Wolves leading chase to sign Leon Britton.
Good signing IMO close to England call up 2 years ago.

Just wanted to say we're been linked with james mcclean now I've seen this a few times in last couple of months no I genarlly think there's something in this know okay he can be a bit crazy sometimes but I'm sure kj would keep him under control as our discipline is very good but I don't care what anyone says that kid is still only 25 and has outstanding ability he can beat players score goals he's quick dynamic and can cross and ball and pretty good at set pecies okay what happens with things at Wigan are his own personally views that off the pitch from 0-90 mins onwards I will support him if we sign him because he plays for wolves the team I support and love that's just my opinion

Sorry Matt its a massive NO from me. If anyone refuses to wear the poppy on there shirt to remember the people who fought to allow us to live the way we do today then I have no respect for him and would no like him associated with our proud club.

3.) 07 Jun 2015 12:57:34
The thing is tho we would have no say on if kj wants him if he wants you've got a back him

4.) 07 Jun 2015 22:06:54
As a faithful England fan who has travelled to world cups and games abroad I can't believe the ignorance of some people regarding James Maclean not wearing a poppy. Did you not read his heartfelt open letter to fans at Wigan?
The lad is a catholic from Londonderry and had family at bloody Sunday. Wearing a symbol of respect for British forces would be a slap in the face for his family.
Would you wear a symbol of support for the Argentian Junta if you had family in the Falklands?
If anything you have to respect his character for saying it's not something he feels comfortable doing.
Just stick to football because the lad is a good player.

5.) 08 Jun 2015 09:57:19
Tommo believe it or not I am also a catholic from DERRY.

Poppy isn't a symbol of the British forces but the coalition which Irish troops were also a part of.

What the paras did on Bloody Sunday got nowt to do with remembrance Sunday.

Sorry this ain't football related and it's just my opinion. If he come I would find it hard to back him. But will always support the team and manager. If he scored I would cheer but wouldn't change how I felt.

6.) 08 Jun 2015 10:56:13
the reason mclean dosent wear a poppy is because it not only symbolises ww1 & 2, but all subsequent conflicts that british forces were involved in, including the troubles.

Just home from Cardiff weekend.
In Kenny we trust.
Really thought we would be where Rotherham are.
Can we dare to believe.
My last time in Cardiff met Sir Jack.
Mmmmmmmm can we??????

I'm afraid it is entirely possible. The odds on us getting promoted have halved from 14/1 to 7/1 in the last couple of weeks.

How many more chances do we need after last nights results does this board want to get wolves in premier or what if so invest now in a couple of loan players to get we in play offs

The Costa interest is to show the fans
"We did all we could"
He will be back at Benfica next season enjoy him why you can.
Marshall will be his replacement in the close season.
Cav will be sold.
Tomorrows team will tell you all so much.
I am the realist hate it or love it.
The futures Bright the future is (old gold) orange.

Good knowledge and bang on
Marshall deal as good as done.
Money available so expect us to get deal over the lines or Gallagher.
Helder gets me off my seat.
We need to do our part as fans to win his heart.

Overall a shoddy disjointed performance.
Square pegs round holes.

But one shining light

Step forward Jack Price

Very very composed performance

You are destined for the prem young man.

Jas he is using us as a stepping stone.
No way will he sign for Wolves.
Marshall is his replacement.
Winnall and Rhodes or Jerome will be additions.

No brainier forme gee would put 5k plus on the gate,
Would sell shirts
Would lift spirits
Would bring experience
And most of all would bring a tear to the realists eyes.
Saw his debut at Dundee United when a star was born.
Come on guys
Over to the pitch side announcer
And replacing Jon Dadi Bodvafsson is Paul Gaydon or
AND REPLACING J D B IS ROBBIE KEANE.

Many years ago we sold our brightest star.
Always hoped he would return.
At 36 years old is it too late.
Time to come home Robbie.
