Both taken from the BEEB:
Manchester United, Tottenham and Wolves are in contention to sign Colombian forward James Rodriguez, 28, from Real Madrid in January.

Bournemouth and Wolves are interested in signing 22-year-old English forward Karlan Grant from Huddersfield in January.

The Rodriguez one seems like the typical absurd never going to happen ones like Ronaldo to wolves because he is a Mendes client. Read somewhere that it would be dependent on Neves going the other way. bit of fun ay it.

Even if it is total BS.

2.) 08 Nov 2019 13:52:13
I agree the Rodriguez one is complete nonsense. Good talking point though and we do require an AMF.

3.) 09 Nov 2019 15:24:59
James would be amazing but can we afford even half his wages?

4.) 09 Nov 2019 17:55:17
Why should we, as supporters, concern ourselves how much our players get? Leave that to the finance department.

5.) 09 Nov 2019 20:03:34
The idea of bringing an attack minded quality midfielder ticks all the boxes for me. Creative number ten to link play that we sometimes miss. But Rodriguez is pipe dream at best

Just don't see it happening. a DM and a CB is what I think will come.

Completely honest it's early days but Gibbs White ain't cutting it for me. Upgrade needed. I'm open to be called out on that one.

6.) 10 Nov 2019 18:18:31
If we sign james rodriguez. I will show my arse in woollies window in creweπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ.

7.) 10 Nov 2019 19:05:24
If we sign Rodriguez. I'll sit on the "Man on the 'oss's" head in the nod' on saturday afternoon.

8.) 11 Nov 2019 21:24:42
Rodriguez will not sit on the bench which tht is exactly wht hell be doing the way the lads have been playing I want vardy him and raul up front verry dangerous.

Wolves have been linked with Galatasaray's DR Congo defender Christian Luyindama.

According to the Sun "Arsenal boss Unai Emery is considering a bid for Wolves defender Willy Boly. The West Midlands club could potentially double the Β£10m they paid Porto for the 28-year-old Ivory Coast centre-back should he favour a move to Emirates Stadium. ".

Debbie McGee

1.) 07 Oct 2019 10:49:53
Ha ha double, more like 5 times as much as we paid for him.

2.) 07 Oct 2019 11:35:37
If slab head Maguire is worth Β£80mil then Boly is worth at least Β£180mil.

3.) 07 Oct 2019 14:52:45
Β£10m for Boly! They can do one. He must be among the top defenders in the PL just now.

Lescott went for Β£22m ten years ago, to put this into perspective. And they paid Β£50m for Kyle Walker.

4.) 07 Oct 2019 19:14:55
Cant see him wanting to leave for arsenal their on a downward curve unlike us. plus if he knows what fosun have in mind for us in future he will stay. coyw.

5.) 08 Oct 2019 16:15:37
More chance of Arsene Wenger coming out of retirement and turning out for Wiilenhall Colts Under 11’s on the left wing.

6.) 08 Oct 2019 18:06:23
πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ™„.

7.) 09 Oct 2019 10:21:16
Just read an article where some fans are saying Ruben Neves should leave. Are they for real? Every player at the club has an important role. They may not produce outstanding performances every week but what they do is vital for the team. Neves didn't have the best of games against Besiktas but that one moment of genius led to Boly scoring the winner. I remember when MM signed Karl Henry. He said he wasn't the best player but what he did was tackle, break up play and pass the ball to better players. All we saw was a limited player who just sat in midfield and tackled players, however MM knew how important it was to have someone to do that job. Likewise Gary Breen. Not the best player but boy did he organise out defence so we were hard to beat.

8.) 10 Oct 2019 15:33:38
Neves is playing a more defensive role now compared to the Championship. The simple reason is the higher standards in the PL. We virtually swept all before us in the Championship and Neves' defensive skills weren't so necessary. His game hasn't gone backwards, far from it, but he is simply following Nuno's game plan. The time will come when Neves will resume more of an attacking role.

9.) 11 Oct 2019 21:49:17
Who would we rather have taking free kicks at the edge of the box?

Wolves are tracking Real Madrid playmaker Martin Odegaard.

The ambitious Molineux club has sent spies to Spain to run the rule over the former Norwegian wonderkid after a string of stellar performances in La Liga.

Debbie McGee

1.) 02 Oct 2019 19:14:25
Anybody managing a string of stellar performances in La Liga for Real Madrid will only be coming to Molineux when we play them in the Champions League.

2.) 03 Oct 2019 00:36:22
Good thing Odengaard plays for Real Sociedad then. Although he's been at Real Madrid since 2015, he's only played 1 game for them.

3.) 10 Oct 2019 18:38:31
Well Old Wulf, if we win the Europa League as some fans predict, we will be in the Champions League next season. I don't believe we will but it's a darned sight better than being in League One four seasons ago.

From Football Italia
"Wolves have reportedly agreed a €25m plus €3m bonus fee for Franck Kessie, but the Milan midfielder wants a big salary increase.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo PedullΓ , the Rossoneri accepted the offer of €25m plus €3m in various add-ons.

However, it's a race against time to get the contract finalised ahead of the Premier League deadline, which is on Thursday at 17.00 UK time. ".

Tim Nash saying nothing in it.

2.) 08 Aug 2019 06:11:34
More than likely true that there’s noting in it 😫.

3.) 08 Aug 2019 09:29:31
Not going to happen.

Looks like Gelson Martins *could* be on his way to Wolves 🐺

"The agreement with Gelson Martins is complete but he needs to resolve his situation with Sporting and Wolverhampton" (Ondacero. es)

Debbie McGee

1.) 18 Jul 2018 20:54:40
His going to be a great signing for athletico madrid.

2.) 19 Jul 2018 13:50:10
I'd be very surprised if Wolves will want to do any business with Sporting now tbh, also as Wolvessteve pointed out Martins has gone to Atletico.

Just had the local electrician in to quote me a job (new outdoor lights for the decking) . Loves his footy/ Wolves and has a lot of contacts in the area (mainly other trades men, he may know the flooring guy previously mentioned) .

He told me that Wolves are interested in signing Bruno Fernandes.

Debbie McGee

1.) 23 Jun 2018 21:01:36
As he cancelled his contract?

2.) 23 Jun 2018 21:41:11
Not again! has anyone on here got a sense of humour?

3.) 23 Jun 2018 23:54:20
I thought we were signing Tyler Spark :P.

That's.

He has the footballing intelligence to play in that role and the ability to find the net. Not too sure what you mean by the penalty comment?

Putting this out there: rather than buying an AMF play Neves in a more advanced role - leaving Dendonker / Saiss as the DMF and purchasing a new CB in Jan. I think most bases would be covered then.
