Which players qualify as "home grown" from the current first team squad?
Ikeme
Ruddy
Norris
Doherty
Batth
Coady
Hause
Bennett
Graham
Under 21 players are not included since they are excluded from the rule (Gibbs-White, Enobakahare, Burgoyne, Ronan etc)
Ikeme may not return so there is possibly squeaky bum time if Batth and Graham go? Who would we buy to replace them?

Maddison willshire hart and afobe?

Why are so many certain we'll keep Afobe? He didn't exactly cut in the prem before did it I don't think we'll keep him tbh.

Afobe is a bottom of the Premier League striker at best.

No to Afobe. No to hart.

What I am struggling to understand is we have a manager with a reputation for developing young players yet all we seem to be doing is sending them all out on loan. Some, such as Gibbs-White and Marques, need to be playing in the PL, not heading out on loan again. The way we are loaning out players does bring into question whether Fosun are being honest about developing players for Wolves rather than other teams and is their commitment to Wolves actually there? Just look at Pedro Goncalves a couple of years ago - apparently no good for Wolves and released yet now a full international. I will never understand the thinking on that one. Even in the Under 23s he looked something special.

Given how poor he has been at Kilmarnock, I think Bright will find himself permanently moved on. Might have the talent but there are obvious other issues that impact his playing. Certainly has no future at Wolves since those issues are seemingly unresolvable.

People seem to think signing 20 goal strikers is easy. It isn't. We are the new boys on the block again and how many clubs AREN'T chasing a 20 goal striker? IF such players are available, they have to be sold on a project to come to us and that sort of player is usually looking for an established top league club and a big pay cheque. There are limits to how much money can be spent after all! People also seem to forget that Bonatini was playing with a shoulder issue last season, which would not have helped his performances. Signing him at a relatively cheap price makes a lot of sense, especially with him being familiar with the club, the system and the players around him. A full preseason will also help.

At least he is better than nothing whilst the club continues to search for and sign another striker. At best Bonatini will be a back up to Raul Jimenez anyway.

Besides, I think the coaching staff and scouting staff have a much better idea about players than all of us combined.

Wayne Hennessey? Much prefer to have Bert Williams in goal - and he has been dead for 4 years. Hennessey was awful when he was with us before and has been very very average at Crystal Palace. Harry Burgoyne is a better keeper than Hennessey.

Douglas does not qualify as home grown as he was not associated with an FA or a Welsh FA club for 3 years prior to his 21st birthday.

Afobe did a decent job coming in on loan, having to learn a new system, getting used to a completely different team to the one he left. Once he was up to speed, after five or six games playing a bit part, he showed that he could be very effective. If Wolves have agreed to sign him, then I can well understand why and I trust Nuno's judgment here. Of course, with Lewandowski now available, Afobe would be a good back up :)

Rule 8 is purely relating to teams where all players are under 18, which bans advertising by anything that may be detrimental to such players. The indication of gambling and brewing companies are examples of advertisers that would be unlikely to get permission to advertise in such circumstances.

Camo, Rooney couldn't even pass the fitness drills at training in Nuno's regime let alone get on the pitch. Too many cigarettes and too much fast food have made him about 10 years older than his actual age. Everton are letting him go for a damn good reason. One to definitely avoid.

Whilst Wiltshire HAS been injury prone, I would suspect with the quality of our backroom staff - no serious/ significant injury problems all season - maybe the risk is not so large. I would be more concerned by the reputed £100k a week wages upsetting the harmony of the squad.
