Players are not actively for sale by parent clubs . Other clubs have been told not available for transfer . If the names are released some clubs in better position than we are could try hijacking. Could also involve a player going in opposite way .

Weston McKennie is a good shout. Plus I enjoyed him during the WC.

Would be a pity to loose Rayan though as he vs Bueno is the only positively competitive place on the team sheet at present.

McKennie was injured for Juve 3 games prior to WC, but if fit he would be the ideal utility player to replace Donk and probably an upgrade attacking wise, so yes a good call I would say.

I'd imagine deals were done pre Christmas with medicals maybe today, tomorrow or Friday.
The fact the club has said they want six players shows that deals have been done you don't send that to BBC, national broadcasters and E&S without them been done.

No disrespect, but when you’ve said on this thread is vague at best. When you first mentioned Cunha by then it was an open secret he’d be joining Wolves, in fact I remember you said “the deal would be £31m” which transpired to be £43m (various conditions pending).

The Hobbs quote came from the 25th of December, yours is from the 27th of December. You’re now saying Matt Hobbs previously said?

Your post from the 21st of December was regarding Cunha signing, which was old news by then.

Let’s recap: you claim to have a contact who has “been damn near right every time” yet none of your posts have come close to being correct. You claim Matt Hobbs said “Wolves are looking to sign two more players before 01/01/2023” on the 27/12 yet Wolves posted the Hobbs quote on 25/12. You’re now trying to muddy the waters about a different matter from 21/12.

Fact is you’re back tracking on your Hobbs comment. You said it first here, then he said after. Then you said he said “previously” it’s one of two things. But in the first instance you’re very wrong.

Nothing you’ve said has come true, so your source is full or it or you’re making it up? only thing you got correct was the Counha deal, and even then your figures were wildly wrong.

I read your last response again, and done some more digging (I’m off work and bored) Matt Hobbs said on December 25th (on the wolves website) “We’ll try and get one or two more done before 1st January, but when you’re trying to take players from other teams, they have games now, and they need replacements, so it’s not always easy.”

You started this thread on December 27th. Yet you said Matt Hobbs said this after your post? (To validate my claim put Matt Hobbs into Google News and it will be the first hit, the date is clearly visible on the Wolves website).
