That stat alone Phil tells you how poorly, this squad and the football side in general was being mis-managed up until Xmas.

Yes, the new signings have contributed to the upturn but it's got to be down to JL, his people and the changes at the top. The potential was in the main, there all the time, it just needed some man management to get the wheels turning again.

Phil we've taken 30 points under JLo from 20 matches, over the course of 38 matches that would equate to about 57 points, the type of points haul we were getting under NES in the first two prem seasons. The issue was coaching and organisation. Hopefully JLo can now see something to build on and we can all chill out a little and enjoy discussing possible transfers over the summer.
