From the papers 5 days ago and the reason Middlesboro went after Rhodes but failed. He only signed start of last season for £11 million so why would thy sell their top scorer for less than what they paid for him!

Alex Pritchard rumoured to be going to Burnley on loan. That is one deal we could do with hijacking. Proven Championship player who would give our midfield the goal threat it presently lacks. Have shown interest before and need to "push the boat out" for this one. Believe he is the one available player who could really make the difference between a push for play off spot and mid-table anonymity.

Mason will be another Coady in my view, a player we didn't need. Surely that £3.5 million should have gone on Henry and Bradshaw or Conor Washington? Not sure what the club are doing.

Zach Clough is actually an 'attacking midfielder' so could play with Mason behind a target man in the '5' midfield Jackett loves. Would be great to get Clough and Bradshaw and play them all. With Zyro and Graham (eventually) on the wings, the side would definitely be going places. Unfortunately, I suspect none of this will happen!
