We could do with a left back and a centre half. I've got a source that says Jeff Schlupp could be coming here on the cheap as he isn't needed at Leicester.

Jeff Schlupp? The same Jeff Schlupp who has made 14 appearances this season, until getting injured? The young player and players player of the year for Leicester last season. The guy rumoured to be a 10 million target for arsenal? Wow sound good!

What a complete load of rubbish, if you're going to make things up at least make them realistic. Williamson is our main defensive target.

Still can't see why he doesn't play Iofora at CB he has to better than EEL saying that I would rather see Holt play at CB before EEL.

It looks unlikely that Williamson will return to wolves in January. McLaren wants him around the newcastle training ground, to set an example to the other players.

Yesterday was one of the worst wolves performances as I can remember.
Been a supporter of Jackett but no more.
Docherty over Golbourne, never, he is no left back.
Edwards is a luxury, neither here nor there, especially at home.
A fobe has lost interst, easily knocked off the ball.
The ball retention, pass/ hoof selection was diabolical.
There is no pace, the is no guile.
January is our Waterloo.
If we don't invest, we are up pooh creek.

I agree realist apart from Afobe.
He was isolated again and up against a very good CH in Hector.
Once again we play with a lone striker with 3 strikers on the bench!

Still can't work out when we play with one striker we can get totally overrun in midfield by a rank average championship team.
We got real lucky yesterday one or even two late goals was no more than Reading deserved.
The system isn't working the round pegs are not fitting into the square holes,
It's been awful for weeks, boring, predictable and so easy to play against.
If Jackett hasn't got the personnel to play the system, bin the system.
If Zyro comes in where we going to play him.
As a winger replacing one of our best two players or a square peg?

We need someone fast as today's performance was awful.

Negatives outweigh positives again!

1. Defence can't keep hold of the ball
2. Doherty not a left back
3. Coady is average, and we have Evans out of loan who is just as good if not better, waste of 2mil
4. Edwards has been horrendous for a while and have Wallace on bench who could be given a try OR even maybe revert to 442 which brings me onto
5. 3 strikers on the bench?
6. We miss Jack Price so badly, when he doesn't play we revert to hoof
7. Afobe cannot hold the ball up, needs Dicko, Holt, anybody to help him!
8. Graham good but was found out a little today
9. Byrne should be given a chance above Henry (even though he scored)
10. Subs too late again but didn't cost us today
11. Iorfa needs an experienced centre half to help his positioning
12. Ebanks Landell.
13. Overload of midfielders in the squad yet none good enough to make the bench (3 strikers)
14. Need a new Left back

Can't think of anything else, onto the positives

1. Luck was on our side today.

I agree with your post StuuCorbett, Scotty is one of the best left backs in this league, if I was him I'd look upon it as an insult when JACKETT put an average right back in his position? I'd def be knocking on his door for showdown talks or put in a transfer request!

Since Therwell was put in charge of recruitment we have brought in so many below average players.

Yes we have found the odd player to come straight into the team but Jackett CONSTANTLY tells us he will only bring players in to improve the starting 11.

When does this happen?

i know it was silly putting reading in brackets but I saw ding li arriving through the reception entrance and I also saw some chinese people walking around I was not the only one and also press were also keeping quiet as if they were told by wolves to keep quiet. I was not the only one that saw him arrive. I heard from someone who is reliable that sale of club should be completed in next 24hrs which makes me think there will be announcement on monday or tuesday. it is all over facebook as well. I have also heard he was in the directors box as well not hidden away so no onecan see him. I am not lying and I do not like wind up merchants as much as the next man or woman!

Hope so gee wolf, keep we informed the sooner its been sold the better we can then hope for an happy new year with a new owner or owners and then who nows.
