Kenneth Omeruo not coming to Wolves according to his facebook page.

1.) 17 Jul 2017 10:39:54
Not to bothered about this news and I am sure that once the lads are back from tour there will be more comings and goings.

2.) 17 Jul 2017 13:02:49
No suprise to see Jack Price doing well in a passing side.

3.) 17 Jul 2017 13:45:08
Ike Ugbo has gone to Barnsley.

4.) 17 Jul 2017 13:47:47
Assombalonga has gone to Boro. Probably score the winner against Wolves on the opening day of the season.

5.) 17 Jul 2017 13:57:58
A Boro fan will likely say the same about Negrado.

6.) 17 Jul 2017 14:27:38
Just because we didn't sign him?! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ maybe we never wanted to sign him. maybe you're all took in by paper talk.
Do we say this for every player who scores against us? "We should have signed him"

We will obviously sign at least 1 striker.
Calm down.

03 Sep 2016 07:58:02
So Mike Williamson probably out until 2017! Good job we've now got plenty of cover.
Should get rid now and cut our losses. Not sure anyone will buy him though, retirement more likely. Sorry Mike.

1.) 03 Sep 2016 09:10:12
He would have been back this season had it been done sooner. It would be a nice story if he came back and propelled us to promotion, tho.

2.) 03 Sep 2016 09:15:55
Team for Burton. Ikeme Doc Baath Stearman Borthwick Jackson Tex Saiss Prince Costa Big Dadi Cavaleiro. Mighty Wolves 5 Burton 0πŸ‘.

3.) 03 Sep 2016 09:37:29
He's out of contract end of the season so either way we would have to pay him up so might as well keep him just in case he actually does get fit.

4.) 03 Sep 2016 10:47:25
What a waste of 200.000 a lot of money in our world.

5.) 03 Sep 2016 11:04:44
We're paying Mike Williamson's wages till the end of the season anyway. Who knows, he might come back for a final promotion push in February/ March? There may be alternative scenarios, like, we could pay off his contract now but it must be in both party's interests to wait and see.

6.) 03 Sep 2016 11:27:47
Spearman is now looking more and more like a shrewd bit of business. What ere the 'footballing reasons' for shunting him to Fulham in the first place? Perhaps Moxey saying to Jackett that if he wanted to hold on to Afobe he had to recoup some money. Then Afobe goes in January and we get Williamson to shore up the defence which we needed because we couldn't score. Total mess but at least we haven't been left with a bomb squad.

7.) 03 Sep 2016 11:48:31
Paul that team has have me the shivers, God knows what burton are thinking!

8.) 03 Sep 2016 12:25:52
That team put out regularly will put an extra 5 k on the gate! And hopefully keep us in play offs at least! Forget Saville Evans coady and although I like him Price, and Edwards and Hause. Walt must be brave and go with that team! Remember it's Burton were playin not Bayern πŸ‘.

9.) 03 Sep 2016 12:54:10
We do have to be cautious of Burton they have had a couple of promising results and scrap for their lives. That being said if we can batter them I think this will send a message to the rest of the division.

10.) 03 Sep 2016 13:35:41
Look down that little lot and find a CH;

11.) 03 Sep 2016 15:55:04
Pauls team for Burton Albion would also be my team. Supported by substitutes that must include Coady, Mason and Iorfa. Coady and Mason have both played very well and don't deserve to be dropped but you can only play 11.This is a great problem to have and it begs the question about Dicko when he is ready.

12.) 03 Sep 2016 18:21:31
Coady and Mason why would you drop them they have been playing well it's Edwards, Saville, Iorfa and Price who played badly at Huddersfield and will be lucky to get to play next match in my opinion on that performance.
The midfield was non existent last game 1st half, second half was a lot better when Zenga sorted the midfield out and I think we were very unlucky to not come away with at least a point if not two, but to me the damage was done first half.

13.) 03 Sep 2016 19:41:06
We haven't even seen Silivio yet and he's supposed to be dynamite when he's fit.

14.) 03 Sep 2016 20:00:04
We have some good players but we haven't seen them play yet there will likely be one or two that really aren't as good as we hope and knowing our luck one or two will be injured most of the season I think we will start with about 50/ 50 old and new players.

15.) 03 Sep 2016 21:29:03
Team v Burton:

Ikeme
Doherty Batth Stearman Borthwick-Jackson
Oniangue Saiss Teixiera
Cavaleiro Bodvarsson John

Subs: Lonergan, Iorfa, Hause, Coady, Costa, Dicko, Gladon

Back-up; Silvio, Price, Wallace, Mason

Just my opinion obviously.

16.) 04 Sep 2016 01:11:28
My team v Burton:
Ikeme
Iorfa Batth Stearman Doherty/ bw-j
Costa Oniangue Saiss Cavilerio
Bodvarsson Mason/ Gladon
I personally think with the players we have 4-4-2 is the best formation.

17.) 04 Sep 2016 08:17:59
Lol at people naming as many new players as they can in one 11.

18.) 07 Sep 2016 11:08:39
yeah because there better than we've got let's get them gelled and nail this league.

RIP Cyrille Regis. Great ambassador for black footballers and Midlands football.

07 Nov 2017 16:52:48
I wish all of our internationals well playing for their respective countries but please Lord bring them all home safe and sound.
Injuries to any of them could seriously hamper our promotion prospects.

1.) 08 Nov 2017 07:58:20
Mee too Niknaklady. I been thinking about nxt tuesdays game for england agaisnt brazil maybe bonatini can catch up with his fellow country mates and sweet talk some samba stars to come and play for us. it on radio that brazil players want to come and play in england where better than wolves for young up and coming samba magicπŸ˜€.

12 Oct 2017 07:21:19
Anyone know if our Man city cup match is being shown live on any channel?
Just trying to plan ahead.

1.) 12 Oct 2017 07:41:25
As usual sky have gone for all prem ties with Swansea v manutd on the Tuesday and spurs v West ham on the Wednesday. Not sure if we will be shown anywhere else.

2.) 12 Oct 2017 07:43:51
It's not on Sky. They're showing Swansea v Man Utd on 24th Oct. Don't think anyone else has broadcasting rights.

{Ed001's Note - if it is being recorded for later broadcast there will be a stream of it somewhere.}

3.) 12 Oct 2017 13:03:52
Thanks Ed.

{Ed001's Note - you are very welcome, I would suggest checking a site such as Reddit for threads with lists of streaming sites on the day.}

4.) 12 Oct 2017 12:52:46
It is live on ESPN a US channel if you're fortunate to know someone in the US who will let you use their tv login online, a vpn will be needed too.

5.) 12 Oct 2017 18:22:22
Can you get the espn coverage via BT sport?

6.) 12 Oct 2017 20:07:09
No different ESPN Abbywolf but as ESPN usa are airing and streaming it chances are it will be streamed on some sites.

12 Aug 2017 17:04:45
Brilliant result. Ooh mercy! Is this our year? Dare we begin to believe? I'm beginning to think so πŸ˜€.

1.) 12 Aug 2017 17:19:15
What a superb result. Excellent away win, and a clean sheet.

2.) 12 Aug 2017 17:46:56
Agree this was a potential leveller for us, against a team that has taken us to the cleaners on many occasions in the last few seasons, and we came through it brilliantly.
Can anyone offer any comments on our defensive display today?

3.) 12 Aug 2017 17:49:19
Ha ha know what you're saying Nik but only two games in (admittedly tough ones) . I'm staying cautiously optimistic.

4.) 12 Aug 2017 18:16:36
We looked like a strong team today. I thought we had gears to step it up too. Jota said coast and ruddy were superb.

I think we that extra pace of costa we will be promotion material. A striker with a physical presence will complete the squad.

10 Jul 2017 13:34:16
According to the B'ham mail Costa out til Xmas after having ankle surgery! Wish him a speedy recovery.

1.) 10 Jul 2017 15:12:41
Look on the bright side, if he's injured for that long he won't be bought.

2.) 10 Jul 2017 17:16:28
So why didn't he have the surgery in May? No wonder the Chairman says he's going nowhere!

3.) 10 Jul 2017 17:54:38
Apparently they wanted to try other avenues first as they knew surgery would keep him out for a long time. Guess those 'avenues' didn't work.

4.) 10 Jul 2017 20:47:06
Midfield of Neves, Saiss, Cav and Graham seems good until Costa is back. Add to that Zyro, Marshall and Coady we seem to have good back up. Up front, if Afobe does sign, he'll bring out the best in Dicko. I think promotion is in the bag because I just can't see a stronger squad, man for man, than ours.

5.) 10 Jul 2017 21:11:08
You missed ronan in that list.

{Ed007's Note - His life's a rollercoaster, you just got to ride it.}

I'm pleased with this piece of business as it's a short term fix. Afobe's attitude when he left stunk. But hey maybe he's grown up a bit and can do a job for us. If it works out great, if not he goes back. Either way Nuno won't put up with a load of nonsense.

Great news Wolves intend making Jota permanent in the summer - however - has Jota himself agreed the move? I haven't read anywhere that he has agreed to making the move permanent. As I understand it Wolves have just stated their intention to make it permanent.
Really don't want to put a dampener on all this joy - I'm delighted Wolves want him.
Just would be nice to get a statement from Diogo himself to make it clear.

Great post RoboWolf. Just sorry Zyro appears not to fit with Nunos thinking. Liked his style very much up to his injury.
Still as you say Nuno knows what he wants.
