Was Bellegarde playing today?
Angel Gomes couldn’t fight his way out of a paper bag. What an awful signing.
Edwards intent on playing the shortest players in the league... hasn’t got a clue.
He will take us to Division One along with Fosun where they belong.

So the owners have some decisions to make.
Do we keep faith with Re or move on?
How many of this squad do we keep?
For me Re has shown he is unable to improve this squad and that’s a concern. His tactics have been found wanting and he be left looking lost on the touch line to often so for me he needs to be let go.
So who do we replace him with, well we found Nuno and I’m sure we could find another.
With regards to the squad it’s not good enough, Hwang, Bellegard, Tchatchau, Angel are all just poor. The two Brazilians are both quality and with that will come offers for them.
Not exactly filled with options are we.
Gonna need to have a clear out and bring in as many as ten new players.
18 Apr 2026 19:30:54
The owners have no ambition and will persevere with Rob. No one with half a brain cell would want to ruin their reputation by working for this bunch of inept doom mongers.
We all know the squad needs to be overhauled, but Fosun won't provide the support needed.
I've been saying for a while now that Krejci, Santi, Andre and Joao, etc., will all be sold, and Rob will be told he's to reintegrate the likes of Tommy Doyle, Traore and Sasa.
18 Apr 2026 17:03:42
Who do we keep and who do we sell?
Keep: No one
Sell: Every single player.
Absolutely pathetic squad, manager and owners.
I'm returning my Spurs and Sunderland tickets on Monday. I can't watch this anymore.
18 Apr 2026 17:00:13
Not really sure how Shi 2 can keep faith with Rob after this performance and team selection.
Angel again looks poor to me. Forgot Bellegarde was playing to be honest.
Mane comes on and we look much better, then he moves him out wide to make way for Hwang.
Not filling me with confidence for the future Rob.
What has happened to Tolu has he upset Rob or someone else?
18 Apr 2026 18:28:39
Once they bring Hwang on, he has given up the chase. We are so tactically inept. Anybody, any idea what system he uses? No pattern to the way we play, just hit and hope. I wish he would stop wasting Mane by pushing him out wide.
He's never a winger. Sorry, Rob, but the way you play has killed us off. All us fans know, realistically, we were relegated at Christmas.
18 Apr 2026 19:51:38
Yep.we need a goal.so bring on the goal machine hwang🤣.tolu not getting a look in.like r gomes not getting a start.R.E. is clueless and we will go down again with this fool in charge.keep playing jackson and A gomes.idiot.i give up on this ssn and definitely on R.E...bad enuf wel be playing Lincoln nxt ssn.ssn after wel be playing crewe🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣

Normal service resumes... another dire performance... relegated next week as can't see Spurs winning either.
18 Apr 2026 16:49:49
We'll be confirmed on Monday if West Ham draw.
18 Apr 2026 16:55:26
Yep ur right.
18 Apr 2026 17:11:08
Wack and hope, totally clueless. Nice to see Edwards directing traffic on the touchline again. What excuses this time? No playing style, passion, or ideas. Every time I watch us play of late, I feel like the life is being sucked out of me. Crap manager, crap team selections, crap team, crap owners. Time for fan revolt and protests.
18 Apr 2026 17:33:42
We're down, all bar the details. I want to take either Spurs or Forest with us.
18 Apr 2026 17:19:12
I don't often post, but read the comments a lot. It is easy to blame the ineptitude of the previous chairman, Jeff Shi and he has already apparently gone 'upstairs', however, there is one individual who I hope never sets foot in or near Wolverhampton again, the person who started this rot which was never going to be overcome and that, in my opinion is Pereira, who somehow always manages to land on his feet. All the defeats and poor play at the start of the season left us bottom with very little hope of recovering. The man came in and tried to be a 'breath of fresh air', but did nothing to prepare the squad for this season.
The sale of some of our top players seemed to happen without a word being said by him against it. That is the way it appears, even if it is not the full story. If Rob Edwards can now begin to build to 'hit the ground running' next season, which will need both ability, mental tough ess and physical strength, then now we know our fate, it is already time to accelerate the plan for next season. I am fairly sure that RE knows this and has been planning already. Some players will move on, without a doubt, but if he can replace well, then there is a little bit of light to come from the current darkness.

Watched abit of Portsmouth, Leicester and Derby, Oxford earlier, neither wonderful, but there was more purpose, energy and fight in the teams than we showed today from what little I heard.
The team hasn't any motivation, or it seems, organised plan. Toti is a liability. Angel put his shirt on and that seems was good enough to start. Jackson wasn't playing the same game.
Santi seemed to be going quietly about keeping Calvin Lewis quiet.
Kreiji tried. Andre and Gomes were a lonesome twosome, Armstrong did what he could. Bruno the only player really putting a shift in.
Edwards is the coach and says they did well in training, maybe because they were playing each other, because the last two games it's not shown on the pitch in real games.
Edwards has been a disaster bar a couple or so when the players lifted themselves against higher opposition, we can't drift into a Championship league without being up for it every game and I now really don't think Edwards is the man to lead us.
Who'd come to take over if Fosun actually decided to show some interest? Well I actually wouldn't mind O'Neil returning to be honest.
Yes he was awful in his time, but it wasn't as bad as this. Robbie Kean? Yep, it may work, and we'll need some kind of pull to attract players with experience.
I've got to hopes to keep my interest for the remaining games, 1. To beat Spurs and hopefully pull them down with us. 2. To finish above Burnley, making the last game interesting.
What an bl**dy mess we (Fosun) have got our club in.
And finally, my pet hate, can we please, in our anniversary season, wear Old Gold shirts except where there is a genuine colour clash.
(I know I'm not alone on that).
18 Apr 2026 18:33:44
No, leave them in the change strip, most of them not fit to wear our gold shirt.
18 Apr 2026 18:36:50
Absolutely agree, "Old Gold" apparel, Abbey.
However won't make us play any better!
18 Apr 2026 19:09:25
You're right, Ray, hopefully it won't be this shower next season tho. And, yes, sadly it won't, Oxley.
Coz the Old Gold will mean nothing when it comes to pulling on the shirt, sadly.

Good day! Long time reader, but as I watch today's game the more worried I become for next season. I apologize if this comes across as doom and gloom, but I feel like we have been stuck in the darkness this season and I wonder when we will cometh into the light!
I had a few thoughts after 1st half of the Leeds game. We will lose our so called best players at the end of the season and what does that leave us with? Our recruitment lately has been very hit or miss and this season more miss than anything. I worry about what players will want to come to us and what players we will buy. Then we have to look at our manager. As long as he is our manager I will want him to succeed, but has he shown us enough? Can he show us anything with the current squad and the situation he came into? After 20 mins at Leeds he looks out of ideas and the team looks like a Sunday pub side. Is he good enough?
Under Edwards:
Games Played: 19
Won: 3
Drawn: 6
Lost: 10
Win Percentage: 15.7%
Should we find another manager? Can we find someone better, or will he be able to replicate his Middlesbrough team form? I'm just unsure. We have been here before and I just hope it's not like the last time we went down. Anyway I am interested in your thoughts. Here comes the second half "Come On You Wolves!"
18 Apr 2026 16:43:37
Fosun will not give any manager the tools or resources they need to succeed. We will no doubt sell our better players (who they are, God only knows). Fosun will pocket the money and give the manager nothing to work with.
18 Apr 2026 17:10:22
Welcome to the site, Tweet, and for what it's worth I've always felt Rob Edwards' appointment would never amount to much, and so far I think I can feel justified in thinking that.
Just another Jeff Shi special, ie, someone who will accept anything they give him without question.
I'm not one for pouring over the stats, but he must be one of the worst we've had in a long time.
18 Apr 2026 15:26:18
Diabolical start, far too casual particularly from Toti.
18 Apr 2026 15:58:16
The cold, hard facts are that over the last 2 games, we have played 2 fellow relation candidates and conceded 6 goals.
Edwards is out of his depth. The sooner he realises it, the better. Only problem is that, as long as Fosun remain, we ain't going to progress.
18 Apr 2026 16:03:50
Listening on radio, well, was. If they can't be ar**d, then why do I bother?
Thing struck me tho, the one player seemingly given it his all is Hugo. The one player to have grown through Wolves as a club? Hugo.
Let's see what Mane can bring us, chuck in Rodrigo Etioke and Lima, and bung in the other youngster for 5-10 mins. Don't care if we lose 8-0 nowadays, long as we see some genuine effort.
18 Apr 2026 16:48:42
Re couldn't pick his nose.
Out now, surely.
18 Apr 2026 15:24:06
We really are s***.
2 goals in 2 minutes.
Toti is a liability. If we're relying on him next season, we're well and truly f***ed.
Absolutely pathetic performance so far.
We've got no fight or passion. The sooner Fosun go, the better.
18 Apr 2026 15:23:30
18 minutes in and 2-0 down 🙄, sad to say it, but I don't think I will bother watching the 2nd half.
18 Apr 2026 14:27:50
Was reading an article earlier this week which mentioned that it is no coincidence that Wolves, West Ham, Forest and Spurs are all at the bottom of the table as the hierarchy want profit over performance.
It mentioned that all of these clubs have been turned down by higher standards of managers and players as they don't want to be at a club with no clear direction and that the only reason Di Zerbi signed at Spurs was that astronomical salary.
