Every player re-doubled their personal effort because we were playing City. What's needed is for those levels of commitment in all games, if GON sets the team up correctly and if the team applies itself like this, then we'll do ok.

Is it a turning point, not sure, beat Villa next week and it certainly will be. We have the players just need these levels of motivation every game, well done.

The 3 at the back team selection certainly made us look more secure at the back — cannot recall Harland having a sniff today. Onward# and upwards to face the Villa. Every player will have to match their efforts from today at the very least as Villa are flying at present
