Wolves banter 10

16 Oct 2026 20:38:45
Jesus christ, this is absolutely terrible, I'm turning it off, I cannot watch this nonsense anymore. It really is shocking from us.

16 Oct 2026 21:33:49
Agree it was really poor first half. Defence had NO PROTECTION from midfield. Back four come in for loads of criticism but they are left exposed time and time again by the opposition. Can play through lines so easily. Said looks the business. Why we don't feed him at every opportunity is beyond me.

16 Oct 2026 20:25:10
I know this might be a bit drastic but if we lose tonight get him gone. Just so there is a chance to save us before the slump truely sets in.

16 Oct 2026 20:38:37
I'm in agreement, the Manager looks more confused than the players! Time to go.

16 Oct 2026 20:38:56
Totally agree CP is so out of his depth jackson, belegarde, Sa, are just not good enough and CP tactics are just gona get us relegated it's just so nagative play.
I honestly thing if we had 60% of the play 55% would be our defenders constantly passing it back.

16 Oct 2026 20:53:25
Tend to agree regarding CP. Lucky to be going in at halftime drawing. Very poor first half.

16 Oct 2026 20:55:25
If totti and munetsi come out for the second half he should be sacked. Totti was at fault for the goal, should have followed the run of carry and munetsi is just crap. How the two of them get picked in front of kregci and James is beyond me. Totti should have stuck to rugby.

16 Oct 2026 20:23:52
Vardy. it had to be.

16 Oct 2026 20:31:26
16 Oct 2026 13:02:05
What's the chances Jamie Vardy scores against us tonight 🤔.i knew it also🫩.

16 Oct 2026 19:03:17
I hope I'm wrong but I think Vardy is going to be the difference.

16 Oct 2026 19:26:19
Him and the rest of their team..playing our very odd group of players.

16 Oct 2026 19:49:52
Bruun Larsen always has a good game against us. Kyle Walker and Vardy will be allowed to look like they're in their prime again.

16 Oct 2026 20:23:03
Vardy with their first goal...this is looking like a crisis situation already early season.

16 Oct 2026 20:23:57
Well 20th min and you are already correct man o war.

16 Oct 2026 18:59:29
Sa in goal again tonight bloody joke.

16 Oct 2026 19:52:00
Not just sa. Toti. Jackson. munetsi. ???

16 Oct 2026 18:52:45
Oh dear, just seen team !!

16 Oct 2026 19:12:37
Sa or Toti will inevitably make a mistake leading to a Burnley goal.

Its one of the 4 guarantees in life. Birth, taxes, mistakes by those 2 and death.

16 Oct 2026 16:18:43
Mane with right people around him & played in the right position will be okay. But needs to remember not to try & do it all on his own. not be greedy give others the opportunity of scoring. To many wasted opportunities.
2 -0 tonight.

16 Oct 2026 17:24:49
Need to dig in tonight and scrap for a result. Hope the youngster upfront can show them what they've been missing. Take a narrow victory, to stop the rot. Up the wolves.

16 Oct 2026 18:49:43
It'll take a solid performance tonight, the injury to Armstrong may well turn into a blessing, we'll see.
I hope Sa is 'rotated' for Virginia and abit of urgent accuracy is seen coming out from the back.
I'll be honest, I'm not feeling very positive for this evening, so a point will feel we've achieved something. 2-2.

16 Oct 2026 18:52:16
Not very confident with the team selection tonight..

16 Oct 2026 19:53:45
Not very confident with Any team selection with this lot..

{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Liverpool v Manchester City - A Quick Liverpool Perspective

16 Oct 2026 14:33:25
We have had plenty of shots at goal In the last 2 games. But some of them were piss power or way over the top. I am waiting to see what side he picks for next match. Drop sa to start with & bring on neave mane Lopez. we need a result from this game it's got to be 3 points.

16 Oct 2026 15:14:04
I don't want to see Mane near the team. Being polite, he's not good enough to be starting games.

Neave as the target man. Lopez behind him. Said on the left, Bellegarde on the right. Said for me looks tasty.

Mane needs to drop out and stay out. Guy needs to grow up and learn how to play for the team. I think a few players have had enough of him.

16 Oct 2026 16:50:56
Totally agree. His decision making is horrendous and someone needs to tell him you have to jump and head the ball sometimes and chase back a tackle. If he was any good he would have been gone in the summer, got no pace either.

16 Oct 2026 14:23:45
Keeping space on this one for tonight's deluge after another poor showing from our lads Ed ?

{Ed033's Note - The match posts page is for posts about match posts on the day of the match. Are people checking that page out for posts? The reason for it is so the banter page doesn't get overwhelmed with match posts on the day of a match.
