands and if they time it right with that stadium and a push into the Prem they could quickly become THE team of the West mids. It kills me saying that, makes my blood boil as it was the promise we were all sold and we were right there on the brink of starting on that path but we lost to Seville and Fosun lost all interest! Such a wasted opportunity towards actually achieving something.
Whereas now, if/when we are relegated this season after YEARS of investing nothing in the infrastructure what will Fosun or us GENUINELY have to show for their time with us?! Absolutely nothing I'm afraid and that is a frankly damning indictment on their part! 🤬

I don't know if they lost interest Bully's, more likely realised the cost of maintaining a European campaign or even Premier League status as it turns out.
I think they, like many other Chinese owners rushed into this with their eyes wide shut to curry favour with their Government. Once that money dried up it became a death by a thousand cuts for the Club. They should have sold it back then.
As for this proposed development, ambitious but frankly hideous.

You're right, Long. Fosun are out of their depth in the PL. Through my industry I have some insight into Fosun. They invested in a jewellery company I know because the Fosun chairman was pleased with a purchase he made in one of the jewellery outlets in Hong Kong! That company went bust, but there was massive fraud. Fosun tend to invest in a very hands-off way without really getting to the bottom of things.
Fosun also looked at buying Newcastle before Wolves. They naturally think that Wolves should pay for itself, as that's the way they look at all their investments, without comprehending that football is not just a business opportunity. They should sell, but if relegation is inevitable they have lost the chance of a £400mil sale.

Will be interesting to see RE’s team selection DMac, will he persist with Hwang and others that VP always played.
I agree with your team, I think many of us would like something similar to:-
Johnstone, Bueno, Krejci, Santi, Jackson, Andre, Joao, Arias or Bellegarde, Lopez, Mane, Tolu or JSL.
Whatever Rob decides we have to try and get behind them, all players need to improve and I hope Rob can improve them all. Also no strange substitutions please. 🤞👍

Totally agree Dmac and Banksy, those teams should have some life In them and a desire that can bond us as a team up for a fight no matter the odds.
Mane could be a wonder kid if given time to acclimatise .
Not expecting a miracle tomorrow, but hopefully something entertaing for a change.
We should all be behind RE and the lads anew.

Team selection more than player capability seems to have been our undoing on a number of occasions DMac so let's just hope RE sees what the fans see.
That certainly looks like our best team unless JSL has been inspired by his international performance.

I've got a good feeling about the Crystal Palace game. I had a dream the other night and we won 1-0.
There's plenty of time left for us to rescue the season. A win against Palace and a decent January window and we're on our way. It's good to have a Wolves man at the helm.

Bit worried during the first half, I was beginning to think the master plan at Wolves (men and women) is to give the ball to the opposition as often as possible in the first half, probably to give the opposition a fair chance? A reports come out saying Wolves will not sell Arias or let him go out on loan. Wolves paid a lot of money for him and Wolves have said they want to give Edwards a chance to see what happens.
