mike williamson recalled, that's a clean sheet for sat gone out the window.

01 Dec 2015 21:02:47
That is not good news.

01 Dec 2015 21:55:37
Heard that morgan is willing to accept 30 or 40 million for the club the process is on going and there's several interested party's and they are talking to them just read it on bt sport.

03 Dec 2015 07:24:03
Think Morgan being quiet reasonable with what wants for club after all he put £30m into club aspart deal to buy us then spent best part £85m on players and agent fees ok maybe not always best players but still spent and only wants make &10m profit that's far from being greedy unlike learner at villa who wants get every penny back that spent at villa hence why no one really intrested in his club and he won't get much once they relegated yet we got 7psrties intrested so Morgan must be doing something right for once.

03 Dec 2015 10:48:55
I don't think the asking price for Wolves is unreasonable at all. We're debt-free, plus we have the assets of property, stadium, players etc. By contrast, Bolton is also for sale and they have massive debts, probably well over 100 mil. Villa have debts of about 200 mil. Bolton and Villa will only sell if the debts are largely written-off, which will wipe-out sale proceeds.

WBA are also for sale, asking about 130 mil. But WBA is well-run financially and probably debt-free. I'd sooner buy Wolves for a quarter of the price though!

03 Dec 2015 15:11:31
When buying wolves you don't just buy a club u buy a bit history and hub off community as well buy any off other clubs u just buying a faceless asset that fans got no bond with unlike us -we like feel we own club even though we don't and very protective over what happens to it.

03 Dec 2015 15:30:49
So are you saying he put in his own money into the club and then is prepared to write that off?
None of us know if he even put the 30 million in. He though should have taken responsibility for our income and expenditure and therefore any losses would be down to his mishandling of the club's affairs.
Still he has 'slunk' away without facing the fans of this club like a coward.
And you think he deserves a profit?

03 Dec 2015 22:20:12
Just saying for all that he done wrong and that's a lot he not making the sale off club unattainable for anyone who wsnts take over by demanding huge profit from sale and no one knows quite how much from his own £ he put in club but we didn't build new academy and new stand from sale off players alone he had his bad points but has done some good just pity was ill advised and his pr skills doappalling only ever heard him ssy sorry once in all time at club even though me catastrophic mistakes.

04 Dec 2015 18:52:11
We are nowhere near a sale, absolutely nowhere near.
As I told you weeks ago the jewels in the crown will be sold in Jan.
Afobe will go in the sales, as will Iorfa, Ikeme and McDonald.
Look what you are getting for 30,40 or even 50 million is a an ok purchase.
The problem is the further investment too maybe just stand still.
How far are we behind Boro, Derby, QPR, etc the answer another 20-30 million.
So we are up to 50-60 million, it ain't going to happen this year for us, maybe never.
Our mere existence is seriously in doubt, afraid we will be the next Bolton.
We need a buyer and we need one now.
Morgan needs to get real, day by day the club is de-valuing.
Strike a deal Redman cut your money and run.
Know when to hold em know when to fold em
Know when to walk away, know when to run.
Never the grim reaper, always the realist.
Ian Martin don't hide, speak the truth. wolvesaye we.

04 Dec 2015 22:11:21
I think saying our existence is in doubt is completely over the top.

We aren't even close to being in administration, never mind liquidation.

05 Dec 2015 11:03:51
Realist. You are completely over the top and irrational with your comments and you tell us not to listen to Ian Martin. Nobody on this forum really knows what is going on we can only live in hope.

05 Dec 2015 11:21:45
Realist if u know something we don't please spill? If we have a handful off potentially serious bidders why r u convinced it won't happen? Are there no bidders and its a smoke screen from Moxey?

05 Dec 2015 12:43:12
Realist if anyone is tesco carrier bag it's you! You have scoffed at everything and everyone.
Either put up or shut up we don't need your brand oh "honesty"

05 Dec 2015 13:32:42
When you say "we" derby are you speaking for yourself or the people.
I tell you what I think is fair and reasonable.
As for being a "tesco" haha you make me larf.
Watched Wolves on over 70 grounds over many years,
And I can promise you all I was in the all time low Molineaux attendance making a 150 mile round trip.
Don't call me a tesco,

05 Dec 2015 13:35:17
Wanderer on the contrary, was a message to Ian to speak up and not let others influence what he has to say.

05 Dec 2015 13:40:46
Paul the info I get a fairly reliable and quite confidential.
The club is being hawked round creating "interesting parties"
People on here don't like hearing the truth that's fairly obvious.
That's all from me.
Will post but no more on the takeover.

05 Dec 2015 17:34:31
Realist. Thank goodness for that!

05 Dec 2015 18:57:49
Haha this site needs characters, let's see what happens.
You will get no more from me.
Happy clap, cross your fingers.
Desperately hope my source is wrong and I'm made to look a numpty.

05 Dec 2015 19:20:59
And I reiterate my source has no connection to wwfc or has in fact no connection or love of football whatsoever.

05 Dec 2015 19:27:57
Think you will Realist the clubs a bargain at 30 million.

05 Dec 2015 19:41:52
Bargains are snapped up chap.
Perhaps Boxing Day hey.

05 Dec 2015 19:52:21
Go the bookies place your bets.
Wwfc to be sold this season.
No brainier its a bargain.
Put your house on it.
Go on do it.
2/1
Derby
Wanderer
My tip to you go on do it.

06 Dec 2015 10:09:50
Realist just so as you know the 'we' was the royal we.
So you say you have travelled a bit following wwfc, so what you ate not the only one.
If you have gossip fine just cut the whining out it doesn't add anything.

01 Dec 2015 07:34:03
Im sorry, but this Ian Martin fella is just living in cloud cuckoo land. Some American wants to invest in the club because he loves gold! Please don't tell me you are all falling for that tosh. Me sniffs a Tesco carrier bag taking the p**s!
What I can tell you is that Morgan is currently in Antigua and that there is a board meeting on Wednesday. This is when Jackett will be told what is available in January. But I have heard that he will have to sell first if he wants to spend. I have also heard that Jackett is awaiting the outcome of this board meeting before deciding whether to show his hand for the QPR job. It is a known fact the Kevin Gallen has been leaning heavily on his brother Joe to try and talk KJ into going for the job. I have also been lead to believe that the Wolves board are fully prepared for KJ's exit and already have there No 1 replacement earmarked. (That makes a change if true) .
As for the take over, I have been told that there have been numerous enquiries, mainly from the Middle East but nothing serious has developed in any direction.

01 Dec 2015 15:00:02
If kj goes would think rob Edwards steps up till end season then carry on if Morgan still not sold club good potential but would be kind thing wolves would do - i. e. On the cheap no compo to pay just slight pay increase on RE income from what on now.

01 Dec 2015 16:01:09
If QPR do go for Kenny, I can see him moving. They always have a bigger budget than us - not that it does them much good - and he will fancy their chances of promotion more than ours.

As for a replacement, please, let's get a competent manager in. When have we succeeded by promoting from within? TC. Nuff said.

01 Dec 2015 19:41:38
The end . bye.

02 Dec 2015 16:41:24
Come back Ian!

03 Dec 2015 07:36:51
I think that's harsh on lan Martin. This is a rumour site and people can only pass on what they have heard. Of course the message that we pick up has been polished up by a dozen other people and takeovers are one area where everyone wants to maintain confidentiality. But it matters to a lot of people and I appreciate anyone taking the trouble to share what they've heard. Thanks Ian Martin.

03 Dec 2015 08:09:27
Agreed Victory v, we all love a rumour. But because we want to see a takeover happen so badly we will at times be taken in and to be honest that's what I think Ian Martin has played on and achieved. Well done Tom Tit seein through it. But another part of me still wants Ian Martin to be right and we get a billionaire owner who is willin to invest big time. 👍.
