Never a straight red, wasn’t through on goal. Very harsh decision. Brighton did their homework on us, simple passing- give and go. We couldn’t handle it. Hwang is like Silva, never a number 9, not in this league

Personally, I think the ref had a shocker today. Mitoma should have had 2 yellow cards (Handball and diving). Our penalty was soft. Brighton won numerous questionable free kicks. The list goes on.

Not sure Raging but isn't Matheson a left back? Mind you could do a better job than Semedo, how on earth did he play international football, totally unable to even head a ball.

Thought a red was a bit harsh but they were much the better side. Brighton moved the ball far quicker than we did, with their one touch, pass and move football. Everyone of their players knew what to do and where to move to. We were ponderous and predictable in comparison.
Sounding a bit like a broken record, but I really don’t see what Moutinho is offering at the moment. The game is passing him by, with him losing so many 50/50 challenges. Happened in lead up to the final goal.
Agree that right back is becoming a problem position. Don’t know whether Mosquera can play that role or not. If we are looking to the youth ranks then Lebikisa is the one who can play that position. He is very young but a real prospect.

If the reports are true, and we are chasing him again, does it make any difference if it is the third time?
The first occasion he was offered the job of taking his national side to a World Cup, much better prospect than we offered. Second time he wanted to stay in Spain with his seriously ill 91 year old father. Family is much more important and should always come first

Takes over on the 14th, our next game will be Boxing Day. Gives him plenty of time to work with the club and squad- the ones who don’t go to Qatar at least

We looked a lot better today, but still way short of where we need to be. Costa? What to say. We knew what we were getting, he’s a hot head with a very short fuse. He had a decent game today, looked pretty sharp and focused, up until the head but. Desperate for a striker, and now we lose our only fit one till after the World Cup
