None of us want relegation and ofcourse it's still very early in the season.
But does anyone think relegation would give Fosun that big kick up the backside they need to get rid of Sellars and Shi and bring in proper football personell?

Sadly Rated, it is looking that way (Beale now not a shoe-in. Quoted last night as saying he is not sure it is the right move).
Shi and Sellars just don't have any credibility in the Industry and certainly with the fans.
I just don't understand Fosun's lack of action and sacking them both.

No Mendes involved in these negotiations so we'll see if they can pull it off. I know Beale has said how happy he is at QPR, but if they can't attract an ambitious Championship manager into the Prem then we are in trouble.

We won't be fighting relegation after Xmas. No chance. I'm just disappointed that Bruno didn't take us to the next level and so our progress stalled. Still can't believe he played Neves centre back. Oh my days.

Longmynd
Rangers top of the championship Beal has the support of his board, players and fans even if Rangers don’t win Championship it’s a win win.
Why would he risk all that for a struggling Premiership club?
The grass is not always greener!
If he does come to Wolves it would be like Nuno leaving when we were top of Championship a devastating effect on the project.
Shi and Sellars must realise by now after being turned down by so many managers that their strategy is incorrect?
They must bring in a proven big name in my opinion if Wolves have any chance of survival.
I know the arguments against this but now is the time for big decisions about long term not short term strategies.
Ditch the Mendes approach for this as it’s only moving money from one Fosun company to another.
Thinking outside the box also means not making the same mistakes over and over.
It is worrying.

Time to show their metal, Get rid of sellars and Shi now, get Darymple back in, we need a quality manager now before World Cup to have a good chance of turning around season, the 2 lads in charge haven't a clue, Fosun have to be looking for answers now

To be fair Exref I think he'd get the same support at Wolves, the difference being the profiles of the two clubs. We are a Premier League club and they aren't, their promotion is not a given, we all know how tough that league is to get out of.

It'll be more about 'the deal' and if Beale thinks he can get a tune out of our team imo. Which would raise a Manager's profile more, getting a Championship team promoted or reinvigorating a Premier side bringing it from the bottom to a top 10 position? I would suggest the latter.

Oh, and of course faith in the people you're working for and with.

Don't disagree that we should look farther afield than the Mendes stable which they appear to be doing but my previous point is the concern for me. Will he feel confident that his transfer views and management input, etc, will be respected?

Do we want someone who will jack a successful project for money? because as I see it he can become a hero and success going on with promotion or forgotten has been fighting relegation, unless of course he works miracles with us. Are we really in the position of beggars being hopeful choosers? If he comes I hope he turns it all around for us and makes his name of course, but I can't help feeling a little negative over things.

So, Beale has turned the job down.
What a shambles.

It's so jarring when you read Beales post match comments on it. 'It has to be the right club, the right project, going in the right direction' I'm afraid every manager we've spoken to is CLEARLY not convinced we are going in the right direction! So just to recap we can't even get a Champ manager with less than half a seasons experience, sorry but Jeff needs to go! Since Dalrymple and Thelwell left he's run this club into the ground and the current challenges in employing someone to the wealthiest league in the world is a fairly damning indiment on Jeff and the whole club! Dark days indeed I'm afraid ?
