Well this season gets better from having the privilege to see some of the best football at wolves for a long time to a laughingstock we going down this season no other way at looking at it the squad would struggle in the championship never mind be competitive in the Premier league I've got nothing against fosun or Gary O'Neil, but sorry he ain't good enough unfortunately fosun have let the club down 3 days before season starts so unfortunately I will not be buying a shirt or ticket this season my 12 year old asked me for a shirt I said leave it this season.

I don't want him going through all the mick taking and bullying IMO JL had no choice to go the ambition of the club 12 months ago was big all of a sudden the spine of team sold under him and not a penny to buy some players and you can say FFP that's just a smoke screen damn Chelsea spent what in a season arsenal spent 95 million on 1 player and all that fosun just didn't do the due diligence Chelsea decided to use rules and bend them with 7 and 8 year contracts to get round them rules anyone that thinks wolves will do well this season with all them players gone needs to hook me up with what ever medication they take.

I'll gladly give you my list of medications giants. I do agree we are a laughing stock at the moment, but it a hasty call to say we're going down and that this squad would struggle in the championship.

Our squad contains international quality and experience and I'd suggest can be a test for anyone, certainly the forests Everton Bournemouth Luton etc so I'm confident we can avoid relegation.

Chelsea are now being investigated over expenditure and finance going back a couple of years or more, city are still being investigated, Everton are to find their fate next month. Next year it'll be forest and the vile. Maybe we'll be grateful in the end?.

We're a fickle lot though, we're hurting at the moment but should we get a couple of wins out of the first 4 we'll be back, wearing the shirts, maybe prouder than before. Fosuns treatment as been awful, JLs walking away from a contract cowardly in a way, a betrayal, the timing dreadful, again in a way because at least we had someone covering pre- season but now we are in the lurch. I'll never turn my back on my team. Get your tickets support the lads, get your sons shirt and we'll all be stronger for it eventually. COYW

Not just JL who has left we also have no other coaches/training staff. Ridiculous situation to be in just before the season starts.

Giant, what a load of tosh, our squad is more than capable of competing in the Premier league. What is this spine you talk about being sold? apart from Neves, every other player going was a bit part last season, Mouts, Raul, Collins played very little, Giles, Coady, Sanderson were not even part of squad and playing elsewhere.
This season, we have Silva, Sasa, back in squad, plus we kept Kilman and Nunes.
Yes a lot are disappointed LOP has gone, but we have to move on and back whoever they bring in, the season is up on us, I think this has been coming for a few weeks now and plans have been in place to have a smooth change of guard if the manager left.

I liked LOP, but since the end of last season something has been brewing, and he chose to wait till now to leave, it says a lot about him, he has form for it also, he was paid well and spent a good bit of money in winter, but he he wanted more and more and spat his dummy, regardless of what folk think about FOSUN, at the end of the day they own the club and we have to get used to that, managers come and go as do players, but us fans will always be here, in good and bad times.

Sydney you beat me too it, yes, questions can be asked about the lack of communication over financial matters, but at the end of the day we don't have a bad squad of players and I believe we will be competitive this season.

As you say JL has form for this, but again should we question the wisdom of who's making these appointments? The club did back him in the winter and ffp can affect any club from time to time, but for him to walk less than a week before the season kicks off is imo, inexcusable. Unless his kiss and tell stories to the media annoyed the owners to the extent that they wanted him gone, of course.

Abbeywolf, Villa Dan West Ham will be fine because the sales of Grealish and Rice are total profit and will be positive on the amortisation. It’s the profit and loss over the 3 year period and this allows them to be able to keep spending. If we sold Kilman it would be smart business as it’s almost 100% profit whereas we cannot afford to sell Guedes because it’s almost 100% loss.
He will either have to stay and play or go on loan.
Everton will have points deducted and Newcastle will need to be very careful but if we can stay out of danger this year we will be healthier next year when others around us are in trouble.

Sydney only time will tell i just think getting rid of 7 players i belive traiore mountiho nerves jimenez Collins and few others and we get a keeper and a left back LMFAO this is fosun fault why chase a manger for 2 years we finally get him but do nothing to keep him and sell the players or allow them to go on frees i'm just disappointed at this farce 2 weeks ago this was all known and in 2 weeks the best we can find is garry O'Neil nothing against him but if it was known JL was going to walk would it not make sense for a new manager to come in and do the pre season rather than wait until start of season and get a new manager when squad has been working on what JL wanted to do now a new manager with his own ideas but no time to work with squad will concern the players never mind us fans that 10 year plan has just gone out the window
