Deslandes gone to Bury on loan. Till the end of th season

1.) 31 Jan 2017 22:33:02
Marshall done 3 1/ 2 year deal what a week and we all thought the start of the season was exciting.

03 Sep 2016 11:31:16
Here's a question for you all.
Does anyone know what happened to the money that Fat Boy and Bob the builder had put aside for ground development?

To quote the pie eater - there is £30 million 'ring fenced', for the next stages of Molineux Stadium developments.

1.) 03 Sep 2016 12:29:56
Lowwolf move on. Their gone now, it's all about Fosun and the future.

2.) 03 Sep 2016 12:34:04
i had forgot about that gem lowwolf bet it was more bullshxt told us by morgan and moxley.

3.) 03 Sep 2016 12:57:07
Good question Lowwolf.
Another question is that I have a hunch Morgan will get more money if we are promoted. The reason I say this is that a similar deal is in place at Villa.

4.) 03 Sep 2016 14:01:52
I think don't expect too much, too soon! We have a lot of new players and to expect them to all gel from the off is a very long shot. Probably a couple of months down the road before we really see that happening. WIZ has got a lot on his hands that's for sure. If we can nick a few wins in the meantime it will be a real bonus. This break has come at the right time for us that's for sure! 😉.

5.) 03 Sep 2016 14:33:54
Forget it Tamworth? It's OUR clubs money. Along with the millions we had from players sold and out spell in the Prem. So WHY forget it? We should all be asking where it's gone.

6.) 03 Sep 2016 15:04:29
Fosun said that was part of the deal, Deep Throat. Morgan would receive a sum if/ when we get promoted. Jez said SM would donate it to his favourite charity.

7.) 03 Sep 2016 15:33:14
I think Fosum will finish the stadium in time.

8.) 03 Sep 2016 20:35:31
Hold on tight enjoy the ride.
Moxey has a job to do on Delia in the great British pie off.
Redman has got houses to buil.
Fosun can have something they can never have,
The love and the devotion of this sleeping giant.
Gentlemen make yourself immortal.
Out of darkness cometh light.
Listen to the words of the Stears, be proud of your team.

You are my Stearman, my Richard Stearman,
You make me happy when skies are grey,
You'll never know how much we love you,
Please don't take our Stearman away.

9.) 04 Sep 2016 09:01:10
Rywolf. So extra for promotion was part of the deal? Makes sense. If it happens and I believe it will soon, I'll applaud when Morgan gives the money to charity.

10.) 04 Sep 2016 02:50:23
Difference is here that the club was sold. The price may have been reduced to reflect the stadium needs more work. If you plan to build an extension on your house and sell it you don't then give the new owners money to build it. Stop thinking the club is a country. It isnt. It was owned.

Stop moaning and focus on the future. What does it matter? Do we need it or the money right now? No. Just wanna moan moan moan.

11.) 04 Sep 2016 10:09:41
Pixie some people just like to pick a fight. Morgan has sold us to Fosun we could have been sold to the Tesco owners with no investment, keep the same team and manager so let's be happy for a change. The good times are here Fosun made £500 mil profit half yearly that's massive compared to what others have. Success at Wolves is also part of their business so it will happen. The next few years are to be remembered.

12.) 04 Sep 2016 10:40:06
Lowwolf I'm sure Fosun went over all the accounts etc, but if your that bothered about it get a solicitor on the case?

13.) 04 Sep 2016 11:02:11
I would have thought that following the PR debacle that is the Money Shop deal, that a better gesture that SM could have made on his departure was to announce the full funding of the SJH statue.

It would have been a magnanimous gesture and one that would have sat well with the supporters, after all, both SM and JM always spoke highly of SJH and, for SM, it would have represented a very small departing gift.

Does anyone know where the statue is in terms of funding? I Understood that the club had promised to make up any funding shortfall after the initial public donation round. It's just that it always sat a little uncomfortably that a club, and man with SM'S resources, couldn't have seen fit to honour SJH from their own pockets.

I hope that Fosun will scrap the Money shop deal at the first opportunity, and think that they will be keen to use the marketing opportunity to either promote their own name, one of their associated brands or even bring in a recognised global blue-chip sponsor to generate additional revenues. It would be nice to see a carefully choosen big name on our shirts like the Goodyear days rather than a brand like Money Shop.

14.) 04 Sep 2016 12:13:15
Good comments Darbo, we could of been sold to anybody but fair play to Morgan although he went as far as he could with investment in our club, it looks as though he as left us in safe hands which is a credit to him and how it was sold, so let's all move on know and let's think positive and enjoy the ride, after all the moans and groans of how our club was run me included who moaned, we might all end up thanking him for what he as done which seams that way at the moment.

15.) 04 Sep 2016 14:10:25
Thanks Bigwolf from the 3 Midlands team taken over we are the only transparent ones I didn't realise the Tescos doesn't get approved until Oct hence the lack of activity so I'm told. We are owned by a proper company with plans for future growth in mind so please let's stop the moaning it really could have been a lot worse.

16.) 04 Sep 2016 15:16:54
Paul Tamworth, The point I was making; what happened to all the Premier league money and transfer money from selling players? It's not rocket science, I know the new owners are rich. The owners are NOT the club. Imagine if both owner AND club had wealth.

17.) 04 Sep 2016 16:40:40
Low wolf, not trying to cause an argument but why would you think it's your business to know what happened to the premier league money? Did SM not own 100% of wolves?

If so then the money is his business, not ours. Remember when we go up into the premier, all players get a pay rise, more agents fees etc, bonuses etc but again, not sure it's our business to be told where the money has gone. Do you think Sir Jack made a loss on Wolves? No chance.

18.) 04 Sep 2016 16:53:30
Low wolf,
Absolutely no need to worry. Fosun are not mugs. Far from it. Morgan is the mug here, he should have kept us in the PL and be selling out to the Chinese for at least £100mil on top of what he got.

But, to answer your question about this money and that money, there is a simple answer. Company Law. There was no legal way Morgam and/ or Moxey could take money out of the club except by salary, bonus, dividend etc. All these are fully taxable.

All surplus funds remained in the club's books and bank accounts. If it was there originally, and unless it has been spent on proper outgoings, it will still be there now. If you think funds were spirited out of the club by M&M except by way of lawful remuneration, that would be THEFT, and they haven't done that.

Even though Morgan owned 100% of the shares in Wolves, the company itself is a separate legal "person" in law, just as you and I are, and cannot be looted by someone who owns all the shares.

19.) 04 Sep 2016 20:31:00
Deep throat. Thankyou mate. Well explained, and very well put. But no surprise, when ever I read your posts you alway make sense in what you say

And Ibanezjem, no argument here mate. I think you got the point I brought up originally? Purely questioning that we had been informed, rightly or wrongly, that a large amount of money had been put to one side.

I started this thread off- how bout I finish now by saying., what's happened is in the past, and we all have an exciting journey ahead of us with this football club.

20.) 05 Sep 2016 16:01:48
Takeover completed transfer window closed not much really 2 talk about now but must say that the 2 MM. Have made up 4 there chain of errors by finding new owners in fosun.

21.) 10 Sep 2016 12:49:32
Ryan Babel linked to Wolves on HITC.

22.) 12 Sep 2016 10:38:46
What's the latest rumour on this Ryan Babel rumour wolves fans?

23.) 12 Sep 2016 16:36:41
Martin Caceres linked to Wolves. Unfortunately, so are Chelsea, Southampton, Swansea and West Brom. You never know, lol.

24.) 12 Sep 2016 17:18:23
I haven't heard anything about Ryan Babel since.

25.) 12 Sep 2016 22:12:49
Going on what's happened in the last window if we are associated with someone it means they're not coming. I can't remember a rumour that has gone through?

So, a lot of wolves fans want Hull to get relegated so we can pinch their "top European" gaffer?
As the prem stands, 6 wins out of 28 for Hull, goal difference of -28!

And that's REALLY what we are aiming for?

1.) 14 Mar 2017 18:49:16
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and given what has happened this season, it understandable that there is negativity flying around. But, we are an hour from kick off in a game we need something out of. Come on lads, let's get some positive vibes out there, and get behind the players, whoever Lambert selects. We all know our shortcomings but the players need our support on the pitch and we all need the points, so let's be the 12th man and roar the lads on!

2.) 14 Mar 2017 19:07:32
Low wolf. Most of Hulls defeats were under Mike Phelan. Marco Silva took over on 5th January.

3.) 14 Mar 2017 20:20:15
I know Jas.
But has he really proven himself though mate? That's what I meant. Surely we should be aiming for better. Not an unproven manager. Before Lambert was appointed, we all said we need someone with Championship experience, to slog out, grind out, results when needed. Silva is still very inexperienced in English football.

4.) 14 Mar 2017 21:06:52
The best candidate has just taken the Derby job.

5.) 15 Mar 2017 00:50:22
Well said Jas M. He's not been there long but has had a massive impact. Considering what he's had to work with!

04 Mar 2017 18:59:47
Whatever your personal thoughts are on Paul Lambert. The question is- with this squad of squad players, can ANYONE do any good? I appreciate a lot of it is down to team selection, tactics etc. But come on, this lot, at the moment, could make Jose Mourhino a laughing stock.

1.) 04 Mar 2017 19:14:44
Well said,
They just aren't up to it,

2.) 04 Mar 2017 19:41:30
Anyone who has a plan b could do better! There's your answer.

3.) 04 Mar 2017 19:42:26
Nor is the manager!

4.) 04 Mar 2017 21:12:45
I have said it before BERBATOV is a free agent got to be worth a shout at this stage.

5.) 04 Mar 2017 21:54:08
Derbywolf, we could sign Messi. And with the service the other ten gold shirts give him, he'd end up looking like a donkey.

6.) 05 Mar 2017 08:27:32
You are absolutely right, Jose would struggle with this squad, they are league 1 standard. Every one can see that, so why did lambert say we didn't need a centre forward or centre half in the January window? We are supposed to have the money now so why can't he identify a couple of championship class players?

7.) 05 Mar 2017 10:33:05
Robbie Keane is also a free agent isn't he?
I can't give up hope, just can't.

01 Feb 2017 10:30:16
What this club needs, more than anything. is for Gee Wolf to keep predicting we are going to get beat. Keep it going Gee mate 😉😉👍🏼👍🏼

1.) 01 Feb 2017 15:02:19
Trouble is, Chelsea only managed a draw at Anfield. Fifth round should be a pushover.

29 Jan 2017 12:24:00
How many of us have hard PL praise our young players, then moan and groan that we aren't signing proven players in this league? I certainly have.
Perhaps it's time to listen to the man in charge? He obviously sees their potential day in day out, more than we see of them.
Yes, we do need to strengthen, no question. But we have a very good youth academy set up, let's sit back and enjoy the fruits of it. Remember the experts questioning Fergie when he played unknown youngsters? I'm not saying we have David Beckhams lined up- but who's to say we haven't.
Paul L is the man trusted to manage club, I think we are all starting to believe again?
Out Of Darkness Cometh Light, maybe PL Is just the man to get it shining again

On the subject of hoofing it up to Dicko. Why did we bring big John Dadi on, for him to spend all his time on both wings, trying to knock the ball over?
Surely at 6'4" he should be in the box, waiting for crosses.

One nil down at home against a not very impressive Newcastle side. Why not Dicko and Bod up front when he came on? Or, hit them with three up front by keeping wiemann on to play up front with Dicko and Bod.
