anybody hear ds being interviewed on the radio after the match? if so what did he say?
Yep he said he knows what's wrong defence wise and he will put it right with the loan market. you T W
Upshot : he wants two loan signings before the Derby game and we were defensively weak.
Ds stated he needs backing to improve team now he knows the weakest position is defence and that he has being looking for 3 weeks but stated he has to get new blood into team asap
He sounded like he was off to put a gun to his head! Same stuff - played well, he needs to find the answers. Hopes to bring loan signings in but nothing is happening for him. Same old same old but didn't make me feel very confident I have to say.

When we are relegated to league one I'm sure DS will be still saying we played well. Wake up everyone it's results not how we played that will keep us up. DS is just using it as another excuse for the regime to hide behind.
PT again facts wrong - Saunders took job on stating these players in false position and he would get them moving up table with hard work!
He took the job on knowing he had to get to a manageable number regarding squad!
He took the job on being told if you shed players of first team you can replace them but only on budget agreed
He took the job on knowing full well what he was getting in to - budgets squad numbers and transfers
Where DS has failed is not realising how poor and unmotivated this squad is!
They are all in comfort zone and until the little group of bad apples are removed this squad will fail!
Read back to Charltons Chris Powell who went through exactly same problems - he got rid of 22 first team squad and brought in fresh faces reducing wage bill and moving club forward

PT, I generally think you talk sense, but IMO we have a ready made CAM in O'Hara. He's proved it time and time again. SEB is twice as goof when Doyle isn't playing. I reckon the setup against Leicester was perfect for us. We need full backs, nothing else

One thing you will find out about Deano is he likes the sound of his own voice. a bit like you PT!

I wrote this season off after 26 games of shear dull football with Stale in charge! As long as we stay up now that's all i'm bothered about! Then next season we start again, when hopefully Deano has been backed in the transfer market! I won't rise to your Borin personal comments as I don't want a ban!
