Wolves are looking to sell Doyle to Celtic before signing Jay Simpson on a free. This is currently in the balance but expect things to get moving quickly within the next three weeks as agents will want to do their best for their clients. REGARDS M M

Wolves linked to Man City left sided winger Jeremy Helan, 21. Straight replacement for Bakary Sako. However Sheffield Wednesday are also interested following the player's two loan spells with them last season. City ready to let the player go for the right price.
Well Sheff Wed have had their chance to impress. Guess they must be favorites but if KJ pulls that off it will be quite an achievement.
Lets hope we get this one after missing out recently. To make the catch the bait ie the offer has to be almost irresistible. (Spend the almost certain Sako money). He knows the set up at Wednesday and although they also have a big stadium I hope he can be persuaded that we can offer a better future - please god.

Things are going on behind the scenes at Molineux with regards to players coming in, although nothing is imminent. However, much of the focus is on players moving on and moving out. Kenny Jackett is keen to trim the squad, to get a better idea of the players he has, and what he needs to bring in.
As well as the transfer listed quartet (Henry, Ward, Johnson and O'Hara), I'm told that Bakary Sako is likely to leave, and Kevin Doyle is available for the right deal, though Jackett is keen on keeping him at Wolves.
Having allowed Dorus De Vries to leave on a free, Wolves are looking at a similar deal for Eggert Jonsson, with two clubs in Holland supposedly interested.
For the time being, Richard Stearman is part of Wolves plans, as the interest from Ipswich has cooled following the arrival of Christophe Berra at Portman Road.
Stearman was always part of wolves plans even when he was at Ipswich. We rejected £1million for him when he was there because we wanted him back for this season, which makes me believe that thelwell has been singing his praises!
Stearman should be able to do a job for us in L1. Having spent a few months away from the Mol last season, hopefully his head's a bit more clearer than a few of the others. I'd keep him and play him alongside Batth at CB. Ricketts and Elokobi/Doherty at FB

Apparently stearman was brilliant at Ipswich while on loan there. Even the fans thought so!

I think he'll be OK in a revigourated Wolves team. The malaise that settled on the team last season seemed to affect him too much. Hopefully that has all lifted now.

young Macca off to Man U for a £1 mil, Moyes loves him according to both Everton and Man U forums.
Just wanting him doesn't make it so.
Just had a bit of search and it seems the rumours are circulating but I don't think we would sell, we couldn't buy another player with that talent for less money so what would be the point, Macca has said on frequent occasions that he is a Wolves fan and a Wolves player for the foreseeable.
Don't see it happening at all, would be a poor move for him at this moment in time, although no doubt he would be loaned straight out and then sold to a Championship club in a couple of years time.
Of course he is that good that Moyes wants him for Man U and rates him at the astronomical price of. I mill.

Can't wait to see what he can do in the pre season's. I've seen him a few times at Telford and he's class, I bet he won't get much time though KJ will be to busy licking Leigh Griffith's back side so he doesn't change his mind again and stay at Hibs. I can't stand the little so and so!
I don't care which plays we have 4 class strikers bring in the season! And he's stated he wants to be playing all the time if he goes to Man U as some higher up said he has no chance not yet and won't develop. One of the main reasons are under 21s in this country are so bad! He needs to be playing all season with us play 30+games score tons of goals after the season if he goes in sure he will go for a hell of a lot more than 1 million
