If ffp ruling is restricting what we can pay for any incoming players, how the heck did we get into this position in the first place.

Overspending in two windows. January of this year being one of them. There is a piece about in today's E&S. Video with Liam Keen and Nathan Judah.

With Raul included I've now counted 20 players leaving the club either transferred, on loan or released. So I've counted them out I'd now like to start counting them in! So far only King and Doherty. Starting to get a little concerned and I'd agree that its not easy but time is passing by!

Trying to stay away from commenting on the window, but just a thought.

We've got decent goalkeepers, we've got decent defenders, we've got some excellent midfielders, we've got wingers so why don't Wolves forget about all those positions and just go balls out to get a decent, proven, striker, one for the here and now.

Further rebuilding can come in future windows. Like I say, just a thought.

LongmyndWolf I agree in someways but look at the defence CB only three one injured were in trouble if we sell podence only three wingers we need help from Fuson or relegation is a very big worry.Surely Fuson can see this they are going to loose millions way are we not expanding the ground just do one side at a time more money coming in.If you want to make money in football you have to spend get in the champions league that's where the money is.But for some reason Fuson have change tact not investing Wolves have to do it on there own disaster waiting to happen look at last season not looking to good unless somebody opens the purse strings.

Hi, this may be a silly question but does FFP run for three years and then you start with a clean sheet or is it a rolling thing where one you dropped off when you start a new one if anybody knows the answer to that I would be most grateful thank you

{Ed002's Note - It is a rolling three years.}

As we know Dek transfers, in the main, have to be funded by the club not the owners (ffp), but you're quite right the owner can invest directly into the clubs fixed assets to generate more matchday income by expanding the ground.

When Fosun came in that was allegedly very much their plan, however, for whatever reason that changed, which is my only real gripe with their ownership. The Mol as it stands is not big enough and in parts needs improvement but I suspect it won't happen because the costs of doing that would probably also be placed on the club and they can't afford it.

Ken68, Boubacar Traore and Matheus Cuhna have signed permanently in this window so that's 4 in and 13 out. Of the 13 that have left, only Neves was a first team starting regular.

Jas M yes they have signed but considering they have been here for a season and half a season there not new signings that's going to change things as they stand. We need new signings at least 3 or 4 or we are going to be in trouble considering last season where we struggled.

Jas I didn't say they were first team starters and I simply quoted the number listed in the Athletic.

Just goes to prove how wrong the media can be. Where they got 20 players leaving is beyond me.

Would you spend £45m ona stadium with interest rates as high as they are at the moment?

How much would increasing the stadium capacity by 5,000 generate per season?
