S-y Bet reopened on our next manager?

Paul Tamworth

1.) 03 Nov 2016 13:45:54
Patrick Vierra 16/ 1?

2.) 03 Nov 2016 15:17:24
Roy Keane for me xx.

3.) 03 Nov 2016 15:47:15
Maybe it's Dwight Yorke. After him having his little moan about not getting the Villa job I would expect he would have at least applied for the Wolves job.

26 Oct 2016 08:39:07
The S-n reporting were after Incey? Not even in the bettin on S-y bet? But nor was Walter till just before he was confirmed.

Paul Tamworth

25 Oct 2016 12:47:18
Rumours on other sites sayin Walter been sacked? Willy Sagnol linked?

Paul Tamworth

1.) 25 Oct 2016 13:36:14
Not sure where Sagnol has come from. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Silva is Jeff's choice but just been approached by Inter. I guarantee conversations are happening behind the scene and if silva is game then Zenga will be gone asap.

I've heard talks are being concluded today so as zenga is with his family in Dubai he could have made his last trip to Wolverhampton.

2.) 25 Oct 2016 14:07:43
Been confirmed.

3.) 25 Oct 2016 14:49:57
Well, well, well. Some here predicted that Saturday would be the final straw.

The question is - does Fosun already have another manager lined up? I don't want another Deano or Connor debacle.

4.) 25 Oct 2016 15:15:16
ABV or Silva will be the incoming manager. Will be comifirmed by the weekend.

First game in charge - derby at home.

5.) 25 Oct 2016 15:42:24
I disagree think giggs or Tim sherwoood should get a chance zenga had no idea beat blues and that's all!

6.) 25 Oct 2016 16:19:17
Do I agree that AVB or Silvia are the right choice? Absolutely.

We need somebody to adopt the 433 with a high press and I'm sorry to say we re so far away from doing it it's a joke.
Individuals pressing without support, no clear understanding of when to press and when not to. Lack of movement in midfield. 1 ball to bodi is all we have and if he wins it then maybe Tex, cav or costa get on the ball. We then leave them to it and expect them to beat 2,3,or 4 men every time.

Truly shocking football at times and Zenga had to leave as it was getting worse. He was coaching spontaneous thoughts out of players and was seen arguing with bodi during the game at Leeds. It was poor.

AVB and Silva WILL look to play the football our chief's want. Sam, or Sherwood or giggs won't and won't be given a chance if it starts going wrong.

We need to accept the way our club is moving and stop going on about bringing in players or managers who don't fit in the vision and aim of Sir Jeff.

31 Aug 2016 15:55:16
Welcome Ivan, now for a proper striker.

Paul Tamworth

1.) 31 Aug 2016 16:38:51
Chris Martin would be superb.

2.) 31 Aug 2016 17:19:45
hes off to fulham.

3.) 31 Aug 2016 19:25:45
You lot don't deserve the new owners you ungrateful gits.

4.) 31 Aug 2016 20:09:45
Think back to the end of last season to probably the most negative, poor and unambitious season I have seen.

Roll the clock forward, 12 new players, various positions, a new positive vibe and plenty to look forward to. Aready, some of KJ squad are moving sideways or down a league to get football.

Some reputable names have been linked to Wolves on this page, the funniest being Balotelli for me. We are now in a workd where papers in all corners will print a headline .

For some, the signings will not meet their demands, and the future will show if they were right or very wrong.

For me, I will enjoy and support 110% as always and as long as they give their all then I see promotion!

I look forward to open attack minded play, the future is bright.

5.) 31 Aug 2016 21:56:43
Couldn't have put it better Shamus 👍🏽
It feels like we have a chance to win promotion back to the promised land

Feeling so positive. Fosun haven't had a lot of time to get a new manager and structure plus all the new players
They've managed to get players in the positions that we've been crying out for for god knows how long (not all will have us jumping for joy but at least we've got another 12 players to choose from and we've got some good quality too)

27 Aug 2016 20:51:29
The Daily Football sayin us and Fulham have both bid 8mil for Martin.

Paul Tamworth

1.) 27 Aug 2016 21:07:16
I would rather Rhodes in all honesty. Still think a good solid experienced CB is needed to make a good promotion chance.

2.) 27 Aug 2016 21:32:50
Might appear a bit dim but what is The Daily Football Paul?

3.) 27 Aug 2016 22:33:37
I hope not. looked awful against Burton yesterday.

4.) 27 Aug 2016 23:06:21
Sounds unrealistic but we should look at getting cuadrado involved.

5.) 27 Aug 2016 23:16:01
I agree about Martin. £8-9m for an overweight clumsy player who can't even get into his team anymore seems overpriced. Ask yourself why Pearson won't pick him. There is better abroad now, and no comparison between him and Jordan Rhodes at £10m.

Personally, Wolves would be better paying £9m for a quality central defender or two and finishing off the midfield with Bjarnason (£5m) . Dicko/ Mason/ Bodvarsson and Gladon is more than enough up front until January.

6.) 27 Aug 2016 23:30:03
We need two defenders.

7.) 28 Aug 2016 05:05:52
I'm not 100% sure Chris Martin wants to be at Derby, speaking to a couple of Derby fans about him and before Wolves made there bid he didn't look the player there used to seeing in the first couple of games even if he was coming of the bench, they seem to think something has happened between him and Pearson, but also think Wolves may of tuned his head not in terms of money but In terms of he'd play regular In a formation that's suits him and style of play that suits him to and they do think Wolves will make another bid before deadline.

8.) 28 Aug 2016 08:31:23
Mail Gambit.

9.) 28 Aug 2016 08:43:40
Worryingly, Derby fans say Martin hasn't at all looked the player he was a couple of seasons back and looks clumsy and over weight. Pearson isn't stupid and wants to get good money for him while he still can. Anything over £8m would be too much, in my view.

10.) 28 Aug 2016 09:27:26
Just think we all need to calm down a bit and just wait to see who else comes in personally I think we have a squad that would get us to Jan if no one else came in got last season side playing a lot better and for the shirt only one out of eight new signings starting yesterday still getting them to gell in training and used to English football plus got great players to come back in from injury so like I say if this finished squad will def be top 6 in Jan.

11.) 28 Aug 2016 09:58:17
Wavid for once I agree with your last 2 comments, tie up Saiss get a quality CH if we bid for Boly it must be a sign we are after a quality defender, Bjarnason would be the icing on the cake. if being greedy maybe a prem loan of a striker to help until dicko is fully fit, akpom, kone, ings, diouf, any others?

12.) 28 Aug 2016 12:04:52
For a while, deadline day has been a non-event for us and by 5pm Jez was neck-deep in pies. I do expect us to buck that trend but wouldn't be surprised if we're looking a players that haven't appeared anywhere on here.

13.) 28 Aug 2016 13:04:29
No need to panic wolves fans enjoy the ride, better team second half and we were unlucky just proves that the team first half have been given there chance but were not good enough, the midfield area was poor with poor performances from Edwards, Saville, Wallace and Price and Iorfa they all had bad games and I have no doubt Zenga will sort it out.

14.) 28 Aug 2016 14:51:28
I have just read and read your comment, I pulled it apart and studied it and you have just put down in four lines what people have been trying to say by writing oodles.
Spot on, concise, to the point and absolutely true reflection of yesterday.

Nice one.

15.) 28 Aug 2016 15:45:09
Asamoah Gyan anybody? Flyin in today to talk to a number of clubs about 1years loan from Chinese Shangahai SIPG. Apparently Fulham interested.

16.) 28 Aug 2016 20:41:58
Said before, Saville, Edwards, Henry. Wallace?, not good enough. Hope there is a clear out and the new guys take over after the international break.

Great win great day yesterday, but how many on here would put Saville and Evans in front of Cavaleiro and Price? We won but honestly that was a weakened team on paper and I won't be happy to see Saville and Evans startin against villa.

Paul Tamworth

1.) 08 Jan 2017 11:28:10
We now know why Lambert don't want a centre back, because he already as one in Williamson just goes to show what an experienced centre half can make who as been there seen it and done it, like to say Well done Wolves and Lambert.
I think your team selection surprised everybody, just shows we fans what we now about football also liked your positive thinking in putting Dicho on when we all expected for Coady to replace Iorfa, and I have to say you seam very positive in playing these kids who have brought a breath of fresh hair to our football club, keep up the good work Lambert cannot wait for the Villa match, wonder what team he will play Wolves fans.

2.) 08 Jan 2017 13:35:02
Your never happy Paul

3.) 08 Jan 2017 14:00:33
Why don't you just give it a rest Paul. You don't pik the team neither do I and no one more shocked than me and my son when we saw the team. For the record personally I do not like either Evans or Saville I would sell them tomorrow BUT BUT Lambert calls the shots and he got it spot on!
So I have my critical opinions which frankly I will keep to myself and let PL get on with it as he has proved all of wrong.
If we don't like it - TOUGH

4.) 08 Jan 2017 14:35:13
Saville and Evans playing for their future Lambert needs to know if they have a place in the squad it's great we have so much choice

5.) 08 Jan 2017 15:35:55
Why keep your opinions to yourself Derby? It's a banter and rumour site, without people's opinions they had might as well shut it down. I'm well happy today with the result, but my opinion on Saville and Evans won't change because of one game.

6.) 08 Jan 2017 21:01:11
What I am really get at in the total negativity of us Wolves fans we must be by far the worst in the UK
So banter yes but the whinging no

7.) 09 Jan 2017 09:09:55
Guys its like PL has waved a magic wand and very strange positive things are happening. I still cannot take in the team he put out on Saturday. I for one would never have played either Evans or Saville because I don't personally rate either, shows how much I know!
So if we manage to buy 2 players in this crazy window fine, if we don't I won't be too disappointed
I have to go with PL's plan for us and disregard my personal values on players

8.) 09 Jan 2017 10:40:24
Derby were 16th in an average league, 23rd out of 24 in home form rate. So expect whinging, one fa cup win doesn't fix that. We're u at the QPR game? We need quality bringin in.

04 Jan 2017 12:16:06
I really hope I'm wrong but I'm thinkin Fosun when they brought us just looked upon it as another name on their extensive portfolio. Remember their a conglomerate and have irons in many different fires. And of course they didn't have a football club so they can tick that box now. Hope I'm wrong but when I watch the villa owner down the road spending big even though he's not a billionaire and all r owners r doing r fannyin about lookin for dregs. Fosun cough up or sell up!

Paul Tamworth

1.) 04 Jan 2017 14:50:13
I think we might get left behind again. were quibbling over 2 million while it looks like Rhodes and Lansbury are going to villa. and blues spending 4 million on Sako
I thought money wasn't a problem!
So much for spending big.

2.) 04 Jan 2017 15:36:11
The best way I can describe Fosun is, their the Pandora bracelet and were just one of the many charms they hang off it.

3.) 04 Jan 2017 16:16:56
The other explanation, Timtoo33, is that we're looking at bigger signings than Sako. Think Cavaleiro.

4.) 04 Jan 2017 17:51:24
No good looking is it.

5.) 04 Jan 2017 17:54:11
Also I hope cav proves me wrong but he's only shown flashes of what he can do at the moment? How many good games has he had?
I'll give you that Sako took time as well but cav couldn't lace his boots at the moment.

30 Dec 2016 08:26:28
Well done Wolves fans all 4,600 for Stoke SOLD! 👍.

Paul Tamworth

01 Dec 2016 18:58:09
Better team selection tonight 3-1 Mighty Wolves👍.

Paul Tamworth

1.) 01 Dec 2016 19:22:22
More positive than that shambles on Sat`. The players must realise if they don`t perform they will be shipped out in Jan`. (hopefully) .

28 Nov 2016 18:08:46
😂😂😂 JACKETT has left Rotherham already! 😂😂😂.

Paul Tamworth

1.) 28 Nov 2016 22:00:57
He has resigned. We wouldn't have been in this mess if he had stayed.

2.) 29 Nov 2016 08:24:12
He is rubbish, showed at Rotherham, 1 draw 6 defeats! He's made Warnock look like Sir Alex Ferguson! The problem at Wolves is the dross Jackett brought in! U have a love in with JACKETT if u want but I'm happy he's gone and hopefully in Jan his dross will be as well.

3.) 29 Nov 2016 11:33:12
Yea, yeah yeah! This goes back to mad Mick, not KJ! He picked up a load of crap. Then sorted it when we went down. Took us up at the first attempt. I don't suffer from selective amnesia! He also kept Milwall up on a shoestring budget. If we had kept him I'm certain we wouldn't be on 18 points and affectively 3 Rd from bottom. We had a lot of injuries and the club up for sale. Against that back drop it was never going to be anything but challenging. 😉👍

Now we are in the Brown stuff with a huge jigsaw puzzle with lots of pieces that don't fit.!

4.) 29 Nov 2016 11:46:30
To early to have a go at Lambert but is Team selections are a bit puzzling but given time hope he sorts it out after all he didn't bring players in
Positives we have beaten good teams in Reading, Blues and Newcastle and Brentford so we do now how to win think we need to get to the players who played in those matches and start from there that's only my opinion, what you say Wolves fans.

Lol I think some on here think I love to see Wolves lose? I love Wolves with a passion, that's why I spend a lot of money going home and away! But because of my passion I want perfection, that's why I'm critical at times!

Yesterday I was very proud of Lambo, the lads and our fans! We must try and keep Costa and get players in with his ability! If someone offers 3 mil for Dicko I say take it!
