Looks like we're in for Luisao that would be an amazing signing to add to Oniangue, Texiera, Bod, Silvio and Costa and who knows Talisca, Buttner and Bjarnesson too. Hard to believe we are really looking at Chris Martin and other Championship standard players.

Luisao will b an excellent signing he's strong quick and will add a wealth of experience 2 our young defence.

2.) 16 Aug 2016 13:01:56
He's 35 and not that quick anymore- still better than what we've got tho.

3.) 16 Aug 2016 13:30:10
Hp his not fast you jokin pal.

4.) 16 Aug 2016 15:21:16
How many players do you know that faster at 35? Big, strong, good in the air and has a hell of a shot on him.

5.) 16 Aug 2016 15:56:22
U can still b quick at 35 I'm not saying he's lightening.

6.) 16 Aug 2016 17:04:07
If Man U can sign Ibrahimavic then we can sign Luisao remember this is partly about selling footy in China and players with pedigree will be good for revenues.

Rumour going around we are bidding for striker Eder from Swansea but I can't see it myself he hasn't scored any goals this season anyway.

We've made an enquiry southwales online& Walesonline both very reliable sources from Cardiff and Swansea Wolves see him as best possible replacement.

Siggy recalled this should be interesting.

WindowWolf

1.) 27 Dec 2015 17:17:38
. who?! In all seriousness, he actually did very well under Solbakken. Seemed to steeply decline under Kenny; it seems as though barring Sako, Kenny wanted to cut links to any of the signings made that year. Neither Margreitter or Doumbia given a proper chance either. With Siggy coming back, one question remains; will we EVER see Boukari again?!

2.) 28 Dec 2015 10:15:23
Boukari coming to end of contract so probably not. He has been unlucky with injury. Siggy has a Doyle feel about him if he is brought back properly not just warming the bench it will just be for a few games but to even be on the bench shows Kenny wants to give him a chance.

Chelsea putting a strong team against us Willian Hazard Pedro Costa I would have started with Saiss and Ronan rather than Price who I rate and Saville but he is against his old club so maybe something in that. Would like to see Williamson and Cav out there but perhaps not fit.

Lambert saying about Ronan he has a great habit of passing to someone with the same colour shirt. Is this a swipe at a couple of players he dropped?

Great too see Cav showing what he can do I would like us to start with Bod and Mason again and bring Bright and Dicko in later.

WindowWolf

1.) 27 Dec 2016 12:58:22
Good shout WindowWolf, I also would go with that, Bod and Mason seam to hit it off, also think Mason as more to offer with right players around him and score goals.

2.) 29 Dec 2016 08:11:22
I see the Express and Star saying the same thing so a change at the front very possible.

17 Dec 2016 17:46:56
I didn't see the match but I followed the text

I think PL sees what we see he drops Iorfa and Hause, plays Coady in defence, Cav on the wing, Edwards deeper (would have played Saiss myself) and brings Price back. And hey, we win. And he shows confidence bringing on Ronan for 10 mins just to have a look at him.

Lambert saying bringing back Price was an easy decision like we have known for ages good start.

WindowWolf

1.) 21 Nov 2016 11:59:28
Not sure which match our boss was at? Anyone know? Bringing back price was a good move. We were lucky!

2.) 21 Nov 2016 13:55:09
That is to say, if you listen to his (Lamberts) post match review, it makes you wonder! I hope things improve because we need a good clear out and 2 or 3 real quality players bringing in, strikers and midfield areas in particular, all of whom should be able to and have an excellent track record of knowing how to put the ball in the net! Otherwise no chance of making top 6.😉.

3.) 22 Nov 2016 11:17:43
We always play better with Price. Fact. Perhaps he doesn't shine in training? The only trouble I see with Lambert's (and mine I suppose) preferred lineup is that if Price, Saiss and Coady all play, we have a defensive midfield that relies heavily on the FBs running up the wings. So one has to go and we can play 2 wingers. Unless we have just 1 up front or no attacking midfielder.

But I would like to see two of Edwards, Dicko, Bod and Cavaleiro out there. So, sorry Mr Coady.

Fosun thought they could buy success but yes they got us Cav and Costa but also Gladon Silvio and players we loaned out Oniangue Tex so a mixed bag how to we find the next Helder Costa without being random?

Evans was dead wood till last week now he is number one choice as cm so it's hard to say

yes some players will leave in the summer as always I like Price but I think he is one we will sell and Bod I like too but he is now third choice up front these are not dead wood though and will have no trouble finding clubs interested.

We are not safe but imagine if we were still not winning games teams like Ipswich and Brum will now be worried too.

I was worried too even now we are only 5 points away from relegation but nearly half the division can go down must get 10 more points.

72 points would be amazing but probably not enough for playoffs.

Tammy scores lots of goals I am sure he won't be at Bristol City next season.

No Edwards Scottish wolf? I agree he needs resting even on good days the ball stays in midfield and the strikers don't see enough of it I think Lambert keeps Edwards in the team and Saville because they score or used to anyway.
