I see from another site that we are looking to loan out Luke Cundle now to a Championship side. Whilst this makes sense for Lukes development, where does that leave us?

Either we have someone lined up to come into midfield, or Connor Ronan will be staying, is my reading into that. Like everyone else, I hope we have a striker lined up with the need more apparent with Raul's injury, but if he overcomes his own knock, I could see Traore playing down the middle.

Hope we don't sell Dendoncker though I feel his non appearance last night suggests that this is possible. One of the problems we have had previously is lack of numbers in midfield, if he moves we will be back to square one in that respect. The centre of midfield looks strong right now.

If this does come off and we keep Neves then this is a game changer. Together they would give us one of the best midfied pairings in Europe. If the sale of Neves is the sting in the tail though then it will be one step forward, two steps back. We still need a centre forward but well done Fosun if this comes off.

If Dendoncker is sold and Nunes comes in then I wouldn't complain but I can't see that happening. We will probably bring in a 19 year old from Braga's youth team with three first team appearances and loan him to Grasshoppers

If Dendoncker moving ended up with us signing Nunes then I wouldn't be against this but that would still leave us light in terms of numbers in midfield. Dendoncker is a good steady player but we need better if we are to progress. He runs about and puts the odd tackle in but other than that I struggle to see what else he offers.
