Must admit I turned it off at HT, criminal behaviour I realise.
Frustrating to see us repeat the same each year. I had hoped CP and this year would be better. Think he is under pressure now, has to win at weekend in my opinion.
Our players aren't the best and you have to have a little sympathy that we have no striker, however I do believe they are better than what we are seeing now.


Does everyone think he has already lost the players, how long does he have?
Shambles again, what a mess which has to be from the top, Shi 2 same old, ridiculous.

We've got to show some real purpose and effort on Saturday or CP and Shi will have some answering to do Banksy
Trouble is they never have a genuine response to make.
I wanna see those guys bust a gut for us, earn their money for the club, and give us a display we've paid to see.


Will they tho ? I honestly can't see it being any different approach than last night.
But, and it is a big big but, if raul had stayed fit or if we'd had a proven striker as back up, maybe we'd be in a better position with goals actually having been scored ?

I could go through this team and criticise every player but I have come to the conclusion that these players are better than they look and it is the tactics of the manager to not to attack, to play at walking pace to only play square or backwards balls, hold the ball too long and pass to the opposition at every opportunity.

Yes we have a very poor team but surely the manager can see what we can see but does not know what to do about it. We have a team who plays with fear and no confidence so over to you Mr Manager do your job.

Jackson- best game last night,if he stands out we are in trouble

Yerson - play football not fight everyone,you wasted out time last night
Doyle- shooting is absolutely shocking 20 min player
Lopez-class act,if drops we are flat

James- good strike,drifts out of game

Munetsi- when no movement he's pointless

Bellegarde- reinvented football,pass back and don't move instead of pass and move,once he passes back he stands /walks to opposition's player giving no options,no pace to take anyone on as he just falls over,at this level he is still not good enough

Cesar -well after last week's celebration I fear you were getting concerned,perhaps you should as finding solutions as you keep saying is what you are paid for another uncle jorge man I fear will let us down.


So in all honesty it's a bad bunch,a sad time,a poor owner who does not communicate,this manager will be gone after January when we fail to recruit again and the recycling of another manger and the use of these average players will see us achieve nothing.
Time to watch another team/ sport I think as I put in more effort walking to game from my car.
Just a note J9 upper Steve bull,last week 2 policemen and 2 staff stood in stairwell while we we trying to escape,,what a terrible decision and to see elderly men wobble done the terrace stairs cause of this funnelling is a health and safety worry,this week a 6'6 steward stood on the top of stairs and blocked my view of the corner of the pitch,,,well done sir your effort confirmed it will be my last ever season ticket as the team as Rob said are just not good enough,the mangers can't get anymore from them,the owners are a joke and as one of my relatives was actually a wolves player I have traveled and supported the team through all the up and downs,but enough is enough,wolves offer me nothing but pain,surely there is a Steve bull out there to save us a player who tries,,please.

Bang purely on last night
Sa - Didn't have a shot to save - other than the one he didn't. Portsmouth were very very ordinary. But he swept up fine and not sure what more he could have done - given he had no chance with a free shot from 15 yards that was well hit into a corner.
Jackson - agree he was fine which given Trippier's potential absences is a relief. Low bar though!
Hugo did well
Djiga - agreed. A class act.
Krejci - not sure why people believe he is not trying. He was fine last night albeit against a very limited opposition.
Andre - excellent as expected.
Munetsi - did ok but no better. How he is selected ahead of James is a mystery
Said - not sure he was that good last week but anonymous this week. Why take off Mane, who is playing well, and leave him on, again baffling?
Lopez - struggled with all the man handling the ref allowed ( Ref was v poor and inconsistent - raft of cards in 2nd half but in first half he couldn't find them?).

Still a ray of hope in a dark sky!
Mane - for me one of his better games. Involved and creative. Good work rate too.
Neave - unsurprisingly looks like a young lad totally out of his depth and not ready for this level of football.
James - good and should be playing for 90 mins now!
Chirewa - lightweight but miles better than Neave. Sadly not really a 9 either - What a mess!
JRB - not good enough.
Doyle - two v bad games in a row hasn't helped his cause! Stupid foul and very poor finishing/composure
Yerson - n/a
Manager - rapidly losing faith although hard to make a silk purse etc etc
Grey - failure to go up this year will be a financial disaster and will have very severe consequences. Even the sales of Lopez, Djiga, Mane etc will only paper over deep and wide cracks. A bleak future awaits under Fosun!

Totally agree with you "thefuture".
The first half was a complete non event against a very poor pompey side.
No energy;no desire: no fight.
Second half was slightly better and what was Doyle doing conceding that free kick that led to the equalizer also his shooting is atrocious.


Moving on I think James has to start next game and play munetsi up top because neave is clearly not good enough for this level.

I'm surprised at fan's that comment on this site, my club has been going down hill for years now, and why we have owners who are running the club as cheap as they can, second rate managers, second rate footballers.

They have no chairman but a man who takes is order's from China, they have no interest in football just how much money they can make. We will only be going backwards while they are in charge. Rant over that feels better.

As a Wolves fan I am concerned where this current Wolves team will take us this season. Apart from one game Wolves have not been very convincing. I think Wolves have a second rate coach, second rate players and are getting second rate results. I think we are all in lala land to think a top two finish is achievable let alone top eight.

Well it won't be the Premier League Lindsay that's a fact, Fosun will make sure of that as mid table Championship is their level these days.
Everything about this club is now second rate and as predicted we are settling to our new level. It's been obvious for years now that the owners have zero interest and as long as the club bumbles along paying the bills and the fans keep turning up, they won't act.


There was a rumour that they would sell if we got promoted, well there's not much chance of that happening on this showing.

Said it before the game, we've got no hunger desire or pride. The only ones seeming to care are the younguns, who arnt experienced enough yet.
CP dosnt seem to know the English game, he dosnt seem to inspire the team. Yes he says the right things, but he never finds the solutions he's always looking for.
Injuries don't help, but with the exception of Rodrigo and Raul, would they make any difference ?
To be at home against a injury hit Portsmouth and be so pedestrian from the off and then squander the lead we had, in the way we did, is just not acceptable, but who's hanging their heads on shame this morning ? Who's getting the rollicking ? Who do we think actually cares?
Doyle must surely be embarrassed if nothing more.


Watford next up, have been the whipping boys in many ways, I don't even feel confidence in our ability to beat them on Saturday.
To say I'm p****d off with things after last night would be an understatement.
Can they do it on a wet Tuesday night in stoke?

If Tommy Doyle Never puts a wolves shirt on his back again it will be to soon, I know people will say the ref was s***, but you are going to get that in the championship, however we were more s*** than the ref!!
