Looks like we've been offered Doc on loan if Tottenham ITKs are anything to go by.

1.) 07 Jan 2022 11:20:41
Reading that we have had a €30 million bid turned for Benoît Badiashile

2.) 08 Jan 2022 09:17:32
When you want to make the next step and you sell your best players, the next step never happens,” Lage admitted.

05 Jan 2019 19:31:47
Sky saying we want to sign Rogerio from Juve - if they will welease him lol.

1.) 05 Jan 2019 20:10:34
Welease woger many thanks

Bigus Dickus.

2.) 06 Jan 2019 16:41:10
Heh heh - he could be the new Messiah.

3.) 08 Jan 2019 08:27:25
No he's just a naughty boy - sorry couldn't help myself.

31 Dec 2018 23:09:49
Remember when Nuno took over if you had said to me that the only three regular home grown players the following season would be a midfielder on his way out, a free transfer from Norwich and a wing back who can't get into the Irish team I would have called you crazy.

But Coady, Bennett and Doc have shown that under Nuno you don't have to be a big name you just have to work hard and not make mistakes while sticking to his plan. If you can't keep up like Batth then you don't get to play.

1.) 01 Jan 2019 09:47:29
Proves what a great coach he really is.

2.) 01 Jan 2019 17:48:22
Yes Nuno knows what he wants and it works.

24 Sep 2018 21:51:06
I have been looking at relegation odds Wolves are 40/1 which might sound mean but actually that puts us 7th with only the top 6 usual suspects longer odds Everton Leicester Newcastle Palace all shorter the clever money thinks we're staying up.

1.) 25 Sep 2018 13:59:25
We are equal 7th (with Watford) to win the league. But it's 500/ 1 so don't get too carried away. Bookies giving short odds on us beating Leicester tonight. Let's hope they're right.

07 Aug 2018 11:37:42
Still coming across bits of rumour about Vida and Dendonker either will do both apparently in the UK so expect they will join someone

Rose also in the market Spurs think he's peaked and a good chance to sell but he will be expensive

Guedes leaving PSV but price too high for Wolves.

1.) 07 Aug 2018 13:41:56
What do the emerging top players all have.
Pace and dribbling skills
I’m talking about MBappe, Rashford, Sane etc

Pace is the one thing you can’t defend against. Traore will be one of Wolves best signings.

2.) 07 Aug 2018 14:32:13
Last thing heard on Vida was that Wolves were the only team to of tabled an offer albeit below Besiktas's asking price of £20mil, player likely to holding out on Arsenal but they need to offload either Welbeck or Mustafi first to free up a fee.

3.) 07 Aug 2018 17:05:21
If we make a bid for Vida I hope it includes a clause that requires him to have a hair cut!
That Rodney-tail does not shout out 'nasty uncompromising hard tackling defender' to me!

4.) 07 Aug 2018 18:07:23
1877 - would generally agree with your comment about the importance of pace, but having said that Mo Camara was probably the fastest player I've seen at the Mol!

Can we settle an argument lol

Is his name pronounced h'may-nez or himmy-nez?

1.) 13 Mar 2022 16:22:34
I'm guessing Jim - EN - ez Window, but only because that's how it's spelt.

2.) 13 Mar 2022 17:08:01
I think it's pronounced Him-men-ez.

Professional performance from what I got on radio, happy with that.
Plus "Coady with the winner" don't get that often. We'll done skipper!

3.) 14 Mar 2022 12:08:26
It sounds like to me,
Him in nez.

01 Feb 2022 08:12:44
Obvs I wanted a significant signing of Adama's quality or better but on the other hand a number of decent loans have gone out like Giles to Blackburn

These players might not yet be ready to challenge for Europe but you would think one or two of them will next season as well as our Grasshoppers players who we can recall like Tori

So yeah underwhelmed but not despondent

1.) 01 Feb 2022 10:47:46
Somehow don’t think Mr Lage will be seeing things quite the same, he’s taken the Club as far as he’s been allowed, signed no players he’s wanted, lost one who he wanted to keep and now knows he has no say and won’t be backed by the board, is this not the exact situation they created with Nuno? Trying to lead his under strength squad into Europe with both hands tied behind his back won’t be what he was looking forward too in the second half of the season.

2.) 01 Feb 2022 11:41:07
I don’t agree Oxley. January is not a good time to buy and even worse to get your main targets. Clearly the vision Lage has for the future will include replacing the central midfield pair as one is coming to the end and another is destined for much bigger things. He also wants a new defensive set up which requires maybe two central defenders and a striker to either play with or back up to Raul.
These are signings for the next two summers and not a panic for this January. If your targets are not available would you rather we signed just anyone to fill a gap? If you do that what does it tell the young players about their chances of progress.
I’m Much happier with giving Toti, Fabio, Hoever, Cundle etc. chances to play games whilst we are set to welcome back Jonny, Boly, Mosquera, Neto, Hwang shortly. I don’t believe in panic buying.
Now the summer, that’s a different matter!

3.) 01 Feb 2022 17:10:55
The problem is, that this line of 'next window we'll get something' is wearing pretty thin four windows down the line! Sorry but people are saying 'ah it will happen in the summer' and it was the EXACT same thing those same posters said exactly this time last year?! Broken clocks springs to mind at this stage.
They announced the Hwang deal and what a clever bit of spin that was. Here's a signing we were going to make in the summer anyway but maybe if we announce it now (despite it being no more done than it was the day before I might add) you'll all forget that we are letting Adama head off to Barcelona for nothing and without so much of a promise of future funds?!
Also people are saying FFP but I'm afraid that also doesn't stand up. We were working underneath it whilst paying Adama £40k a week, so surely common sense would dictate we could replace him with a loan on similar wages?!
Then there's the other excuse, no options. I wasn't keen on Erikson when there was a fee attached but can anyone honestly tell me he wasn't worth a six month punt on a free no less?! Or for that matter having a player like him would make more sense than relying on Cundle as our only CMF cover?! Or for that matter that someone like Callum Chambers who is both versatile across the back line AND homegrown wasn't exactly the sort of signing we were crying out for?!
I know some will say I'm moaning but frankly I don't care cause your right I am! When Fosun decided we were going to have the fifth highest priced season ticket in the league THEY should have known that would come with increased expectation! I can't help but wonder how people would have reacted to yet another window where we weakened the squad if Lage wasn't working miracles! Let's hope we don't find out in the coming months eh?!

4.) 01 Feb 2022 19:35:43
I get your point about Ericson Bully I had wondered about maybe a short term contract but I guess he was comfortable with a London club (where he has played before) with a Danish connection.

5.) 01 Feb 2022 20:30:39
Fingers crossed bullysboy the rest of the season surprises us all continuing our excellent January's form.

6.) 01 Feb 2022 21:12:14
We can't get another loan as we already have 2!
Why on earth would we sign Ericson (or Ramsey) when they clearly don’t fit our system!
Before people moan about missing out on players they should consider:
A) just because journalists link us to players doesn’t mean we actually wanted them or missed out on them!
B) would that player fit into our system and style and would they improve us?
C) if we keep just buying new players when will our younger lads ever get a chance (Toti, Kilman, Cundle, etc…)
D) would adding a seasoned big name such as Ericson or Ramsey (on big money) upset the clear bond the current players have.
We currently have a great squad who are all in it together with 4 players coming back that will be like new signings. I really don’t see how adding players who don’t fit or don’t know our style is going to help!

7.) 01 Feb 2022 22:02:45
Fair points Tommo I would say in response that:
A) I didn't see journalists link us to either of the players I mentioned. It would seem that even the journos have given up tieing us to signings! ?
B) I'm not sure what you seem to think makes our system SO unique that a seasoned Pro like Erikson couldn't adapt to it?! In terms of would they improve us, fair question but on a six month deal what is there to lose?
C) so what are we never signing any first team players again then?! Does it have to be a choice between that and developing youngsters?! Can't we replace first team players like Adama with first team options whilst still bringing youngsters through our squad? Ya know like most other teams do?!
D) I think you are over romanticising the way most squads interact these days. Are they close yes, but why exactly would players like Chambers/Erikson coming into that group suddenly destroy that? Quite the opposite maybe it would show the others that Fosun are in fact serious for a change?! We've just lost another TOP player, why do you think that is? And what do you think Reuben will be thinking of Adamas exit?
Oh also, as for the returning players let's all just calm down on those shall we. Jonny will be lucky to ever get back to the player he was and as for Neto it was the desperate need to rush him back last injury (due to guess what a lack of options) that got him where he is!
Look I actually like the approach with the youngsters supporting the squad. What I'm not so keen on is the lack of options we suddenly have if things don't go smoothly with those coming back? I also think one or two on here are underestimating the difference Adama made in the squad. On the bench or not they are big boots to fill!

8.) 01 Feb 2022 23:52:40
Eriksen went to Brentford as he wanted to see if he could still play St this level. A good player? Yes of course but remember that the last time he played football, he collapsed. Could we afford him? Of course we could but the fact of the matter is that Brentford was the perfect fit for where Eriksen is in life at the moment. He is close to his home in London and Thomas Frank is a good friend of his as he was his coach at Under 17 level.

9.) 02 Feb 2022 00:43:12
I get all that Jas but Erikson was an example. I notice no one mentioned Chambers cause we all know we could have done with him. Yes you can only have two loans but if they'd wanted to do it they could have signed Hwang now and then freed up a second slot (the fee ain't changing). They could of done IF they'd wanted to, that's the problem I don't actually believe Fosun even considered it. Lages working wonders but he is also going up in stock, if he can't see us progressing with him then (like Nuno) I worry that he'll get itchy feet as well.

10.) 02 Feb 2022 07:11:51
Traore a bit part player who has consistently not delivered I think surely we won't miss him as much as being made out we will.
Would be nice for acknowledgment that it is him Traore that has turned his back on us and left his worshipping fans down and disappointed.

11.) 02 Feb 2022 09:46:07
Apparently he was offered a big deal. By fosun. But as you say he turned his back on us,and if reports correct he was in talks with Barcelona before Xmas,as much as I admire him, maybe it's best he's gone,I never thought I would think that, but we are bigger than an individual, let's get back to normality, and enjoy the game we all love, still great to be a wolves fan,my friends

12.) 02 Feb 2022 10:42:36
Sound mate,?

13.) 02 Feb 2022 11:02:38
I take your point BullyBoy and do agree to some extent but there is no way that an ageing Ramsey or Ericsson would play on the Neves or Moutinho roles as they never have previously. Also, I can’t believe anyone thinks Callum Chambers would add anything to our defence!
Personally, if we could have added Sanches, Botman or Paulinha then absolutely but with their clubs in European competitions they won’t let them go.
I will miss Adama but I believe this gives us the best chance of getting decent money for a player who had made it clear he didn’t want to stay.
I just didn’t see a player that Lage would want going forwards move anywhere else in this window (other than maybe Diaz).

14.) 02 Feb 2022 11:23:50
Um the problem is Phil that 'bit part' was mostly the bit which broke teams down! In the last two months we have won four league games, of those four he's scored two goals (one disallowed) and got the assit for 'that' win at United. In fact of our four wins he changed the game for the better/helped get us over the line in at least three of them! And without him at United we could still be in OT now and wouldn't have broken um down. The club froze him out because they new they were going to have to let him go (we did the same thing to Jota). And in fairness to the club it seems to work because fans fall for it start to tell themselves we don't need said player. Again some fans did that with Jota, hilariously those same fans are now lamenting the price we sold Jota at! ?
Also buddy (for the record:) I don't 'worship' players, they are just people that happen to be good at something. And we can blame Traore for leaving, we can blame Jota for leaving and I'm sure one day we will blame Neves for leaving. Sooner or later though maybe instead of blaming the players we should look a bit closer to home?! Adama couldn't wait to get out of the door and niether could Docs (a player who was here from a young age) can anyone tell me why that is because all I'm reading on here is how tight our club is?

15.) 02 Feb 2022 12:13:48
Good response Bullysboy and thanks for explaining clearly where you are coming from an attribute I could be better at.
I'm thinking that because fosun got us into the premier league with all the quality players that have got us to where we are I'm maybe seeing no wrong in fosun.
For me it's all unknown the dealings within the club.
As Traore didn't sign contract I lost complete respect for him I can't help that it's just how I feel mate.?

16.) 02 Feb 2022 13:14:09
BB – you were the first poster I interacted with and have consistently been one of the more rational, balanced and coherent of the posters on here however although you know I tend to agree with virtually everything you say we have to accept that, as Phil pointed out to me, it is all a matter of opinions.
It was inevitable we would lose Traore, as we probably will Neves – although perhaps the Jota case was more of a shock and probably more about him than the club.
All 3 of them are Champions league quality players and will want to play at that level.
In the summer of 2020 maybe, they may have thought they could play at that level with us as we were v v close to making that leap –[ which makes the Jota case sadder, { (he had given up months before, hence was 4th of 4 of our then first team quality wide players – oh for such riches now, with Neto injured we only have 1 despite playing a system that requires 2 having effectively lost 3 of the 4 without any adequate replacements!) and it was not stupid selling him for £41m, (although of course we only got £32m plus Hoever – which was stupid)}]
However, when China stopped Fosun injecting more money – they never actually put much, (circa £100m) in as most of our dealings were on tick – which has hurt us badly lately as the payments became due- it was always going to be hard.
This sadly was exacerbated by Fosun losing all of the good people who had taken us to success and replacing them with a naïve, novice in Shi who blew spectacularly our best hope – sell Jota and buy wisely (and I’ve been over this a thousand times!).
But to be fair to Shi he did appoint Lage, who has performed minor miracles, and buy Sa. Consequently, although we have a v v small squad if (and I accept it is a big if) Neto, Otto, Boly and Marcal return to form and fitness we may still have a strong second half of the season and challenge for Europe.
Personally, I would have kept Traore and hoped that we could squeeze into 4th but you can see why he would want to go to Barcelona.
Time will tell if it was the right deal for him. Given his contract situation and the pull for him of Barcelona it is not surprising we didn’t get a better deal but that is now in the past and we have to look forward and pray that some of the young prospects turn out to be Kilmans not any of the nameless cast that have passed through over recent years.
So I guess all we can do is keep our chins us and remember like Jas said we will all still be supporting the club -TOGETHER – this time next year regardless!

17.) 02 Feb 2022 13:52:29
Great response as always gents, just as an aside I have to say that I LOVE the fact we all have different opinions on this stuff! The day we all agree this stops being a forum and just becomes a fan club and that's not for me. I come on here to read differing views like Phils, Jas, Kens, Futures, Rated, Tommo (and all the rest:) because they are often different to my own! I fully recognise that just cause I feel this way that doesn't make me right.
My last word on this (promise:) I suppose all I would add is that (as I've said before:) I don't blame Fosun for players leaving. I do blame them for not replacing them. I think Lages good enough for us to be fine either way (which has been my position all season I might add). But like Future I am starting to think more about what might of been! Does that mean I don't think Fosun have done well for us of course not but do I think they could have done better with a bit more ambition definetly yes! Let's just hope Adama goes to Barcelona and makes himself indespensible eh ?

18.) 02 Feb 2022 14:38:13
Thefutureisoldgold and bullysboy ??
Have upmost joy on here and always want the best for wolves including fellow fans who have been on here for fair few years/seasons in which there been some humongous events effecting us all and we still here.

Not sure if you saw post I did other day atlectic Madrid v Barcelona this weekend lol I've forgotten what day and k.o.

19.) 02 Feb 2022 15:47:15
Good summary BullyBoy and I think most of us feel the same.
I do wonder if the pandemic may have effected fosuns strategy short term but all in all I have confidence that in the long term we will establish ourselves in the top 8 and be constantly challenging for Europe and trophies.
It’s still a far cry from where we’ve been for most of our lives but I agree we may have missed a few opportunities in the last 3 windows!
Still, it’s our FA Cup year lads, I can feel it!

20.) 02 Feb 2022 16:53:38
Hope your gut feeling is right Tommo our fa Cup year.

I read recently mouthino wants to win something with wolves.

21.) 02 Feb 2022 17:37:03
How I see 4 of our top players that have left us.
Jota he was too good to stay with us at his young age already hit the top early 20's when he left us.
Just we are new to the premier league at the time building in year on year progression where Liverpool top 4 team.

Doherty I think his head turned by Mourinho which went pear shaped for him at spurs.
What I always thought at the time Doherty lost out on his 10year testimonial whether that has any bearing I don't know.

Rui Patricio I do not know either forgotten or didn't take notice at the time.

Traore my main issue not signing contract for 18months loss of consistent form resulting in his value going down and down.
The half season which made him stand out as a top top player who proved this with excellent consistent play I was expecting the seasons after to replicate that but he didn't and I admit it could be down to covid no crowds style of play etc but there many times he missed sitters or chose wrong pass. But there times in patches I acknowledge where he has a run and got us important points from winning goals or match winning performances.
I believe with Traore exceptional unique talent he easily should be scoring 15 to 20 goals a season and then in my view if he still wanted to leave we would be sitting on 50 million plus war chest.

Of all the 4 players above I believe fosun have had their hands tied.

I do agree with previous posts fosun should put a high release clause in contracts to protect their/our interests.

22.) 02 Feb 2022 23:55:08
Top responses Phil and Tommo as always gents. And I do get where you are both coming from, ironically I ABSOLUTELY agree! Weather I moan or not I entirely accept that (like you guys say) there was Wolves before Fosun and now there's Wolves since Fosun and I can't argue (you are both right:) since is definitely better! ?
I also need to give some respect to Future. Just to say Future that I feel privileged to have been your first interaction on here fella. Your always so complimentary in your posts and I appreciate that buddy. But I would point out here fella that when we started arguing/debating I was on the other side of the Fosun fence to you! The fact that we are now on the same page is largely down to your ability to make me see things your way buddy so don't underestimated your own powers of persuasion! I get that most won't read this now cause it's on a second page but let's all keep disagreeing! You can only know what YOU know but it's challenging what you guys think that makes this nonsense worthwhile! COYW?

23.) 03 Feb 2022 01:16:18

04 Jan 2022 08:10:40
All I am reading is what's wrong with utd not what's right at Wolves

A team starting with Ronaldo and Cavani at the front and bringing on Rashford and Fernandes from the bench were outclassed that's the story!

1.) 04 Jan 2022 08:32:58
It suits us as we are not in the limelight carry on going about our business and eventually whoosha we will start to turn heads.
With Neto jonny mosquera boly to come back from injury for me it's looking very good for us.
With jiminez back to his best (hopefully) trincao gone or start to play his game more silva developing more a signing or even 2 signings this month (I think 1 signing as it stands)2 if Traore is sold,

2.) 04 Jan 2022 10:12:12
WindowWolf. What did you expect from the British sporting press? They just write about the same old teams all the time. I just don't read it anymore!
Clint Eastwood will come over and make a movie "No Stadium for Old Men" with Ronaldo and Cavani.
Joao doesn't count he's still 21 really!

3.) 04 Jan 2022 10:38:41
None big 6 team beats a big 6 team it's always "oh big 6 team played badly" never other team played well and outplayed them.

4.) 04 Jan 2022 11:18:59
Agree with all above but my most notable ignorance of our victory was Eamon Holmes new channel, he being the huge utd fan, they didn't even mention the game. You can bet your last penny it would have been had the mancs beaten us, accompanied with images of Ronaldo Rashford etc. Its nice to retain our own identity tho and not have sycophantic fair weather 'support' from the media.

5.) 04 Jan 2022 11:35:59
Just home after a trip across the pond for the game, players and fans did us proud, my heads still banging, might have something to do with a few pints on the boat, was chatting to a couple of UTD fans in bar, nothing but praise for us, the got what they deserved according to one.
One thing I have to say is, if we can learn to move the ball quicker when attacking with the forward pass, we will punish teams week in week out, once or twice one or 2 of the players checked their run instead of the first time ball into the channel, other than that I have no complaints from an assured controlled performance, it more so an observation than a complaint.

Bruno is shaping things nicely with what he has in the squad, he doesn't panic and is good calm head for the players and us fans.

Not getting carried away, but I feel we may have another taste of Europe next season.

6.) 04 Jan 2022 20:24:20
Spot on Window. I've just finished trolling through about 2 dozen you tube channels, from Sky, Talksport, etc to the fans ones and they're all the same. 95% bemoaning United and 5% "well played Wolves".
I understand it from the fans ones but as for the main stream media channels, just pathetic as usual.

{Ed047's Note - you guys are a fickle bunch, so many of you were moaning about the manager early season and I remember sticking up for him and what looked to be great football you were playing.

Now you’re worried because you realise he’s actually pretty good and got you playing some great stuff but everyone’s only talking about the shitshow that is Manchester United.

Just enjoy what you have guys and hopefully you’ll get better and better. I always love watching your team. Oh and just laugh at United along with the rest of us.

7.) 04 Jan 2022 20:58:10
Lage's early critics aside Ed0047, most of us could see the positive changes starting to take effect. It's just the continuous obsession with the media favourites. Positive or negative, it's always about them, never the other team.

I know it's down to lazy or incompetent punditry/journalism but it just wears a bit thin, on occasion.

{Ed047's Note - I know mate and it’s hard to ignore it but you were awesome against United and a pleasure to watch.

I think the media just love bashing United and they deserve it and it gets the relevant outlook the clicks they crave.

Have a great season and enjoy your boys and the football they’re playing, long may it continue!

8.) 05 Jan 2022 06:06:56
Real good to hear a neutral fan liking our team cheers Ed047.?

I remember when I went in August man utd at home I stated my opinion typical man utd play rubbish and come away with the 3 points and you agreed. That day we played really well and the best team lost,I'm delighted that the best team (wolves) won the other night.
A great save at the end from our goalie and fernandes hit the bar at last we had the rub of the green for a change.
If not for our low goal scoring this season we would be higher up in the league.
How I look upon us we are still growing for at least a season or 2 before Lage has the team/squad he wants.Everything to look forward to in the coming years for us wolves.
May your team give you as much enjoyment Ed047 as my team gives me.
Football 4ever.

05 Aug 2021 19:47:33
Messi is leaving Barca

OK so not someone we can expect to tread the Mol turf but there could be a knock on effect

If he goes to Man City will they still want Grealish and if another big club signs Grealish instead then will they want Traore?

1.) 05 Aug 2021 21:44:59
They've completed on Grealish so it's all somewhat academic! 🤣.

2.) 06 Aug 2021 00:15:02
Wouldn’t sign Messi as he seems to have a bit of an attitude problem.

3.) 06 Aug 2021 06:13:14
See they had to give Grealish a chair to pose in. Most probably couldn't stand long enough for a camera without falling over.

4.) 06 Aug 2021 07:30:37
Grealish was an example the point is that there is another top striker in the market and any club signing him will move on another top striker more than one probably.

5.) 06 Aug 2021 11:49:44
Firstly, in what parallel universe is JG worth £100M and secondly, if Man City also sign Kane for £150M, that's £250M on two players.

Have I missed something or are they still under investigation over their sponsorship funding and ffp?

02 Jun 2021 16:23:07
Everton talking to Nuno

I bet they sign him and make top 6.

1.) 02 Jun 2021 16:56:53
And there lies the crux of the matter!
Nuno and Fosun dealt with his departure in a very friendly manner with Wolves Fans showing their appreciation for the job Nuno did and for the man himself who became a part of the local community!
I personally had hoped his future was outside the Premier League so his lasting relationship with fans and club would be maintained.
Of course he should take whatever job he likes etc but it would be ironic if he took Everton on to great things whilst Wolves became also tans.

2.) 02 Jun 2021 18:21:37
Hi All, If Nuno takes the Palace or Everton job, it tells us a lot about the reason he left, Def not home sickness.

I wish him well whatever, just hope wolves make the right replacement.

Not a lot of money available depends who we sell.

{Ed002's Note - I explained why he was offered around to four other PL clubs - he and JM decided the club could not match his expectations. Going to CP or Everton will likely not resolve that - but that is likely where he will go.}

Managers are ambitious same as players, I wish him well more chance with Everton money wise you'd think Ed unless they want to spend it on the new stadium. Fosun want to develope at a slower pace obviously. We shall see!

{Ed002's Note - You need to step away from whining about the owners. Clubs need to earn what they spend.}

I wasn't moaning if you read it again it's Fosun's money to spend as they wish. I'm just along for the ride as I have since 67. Though I am entitled to an opinion same as you Ed!

{Ed002's Note - The problem is Ken that the owners name keeps coming up as the issue.}

Let's face it fosun sacked Nuno, end of, they only said he left by mutual consent, save embarrassment,
Let's move on with whoever comes in and give him our full support,
I love Nuno to bits, but I don't give a toss who he goes on to manage next. New era on the horizon. Coyw.

Obviously Ed 002 you are correct, as in life, over the long run you can only ever spend what you earn and Wolves simply don't earn enough compared to many of the teams that we aspire to compete with.

Interestingly taking Everton as a comparison we earn just as much from TV, almost the same from gate receipts ( odd as Everton have a much larger ground - guess no European football? ) but Everton make some £50m (or nearly 3.5x) more from Sponsorship, advertising, merchandising and other commercial activities - albeit that in 2019/ 20 £30m was supposedly a one off income.

I accept that Everton have been a v successful Prem league side for a v long time (and Wolves haven't) and therefore they have a more established and much better brand to sell but in 2019 / 20 when Wolves were both far more succesful than Everton and were still growing/ rising up the league (s) compared to Everton the gap in revenues from Commercial etc actually increased even before the £30m is taken into account!

You may disagree but i actually think that it is the club's non football management team that is responsible for that and they are appointed by Fosun, (as in fact the football management team are)! Consequently I don't think it is unreasonable for fans to look to Fosun to put matters that they feel are wrong right?

I fear a relegation battle too like never before since Fosun anyway

Our team looks tired we need an injection of dynamism up front and strength at the back

Saiss has been a good servant to the club since he appeared in that 2016 spending spree and Zenga was manager he lasted longer than all the other signings

Good luck Romain

Decent enough player but we have Raul Hwang Neto Podense Fabio and a couple of youngsters coming through so probably not an attractive option for him

They keep giving us more chances to go above them but we don't take them

As for players we have too many bench warmers need to sell about 6-7 of them and buy 2-3 really strong players nobody is too good to sell although I would keep Sa Podense Neto Jonny and unless a decent bid comes in Neves and Kilman
