Absolute joke tonight. God WZ is actually worse than Jackett. While Kenny was left with the bare bones of a squad, we've now got a talented, packed squad. Just tactical ineptitude and clueless ideas holding us back. I'm not going to go on more about how Steve Bruce should've Bern appointed. But it's becoming very clear why Zenga tends to only last a wet weekend at teams. Too many stupid points thrown away and Norwich coming up. Based on this they'll eat us alive.
Just one final thing; how do we get outplayed by Wigan, Burton and of course Barnsley yet go and win at St. James'? Infuriating really.

Keep banging the same drum here but consistency comes in time. No way in the world will a club who appoints a new manager and signs 12 new players at the same time the season starts be able to consistently produce. Said before I thought we'd be doing ok if we win 4, d4 and l4 from the opening 12 and then by that point we should have had plenty of time for new players to bed in both on and off the pitch.
Looking at the table it looks like there's only 2/ 3 that are remotely consistent given the fact had we won we'd have been 3rd.

Fair points but history tells us that any team who's been on a losing streak turns it round when they play wolves. also I feel we really needed the three points last night because well get nothing on Saturday if it comes down to playing football and I think we all know what's bound to happen at villa a week later. by that time we could be in the bottom half where as the three points last night would have give us that little buffer.

As we all know Danny boy lacks pace. There second goal illustrates that to perfection. I raised my eyebrows at a 4 yr contract. Central defence has been a problem for years and still is. IMO we will go nowhere till it is sorted.

WIZ said he was worried as Wigan have actually played well and lost after making silly mistakes and largely dominating games. Today they had more possession than us but we lost. Have I lost faith? No because I don't expect 13 new players to come in and we suddenly trounce teams. It is a work in progress that will take time. In relation to Danny Batth, would Wombourneron complained if his header was not cleared off the line and given us a 2-1 lead?

If you defend high up the pitch you need pace to combat pace to cope with a ball over the top. Tony Adams had no pace but he did have pace around him and if I remember correctly played the offside trap to perfection in a well drilled Arsenal defence.

Don't think medical staff are any good at wolves. players get over an injury and take 3 months to make the squad. we need dicko as a goal machine was not signed bodvarsson is good but goals say it all, not sticking your head where it hurts and assists ie striker means goals.

the reason I am saying we are going to lose is an illusion sort of because I want wolves to win but every time I say we win we either lose or draw.
I rather have low expectations than have high expectations then go into depressed mode badly. sorry if I have confused everyone.

Given the news re Big Sam and third party ownership of players, anybody else a bit concerned that the operating model on which it appears to work looks very similar to Wolves/ Mendez/ Benfica triangle? Just hoping we ain't going to get embroiled in the fall out.
