PL clubs don't want season tickets holders, that's why away fans are limited to 3, 000 and only a percentage are made available as season tickets with the difference sold through membership schemes and ticket agencies at inflated prices. Loyal fans who stick with clubs that never win anything aren't important.

I think the higher price might be city to pay the 9 million fee to Angers so we don't have to give them half the profit on the deal which would move it from the 33 million to 42 million. Just my opinion/guess.
