I really hope Rob Edwards calls a meeting today with all of the players and tells them in open forum which of them has played their last game for the club.

What's the worst that can happen? They down tools and we get relegated?

Sa, Toti, Andre, Joao, Krejci, Hugo, Santi, Angel, Tolu, Jackson, Bellegarde and Wolfe. Bye Bye.

Play the U21s and U18s for the last 5 games alongside Bentley, Lima, Rodrigo and Armstrong.

Let's see if Andre really does want to play for the team as he said he did a few weeks ago, or will he just chase the money.

Re and the team are now free to play with no pressure. This is a big ask, but they need to pick up a couple of wins to at least get some momentum in the Championship. Let's not put the pressure on the youngsters and burden them with the issues that the senior side has created.

Maybe introduce a few, but the senior side needs to step up or face the fans in these last few games.

Bentley is a horrifically poor GK that's not even good enough for the Champ. Don't believe me? Then just ask Bristol City fans, as the reason he left was that they dropped him! Rodrigo Gomes has more talent than most in the squad, but has now been ignored by four managers, likely because, as two of them have called out, he's lazy on the training ground, and we are now going to reward that, are we?! I get your premise, what, but I think the rot/trouble at our club actually goes deeper than just the players' attitudes; the fish rots from the head, sadly.
The thing is, we all keep talking about selling the entire starting 11, but I'm just not sure how realistic that is in one window.

Of course we will prioritise those players worth the most money, but how many players do we realistically even have time to sort sales out for, and how many will just have to suck it up till Jan? Take Krecji, I see Leeds have been tied with him, but do we really think they are stumping up the £26m that we've just forked out? I just can't see it, to be honest. I think some of these players are just going to have to put up or shut up for 6-12 months, because we just won't have the time or the interest to sell 12-15 players in one transfer window. 🤔

Can't see us winning another game tbh cus I think a rot has set in & Edwards is not strong enough to sort it out. The day we signed Armstrong was the day the club waved the white flag. After my years of going to the pits of English football & standing on the Mol watching us battle with ya Bristol Rovers & Port Vale, and then firstly Bully & then Nuno brought us back to what I called the good years.

How ironic that Nuno put the final in our coffin. I'd say, knowing Nuno, that he's woken up today with a heavy heart cus I honestly believe he still loves Wolves. Only my opinions, folks.

Bully is correct. This isn't a short-term fix, and we may even need to have another bomb squad. The issue is the finances will be tighter next season, and we may tread a fine line for a couple of years with the EFL finance rules.

We may not even be able to afford a bomb squad.

The whole club needs a refit from the top down. It won't happen, but even if it did, it would take time to gel and bear fruit.

I see sense in what Bully says. This is no quick fix. But, after all said and done, we are stuck with Fosun, and we have witnessed their declining interest and ambition.

Bentley is a poor GK, but out of the 3 on the books, he's the only one who wants to be here, allegedly.

Well, down to the Championship. I think we all knew by December or some of us earlier that this was inevitable. I think we all know that the Championship is a hard and tough league to get out of. If we do win promotion back to the Premier League I worry about turning into a yo yo club.

Next season worries me as we all know most of the squad will leave and will Fosun actually sign some players to replace the ones who left or are they gonna leave us in a terrible state ready to fall down the divisions. Anyway onwards and upwards COYW.

Let's hope the positive message tonight from Shi 2 is not just "warm words".
His namesake has done so much damage. I still struggle to understand how he was allowed to hurt the Club so much.

Yes, two points from pretty much the first half of the season was an inevitable outcome. It's what happens from now that is more of a topic for debate in reality.

If at all possible it would be good to see a team of predominantly British players who can communicate with one another. This could be a boost to home nations national teams if proved to be successful.

Not saying this to be racist as I don't care what colour or ethnic background they are from. But back in the 70s it was deemed exotic to have an Irish player in the team but my God were they happy days.

I know it was a lost cause when Edward's took over but is Wolves the second club he has been with that were relegated. Luton being the other.

Nuno got us up and tonight it's gone full circle and we are down.

Glad that the fat lady has finally sung and we are one step closer to the end of the season. What an absolutely soul sucking season.

Now that our fate has been sealed, Rob needs to ensure that the players who are not part of his plans for next season do not play again this season and minutes should be given to the youngsters who are expected to stay.

Well, it's finally happened. Now let's see what the board do now: will they stick with RE or start afresh? Hopefully it's the second, as I can't see the present management setup getting us back straight away.
