Looks like Prince's agent has let the cat out of the bag by tweeting a picture of the player in his Wolves away shirt!
Have sent image to Sightings tab.

From an extremely reliable source .

. "Ok - so this is what I've got so far - the Chinese money who want to buy the club have told former Porto boss Julen Lopetegui he is the new Wolves manager if the takeover goes through. That much is true. Robin Li is a very rich guy. Wealthier than Abramovich. Why Wolves nobody knows.
From what I can tell a prospective takeover hasn't been finalised just yet. But I would tell Pete that cautious optimism is the way to go. Certainly something in this, I think. But that's only from one call. ".

MWP

1.) 02 Jul 2016 12:33:23
Who's Pete?

2.) 02 Jul 2016 14:35:52
Wolves cause cost less buy n get promotion to prem than starting with prem club rough guess is £30m for club £25-30m investment in team should be enough even if had wait few season get to prem it cheaper than buying prem outfit.

3.) 02 Jul 2016 15:20:23
Ah you are back, which face of you is this?

{Ed001's Note - if you think this is the split personality guy, that was yamyam91 mate.}

4.) 02 Jul 2016 16:17:21

5.) 02 Jul 2016 16:30:11
Ed001 may I ask if you believe this is a go'oer and is just a matter of time mate?

{Ed001's Note - I have absolutely no idea, all I know is Morgan wants to sell and get out.}

RUMOUR ALERT: Widespread reports in Spain claiming that former Porto boss Julen Lopetegui has been offered the Wolves job - backed by a Chinese billionaire takeover - have been denied.

Freedman, Pearson, Ince, Lambert, McCarthy, Curbishley, Hodgson, Allardyce, and all the other dinosaurs, failures or has beens that are being suggested - No Thanks! Bruce would have been ideal, but too late. Dyche has the perfect pedigree, but there's no chance of him coming. Go for Mark Warburton - did an excellent job at Brentford and has continued that with Rangers. If not, has to be either Wilmots or AVB!

MWP

1.) 27 Oct 2016 21:53:08
Can't see the issue with Pearson. He did manage Leicester into the Premier League in the not to distant past.

2.) 27 Oct 2016 22:09:43
AVB 😂 sacked from Chelsea. sacked from Spurs. plus he was more boring get to listen to than KJ.

26 Oct 2016 13:57:06
Only one choice for me - AVB! Managed in England, superb tactician and experience of managing star players. Not sure he'd want to drop down into the championship though.

MWP

1.) 26 Oct 2016 17:14:23
Got sacked from both jobs? Ian Holloway better choice.

2.) 26 Oct 2016 17:28:22
Agreed.

3.) 26 Oct 2016 21:07:51
Karl Robinson young hungry manager like a howe and would have money to spend and let's be honest didn't do to bad at dons with not a lot and keep him in the job cause I no he could do great for us 4get freedman not proven and same with silva.

4.) 26 Oct 2016 21:33:20

Sky sources claim we've made a £6m bid for Derby's Chris Martin. Hope that's true - he has a brilliant attitude!

Just an observation, but despite the wealth of our new owners and the shortcomings of our current first team squad, we haven't really spent much! Realise there's still almost 3 weeks for the transfer window to run, but I do expect substantially more invested than the previous 2 transfer windows. The squad definitely needs an uplift quality wise. Aware that it's not always about the money, but equally, we're at least 4 / 5 players short if we are serious about the play off's as a minimum and a decent level of investment is going to be required - loanees and youngsters won't suffice.

MWP

1.) 10 Aug 2016 18:07:53
Normally I'd agree about loanees, too many loan players did for Graham Turner at ShrewsburyFC I think, and / or maybe caused problems for their current guy Micky Mellon.

But in this situation, I'm not sure they are all exactly loanees in the same way, rather they are continually working for Mendes, whatever club they are at, whether temporary or permanent signing, and need to be constantly trying and impressing at whatever club and on whatever terms to keep rising and keep Mendes happy.

And I guess it's just a fact of life of being in Chump, real talent, and older proven talent is unlikely to want to box itself into that league on permanent long deals, in case we fall short of getting to Prem.

But yes, I hope it ends up with a settled committed team, and hopefully any loanees that are good are hoping we'll be promoted and they can then stay and be properly signed long-term.

2.) 10 Aug 2016 18:09:47
Loanees would suffice MWP that has been proven on a number of occasions look at Sam Allarfyce when he was at Bolton.
We have v taken loan players before and several were a great success like Lightly.
So don't go writing of loan players they can do a job at a sensible price. And if we succeed you never know they may become permanent.

3.) 10 Aug 2016 19:08:29
Dont you think it might be better to spend"enough"now in this window to plug the rickety defence/ midfield, then once the team has settled down with the new coaching staff'assess the situation then go in with more money and idea of who it is we need?

Ed - aren't posts reviewed by editorial, before they are posted? Sadly, some of the idiotic posters, just make the site a bit of a laughing stock at times. Guy in the tree, and let's not forget the idiot with 2 names who you called out a couple of weeks back and has subsequently crawled back under the rock he came from. Generally I find this site full of decent banter, humour and good camaraderie. But the idiots do damage its credibility at times.

MWP

{Ed001's Note - yes but not all editors are here to do any thing other than filter out foul language and stop fights and bickering.}

Lets not forget, we moved on some high earners at the end of last season (Siggy, Boukari, Martinez) along with some other dead wood. Byrne is definitely on his way out and sadly expect Henry to follow. I'd like to see Saville the next to go - despite the odd goal here and there a very average footballer. I'd keep Price, Mason, Wallace and Eddo.

IMO Stears will have a point to prove and will be an important player for us and i'm expecting him to have a decent season. Even though he never wanted to leave, (sure he picked up a wage increase when he went to Fulham), leave he did. However the move doesn't appear to have worked out. let's not forget though, Fulham were absolute pants last year, that can't have helped. Think he'll come back, work even harder and be even more determined to succeed to try and earn himself a permanent move back. Incidentally, Mrs Stearman tweeted she was delighted to be back!
