I can't believe the rumours I am reading, Saiss a Liverpool target, Coady for Newcastle or the Tesco bags. Both are under contract, Wolves are top of the Championship and Jeff Shi has great ambition. Just journalists making up stories to sell papers in my opinion. Can't imagine why any of the players would want to move on just before the promised land arrives. To all those trying to stir the pot, TAKE A HIKE!

1.) 30 Nov 2017 22:47:53
No one will leave right now, I think we will sign Bonatini in January and loan another player. None of the other loans will want to sign just yet. I know it would upset us all but honestly I don't think Jota will sign even if we go up. I mean think to yourself, would you rather live in Wolverhampton or Madrid? A curse Wolves will always have. I love our team but we will never be a shining beacon to players as long as it is a rubbish hole.

2.) 01 Dec 2017 07:13:17
Agree mutiny always a problem outside of london signing world class players in our defence manchester is a bigger rubbish hole than w'ton fosun got the money they eould have to throw the bank at it to sign the best players.

3.) 01 Dec 2017 13:01:09
What so good about the Manchester area that's a dump.

4.) 01 Dec 2017 18:46:50
Most the Manchester players live in Cheshire, but yeah, its certainly not Madrid! Just think Wolvo ain't somewhere I'd want to relocate my family if I had millions in the bank, hopefully that can change though with the team making people take notice of us, maybe even uncle Jeff could be convinced to invest a little in the city :)

5.) 01 Dec 2017 19:21:03
Look west of wolvo an ya got 50 miles of beautiful countryside, Not sure what ya saying? under visions of grandeur will they leave.

6.) 01 Dec 2017 19:45:50
If the money is right and there’s no one else interested they will stay.

7.) 01 Dec 2017 20:06:54
Some nice affluent places in w'ton every town city in the country full of immigrants past and present sure the older folk can educate me in 50's my parents moved out of wolvo town centre as most did when immigrants came over after the war as an educated guess they came to w'ton because there was work and money. proud to be bought up in wolves and my post mutiny went off from your point of sunny madrid to wolvo but I am a die hard humble bloke from wolverhampton.1 thing in our favour is the other big club in west midlands villa (there 3 really but I h8 wba and didn't want to mention them) is villa is a nightmare to get to everyday with the traffic on motorways where as wolves is a lot less stress and hassle to get to yraining everyday. lol I gone on one up early in mirn so got nothing better to do 😀.

8.) 04 Dec 2017 11:29:40
Ignore the city centre. There's some beautiful places to live within a reasonable commute to the city. You're within a 2 hour commute to London and even less to Manchester so not as bad as some may think to attract players but still you're right, Madrid over anywhere in this country if you have the money they have. For others bashing Manchester it's vastly improved over recent years but players live in Alderly Edge, Wilmslow etc which are really nice parts of this country.

22 Nov 2017 21:44:06
Great win, really starting to believe. Keep going this has the makings of something special. I can't see any offers accepted in January, why would they? Here's the march to the Premier League!

1.) 23 Nov 2017 00:01:15
What a win indeed and what made it all the more special was it was against them dirty leeds who I despise as much as the tescos and man utd we took the mick and never got out of second gear we truly don't know how good we are because no ones truly tested us we play in cruise control this truly feels like its our time and is the start of something truly magical where we can have hopes and dreams and start to beleive that we can compete with the big boys where we can dine at the top table of english foitball and not feed off the scraps where we don't sell young talent to the mite of coventry city and bournemouth there will in time be another statue built at the mol that of nuno this man will build a dynasty the good times are here the team and the pack are on the march we, re coming for you west bromwich albion we, re coming for you wolves ay we.

2.) 23 Nov 2017 20:14:49
What can I add to that bigste
Well said mate.

3.) 24 Nov 2017 10:20:06
they are my second team but only because i'm married into a Leeds supporting family, had great banter with my bro in law after wednesday though, always nice to have bragging rights lol.

31 Aug 2017 19:52:29
What the hell is going on? At this rate forget promotion we are funding it for someone else.

13 Aug 2017 21:23:07
Whoever the new striker is he will have to fit with Nuno's game plan. Unlikely to be a a British style unless we want a different game plan coming from the bench. I expect Oliviera or Soares. Can't see Chris Wood unless Paul daniels is playing a three card trick.

1.) 13 Aug 2017 23:18:43
yes, the plan is up and running now. there is no plan b because there is no need of one. you are correct to say that no British player will be added. i would more expect certain players to leave, especially those who can not adapt to this style. the one of the two you mention are credible additions, maybe another midfielder, but one thing is certain, they will be comfortable with the ball at feet and fairly intelligent in a footballing sense. the days of `the fox in the box` are long gone.

11 Aug 2017 08:03:22
Well WWFC Insider what happened to the advanced talks for a striker? Has it all come to nothing, if so I presume you are now able to disclose what has gone on?

1.) 11 Aug 2017 08:37:24
Ditto on that on, I hope I get mine right I said wolves will be playing on Saturday at 3 0 clock somewhere in the midlands.

2.) 11 Aug 2017 09:35:46
To be fair this striker saga seems to change every day. The truth is somewhere in between all of these rumours.
I reckon we did go for Gray but Watford came in offering prem football.
I reckon we asked about afobe but we're knocked back.
We have made enquiries about Rhodes and Gallagher.
Aboubaker was linked but is now settled at Porto.
Soares has been watched however similar to Rhodes waiting for other movement to materialise. So Everyman on here knows someone or something but the club is probably moving at a faster rate than it has in years on transfer. E. g. Boly, Neves and Jota signatures.
You have wolves with a squad of 30 need to move certain players on and sign stronger players.
Then you have blues who need reinforcements quick but don't want to pay the money. The championship is the best league in the world for this.

3.) 11 Aug 2017 11:21:23
Earlier on this year didn't we all start to get apprehensive with regards to who was coming in and out with no official word! Well this is the same we will just have to wait and see . One thing for certain is we need a striker .

4.) 11 Aug 2017 11:55:32
Come on now Paul, more specific mate. East Midlands.

5.) 11 Aug 2017 12:09:54
The reality is we're talking to lots of strikers at the moment. These things take time.

6.) 11 Aug 2017 12:28:13
Yeah but my source wouldn't commit everything.

7.) 11 Aug 2017 12:29:02
Also I havnt lost my pig stu.

8.) 11 Aug 2017 14:02:32
It's good that there taking time over signing a striker as long as they get the right man it's getting to the stage where need one pretty quickly it just seems as though it's dragging on and on.

9.) 11 Aug 2017 14:15:02
My source has told me that Jody Craddock is glad wolves are away at Derby this weekend and not at home. This is because he'd have to design the artwork for the match programme and he can't draw sheep.

10.) 11 Aug 2017 14:28:49
Well spotted Paul,

11.) 11 Aug 2017 15:01:39
We're playing somewhere in the Midlands at 3pm tomorrow?

Source please.

12.) 11 Aug 2017 16:02:28
Costa Marshall should be back in training in couple of weeks which will be good will need a couple of weeks of training and a couple of u23 games but good news.

13.) 11 Aug 2017 16:24:32
Got that from my source.

14.) 11 Aug 2017 16:45:25
That's good paulcooksleftpeg.
Fits in with internationals so they should be nearing full fitness after the break.
It's going to be interesting to see where we are after the sheff Utd away game and the blues game in decemeber they are two fixture I have picked out to analysis where we are at.

15.) 11 Aug 2017 16:51:49
His source is the express and star.

16.) 11 Aug 2017 17:06:56
Is that reliable? 😬😬😬😬.

17.) 11 Aug 2017 18:39:21
Does anybody know with Wolves TV is it just a commentary over the games or can you watch the game?

18.) 11 Aug 2017 18:54:40
Can only view wolves tv (live stream) if you live outside uk.

19.) 11 Aug 2017 20:15:56
I thought u could watch for a small charge? Even in uk
Gutted now wombourneron!

20.) 11 Aug 2017 20:27:39
Buy a vpn - works perfect then, u trick it to thinkin your abroad.

21.) 11 Aug 2017 20:29:04
But Derby TV are showing it apparently. Log in and pay if you can baa it!

22.) 11 Aug 2017 23:50:34
You can get a live stream on Wolves tv for many matches for £5 a time. First one is Hull away. Couldn't do Derby because of lack of facilities at Derby.

23.) 11 Aug 2017 23:53:27
Wolves put out a statement saying that they can't show the game as they cannot access the gantry in order to film in decent quality. They also said that matches can be viewed on a pay per View deal but not sure if thus is for non UK residents only.

24.) 12 Aug 2017 11:45:44
A b ''with fans in the UK and Republic of Ireland able to access live commentary, and international fans able to access live streams when EFL broadcast rules and technology allows''
So seems that the live streams can only be viewed abroad.

Very disappointing.

Well Steve Cotterill has reveal his true managerial abilities during and after last nights game. Firstly, having watched the game, it was apparent very early on that he would deploy the typical English managers approach when confronted with talent - that of kick them off the pitch. Then he has the audacity to say that the sending off of Harlee Dean was unjustified, that after Roberts has escaped marching orders early on for two appalling tackles on Jota. Then after the game he calls Wolves average. It wasn't a sumptuous performance but one of grit against a bunch of hopeless hackers and it has proved Wolves resilience. Shame on you, you jealous bluenose I very much hope that you are where you are at the end of the season, it would be well deserved given your lack of ability and class.

1.) 05 Dec 2017 10:55:38
Wollabby agree 100% but fairplay to my boss and work colleagues they maybe as thick as a short plank at times but they all said how it is blues had nothing upfront wolves looked solid at the back and dangerous going fwd. s cotterill imo won't make it to the end of the season.

2.) 05 Dec 2017 12:55:37
What Cotterill failed to mention was that N'Diaye and Dean both got the same treatment from the ref, namely they were booked. So the ref treated both teams the same. Maybe Dean shouldn't have hacked down one of our players 2 minutes earlier.

3.) 05 Dec 2017 13:13:56
If Cotterills lot can't manage a single shot on target in 90 mins at home against an 'average' team they're definitely going down. Idiot!

4.) 05 Dec 2017 14:21:59
Wollabby one question as a wolves fan to Steve COCKtrerill, if wolves were average winning 1-0 to the blues how would you (Steve Cotterill) rate Birmingham’s performance who lost to average wolves and didn’t have a shoot on target? Even there own fans on the radio were saying if we carry on like this we are down this season . 😂 BLUES ARE FALLING APART AGAIN!

{Ed001's Note - Cotterill is a complete bell, he should keep his mouth shut and his trousers zipped up. Vile little man. I watched the game last night, and I was very impressed by Wolves personally. I only watch the odd game of yours and the match was over as a contest the moment you scored. There was never a single second I felt like Birmingham would pull it back.}

5.) 05 Dec 2017 14:56:38
My boss is bestmates with terry connor my boss was down ipswich for terry's daughters wedding when blues appointed cotterill as boss terry connor told my boss steve cotterill is just a coach and has no managment nouse and will more than likely won't last long in blues job.

6.) 05 Dec 2017 15:09:57
Wollaby - summed up perfectly buddy. Can see Coleman's mackems getting a good hiding this week, 4-0. Another red card looming. A brace for Leo.

7.) 05 Dec 2017 15:15:08
Anyone else think costa is struggling after his injury he looks unsure that it’s 100% to me which is causing him to make mistakes he doesn’t look even close to be up to the pace. The blues game was closer than it should have been I think they played the occasion instead of the game which happens at any level onwards and upwards anyway.

8.) 05 Dec 2017 15:56:58
Phillip789, Terry Connor isn't in a position to comment about management he was a pile 💩.

9.) 05 Dec 2017 18:21:29
@jonnyk, I think if we were a prem team with a bigger squad Costa would be loaned out in January. and that sounds insane after last season. I think part of the problem is that Costa and Cav always looked 2x better when playing with each other and with Jota in the team that is barely ever going to happen.

Though with Cav barely keeping up a performance past 50 minutes every game, Costa will get game time to try turn things around. Really hope he can because right now I don't think he would make it into a Prem wolves team if we go up.

I noticed last night that him and Jota don't really understand each others runs and where they want the ball playing. and I sound really negative but Costa is still my favorite player, genuinely hope he gets back on it.

10.) 06 Dec 2017 07:31:28
What u got to remember is that Costa didn't have a pre season which is massive the front 3 have a system
Costa will get back to his best give him time.

11.) 06 Dec 2017 08:00:51
Paul tamworth terry connor in a lot better position than you or I can see where you coming from I know he not a manager and was a pile of brown stuff 4us but he's got a million times more football knowledge than us supporters.

12.) 06 Dec 2017 10:00:34
Has he? Speak for yourself Philip. Just because he's a coach at Ipswich doesn't make him more knowledgeable! In management he's worse than jackett and lambert and totally delusional when he thought he should get the wolves job full time after his 12 games I think it was in charge and he didn't even get one win.

13.) 06 Dec 2017 16:57:50
Is it me or does anyone else have reservations about gayle . martin or grabban . being good enough for us?

14.) 06 Dec 2017 17:50:40
I have strong reservations about Gayle, Martin and Grabban. They may be OK to help us get promoted this season but for me, none of them is up to Prem standard.

04 Dec 2017 21:44:51
Had a bad feeling today but escaped a banana skin, great win hard fought.

29 Nov 2017 16:39:59
Amazing, what a bad appointment the Tesco bags have made, looking forward to them going down as mighty Wolves go up.

25 Nov 2017 17:19:56
Tonight I may be in heaven but I'm not counting chickens. Keep it up and let's put the Championship to the sword.

1.) 25 Nov 2017 17:39:02

2.) 25 Nov 2017 18:21:40
Neves out for Blues.

3.) 26 Nov 2017 10:11:51
Sound result today, just what we should do to the bottom team, and where we would have slipped up in years past. This is an excellent professional squad developing, with lots more to come, I am sure. Bring them on.
Thank you Fosun and Nuno. First class.

30 Sep 2017 16:37:19
So Hull are scoring freely while Dicko watches from the bench. Thanks for the £3m cod catchers.

1.) 02 Oct 2017 14:49:19
Wollaby cod catchers that made me laugh ha ha👍dicko we done gr8 bit business getting 3million 4a guy who has rubbish scoring record. imo he was just not good enough 4us. bonatini 4goals 4assìsts in 11games nuno fosun I trust fwaw.

Recently signed a new contract I think. Why go to a second rate Premier side when he will be there next season anyway with a quality one? Tell them on your bike.

I'm concerned about the Afobe rumours. He has proved he's not Premier League standard so do WW just want him for 4 months to secure promotion at £12m. Rather get a striker who can do a job for 4 months and step up.

Agreed, I can't believe all the negative crap on here! O. K. the lack of experience striking depth may not help but we have enough talent and with the strikers we do have available, Bonatini, Cavaliero, Zyro, Wilson and Enobakahare we should be able to last until January. Indeed it may give those returning and the youngsters coming through the incentive to make a name for themselves.
