Id be surprised if we pay that for keeper when we have good ones in and around the squad, rather we spend our transfer budget on a left back, 2 centre backs and 1 centre midfielder!

SteveBullStand-We got Ikeme if we rid of De vries and we got McCarey for the Bench untill Hennessey is fit so we can put Ikeme on the Bench.
Would be a bit of a bonus signing if it comes off, a reinvestment of the Dorus money (if he does go to the scousers) and the Gued money. 250k of our own money would be wisely invested in him.

stoke's chairman says club will not be buying big this season as they have to many players on high wages just sitting on the bench or not even making the bench
that means they will not be going for flech or jarvis

Midfield is perfectly fine if we keep who we've got tbh. Agree we need a new centre half but apart from that..... Ward did well last year and if Johnson stays I expect him to perform better this season!

another Berisha worth looking at is Veton. 18 years old can play centre mid or on the wing. highly rated and would cost around 1.6 million. Or wolves could sign him and his brother Valon for a combined fee of around 4 million. Ed any chance of us getting the brothers {Ed011's Note - I haven't heard us linked to Veton, and with the size of our squad at the present I think targets like Berisha are in place as replacements for Jarvis in the event he does leave, and I seriously hope he doesn't.
