Middlesbrough rejected our request to talk to Rob Edwards
04 Nov 2025 21:55:43
Domenico Teti gone now.
1.) 05 Nov 2025 08:12:36
Wonder if the story Emperors new clothes ever been translated to Chinese?
2.) 05 Nov 2025 09:08:12
If it has skrekken I’m sure fosun have found a way to squeeze some money out of it somehow ?
3.) 05 Nov 2025 10:27:39
Selling the club could take months (due diligence etc)
Avoiding relegation is the priority and only by appointing the RIGHT Manager/Head Coach immediately can resolve this issue.
08 Oct 2025 21:24:02
Various reports saying we are in advanced talks to sigh Patrik Mercado a player Chelsea were looking at.
1.) 09 Oct 2025 15:08:55
Would be a shrewd move and cheap as he's in the last 12 months of his contract. Almost certainly spell the end for Doyle and Traore though.
2.) 10 Oct 2025 11:27:30
Looks like a decent prospect.
However he is highly unlikely to hit the ground running.
Still fairly young and playing at a very low level, Liga Pro, the top division in Ecuador is of a similar level to Norwegian or Hungarian football, i.e. massively below even the English Championship!
Thus unless he is a standout/prodigy in this league, and with only 1 senior cap for Ecuador by the age of 22 he doesn't sound like one, he should, as you say Molineux, be v cheap. However he probably should only be viewed as a prospect/one for the future/squad player and is highly unlikely to be the first 11 starter in the creative midfield/10 role the team needed in August let alone this January.
All in all no worries re taking this player - although of course it means someone has to go out due to NHG limits - but I would be surprised if he is seen as the missing piece that so obviously exists in the first 11
3.) 10 Oct 2025 13:03:26
I would hope that the club are scouting young players with potential irrespective of who is in the managers chair. If they can then force themselves into the 1st team squad great.
4.) 11 Oct 2025 18:11:05
Yes I like bringing in young ones with abilities and ones that will gain in value.
5.) 12 Oct 2025 13:09:02
Seems like another player for the future. FOSUN will have buy top-quality if we’re to have any chance of staying up.
6.) 12 Oct 2025 13:28:28
What chances have our existing young ones got of getting into the 1st team? I mean what REAL incentive is there?
7.) 12 Oct 2025 17:28:54
BosWolf, I would expect an overwhelming majority will not, but that said the academy is run as a separate entity to make a profit and most players at 21 will move on and find their level in the UK or abroad. How we compare to other clubs I don't know but it seems no golden generation has come out of anywhere for about 30 years now.
8.) 12 Oct 2025 19:16:29
Of mane doesn't move up into the squad thers no hope.no point in buying for the future anymore we need players for now.or wer down s.a.t.list all hope with vp after the brighton tactics.gonna need the players to really step up.or theyr just going thru the motions for a move away nxt ssn
9.) 13 Oct 2025 10:42:32
Thanks Arddunby1. It’s a real shame but a missed opportunity I think. How hungry and loyal our boys would be given half a chance. Once one or two break through into the 1st team others would have something realistic to aim for. Oh well!
10.) 16 Oct 2025 12:34:44
Boswolf I think it's just so much more difficult now, unless a youngster is showing international potential as a teenager they will struggle to get into a Premier league academy. The Premier league at the top is now a collection of Englush clubs that largely field international select XI's, you need to be England material to make it to those teams. The bottom clubs are largely made up of players hoping to make it to those top clubs. Sad but true, the days of the old first division and making it good as a local lad are now few and far between. I would say only if you're as good as Gascoigne or Rooney as a 17 year old would you have a pathway that is obvious and that would only be in a top club where they can get game time from the bench at 3 0 up without excess pressure.

O'NEIL Has pulled out of the running for the job.
1.) 03 Nov 2025 19:32:17
Phew. That was close
2.) 03 Nov 2025 19:38:57
Thank God
3.) 03 Nov 2025 19:41:02
Good thank god
4.) 03 Nov 2025 19:51:14
There is a God, thoroughly depressed most of today with the thought of going from bad to worse.
5.) 03 Nov 2025 20:11:13
Shame that. Not!
6.) 04 Nov 2025 04:05:45
Ahh. Just up in the middle of night, couldn't sleep and I find out that GONs not getting the job.
One worry over now if I could just hear that Rachael Reeves was going to leave pensioners alone.
03 Nov 2025 15:59:46
We need to gather outside the mol and training ground and protest loud and proud to try to stop them bring O'Neil back. If they appoint him I as a season ticket holder of many years will tear up my ticket immediately and post the bit to Shi, never been so angry in my life.
1.) 03 Nov 2025 16:30:21
Not easy to tear up plastic cards, Jimmy.
2.) 03 Nov 2025 16:33:47
Need to gather outside molineux or training ground and protest we don’t want GON back if they appoint him they can kiss my backside
3.) 03 Nov 2025 17:25:07
Is this the same Gary O’Neil who Jeff Shi openly said last week he should have sacked him sooner? The same Gary who not only lost a string of games but also lost the dressing AND the fans.
Fosun are working hard on making our once great club a complete laughing stock. We are rapidly becoming a complete embarrassment
4.) 03 Nov 2025 18:27:54
I can’t believe there is one true Wolves supporter who would welcome GON back as manager. Some people must have the memory of a goldfish.
5.) 03 Nov 2025 19:15:00
Fosun are basically taking the p**s out of us fans.
28 Oct 2025 17:42:37
I don't think Fosun will ever sell wolves as they only want the brand name and logo for use in e-sports which they make a lot of money from and the only way they can keep the brand name and logo is by keeping the club that's why they are only interested in a minority cash investor.
1.) 28 Oct 2025 22:12:29
If true, that would be a despicable act, but probably not far off the mark given Jeff Shi's comments in his last interview. Can you imagine years more of Fosun?
2.) 29 Oct 2025 06:10:54
The football side seems to be just an inconvenience for Fosun, as u say it’s just the brand they want for their e sports and other ventures, only doing enough to hopefully keep us in the premier, unfortunately it’s not going to work this time I don’t think .
3.) 29 Oct 2025 06:18:59
Is the brand, logo worth having in the Championship/EFL?
4.) 29 Oct 2025 08:40:10
Interesting thoughts from Martin Samuel's in the Times today suggesting our problems may lie in the fact the team management and owners have no real direct connection with Wolverhampton and in turn the faithful fans, the lack of not only home ground players in the team, but lack.of players having developed upwardly with the club as neves etc did winning promotion.
26 Oct 2025 17:28:03
Its about time the supporters started to fight back with protests outside the board room we need to force these idiots out of our club.
1.) 26 Oct 2025 18:41:26
Totally agree
21 Sep 2025 16:46:25
How can wolves keep a manager that's got only one point from the last 27 available. Answer because they have an incompetent chairman and incompetent owners.
1.) 21 Sep 2025 19:22:57
Don’t forget he won six in a row. ??
And also you might well ask how those same incompetent owners can get rid of a manager who got us to 7th in the prem, a European quarter final and an F.A. Cup semi final…but then that would be because you have forgotten that he had no plan b. ??

Sorry ment Rob Edwards
06 Nov 2025 18:38:35
Middlesbrough refused wolves request to speak to Dave Edwards and say he is not going anywhere
03 Nov 2025 16:04:56
I will rip up my season ticket and post the bits to the club if they appoint that clown ?
06 Aug 2025 12:49:19
Great didn't want him anyway, only want players who want to come.
06 Jun 2025 12:36:55
I think the higher price might be city to pay the 9 million fee to Angers so we don't have to give them half the profit on the deal which would move it from the 33 million to 42 million. Just my opinion/guess.

How can they give a 3 year contract to a man with 1 point out of the last 27, all the new signings he has brought in are very poor. No chance of staying up with this manager, team or owners is about time we started to organise protests out side the ground to get this useless Chinese owners our as soon as possible. Our beloved Wolves are dieing a slow painful death. I've got a ticked for the Tuesday cup match but can't go and watch more dross.
01 Sep 2025 17:59:54
Fosun and Shi get out of our club now.
17 Aug 2025 17:23:47
Ordinarywordtree nice bit of research but your figures are out because the fees are spread over 1 to x years depending on the contract length so possible amount the can spend will be different to what you say.
14 Aug 2025 10:57:54
Can't see anything other than a 4 0r 5 will to city.
12 Aug 2025 12:24:21
Ordinarywordtree ? without 3 or 4 new players we are going down.
