Good morning to all you wolfys. ive just joined on here I've supported wolves for 53 years I've seen the highs and lows .but i am still going to be there. I've read some things and people think teams can go out and buy players straight away it don't work like that .wolves will buy players when time is right and buy players who want to play their heart out for the club. ive got a lot to say on here. i am sick of people on here running the club down .

Welcome wolfy46, good to have new input. I don't think it's people running the club down, as you put it, as much as people caring and loving our club that we want to see things run smoothly and improving and are only asking questions when things seem odd or out of kilter with the clickbaiting that we see. The club understandably keep things close to themselves but sometimes its worrying when they're quiet. Let's hope the squad takes shape soon and that we have a good season to look forward to.

Welcome Wolfy46.

3.) 01 Jul 2023 15:04:34
Welcome Wolfy46, not sure we have too many negative posters, more like one or two who react to the clickbait and comment accordingly.

Having said that we've got plenty who will call the club out for some of the decisions made in the recent past which we are now having to recover from.

4.) 01 Jul 2023 16:27:04
Welcome Wolfy46.
This is a good well balanced forum where all views should be welcomed as long as the core concerns are for the well-being of the club.

5.) 01 Jul 2023 16:38:50
Hi Wolfy46. I only know people on here from their posts, and I feel sure the vast majority have the club's wellbeing as their prime interest. It seems that that interest manifests itself in many different ways. One thing I have learnt is that if someone says they are in the know, they are not. Enjoy the good Banter.

6.) 01 Jul 2023 17:23:00
Welcome Wolfy46. I am like you a long serving and suffering supporter of 68 years, we all have Opinions of players which differ, but I must say we have bought players for vast amounts and loans that certainly have from their body language and attitude not actually wanted to be at our club, this must stop, we want players like Joao Gomes, Mario Lemina who actually seemed excited to be joining us.
Between the two of us we have seen a lot of ups and downs and some very good players, let's hope for a less traumatic season.

7.) 01 Jul 2023 18:25:28
I think Bentley is good enough to be number one.sa let us down a lot seems he panic's when ball is at his feet so myself he should be sold .we need a new striker.plus I would give silva achance but if he wants to leave and doesn't want to play for us get rid as we only want players who want to play with heart .

8.) 01 Jul 2023 19:00:22
We are still recovering from Nuno but people blame Bruno.
Nuno drove young players away with his desire to have them sit on the bench and damage their budding international careers.
Dendoncker and Cutrone.
Messed up with Goncalves and Mir.
Wouldn't know a good attacking midfielder if he was bit on the bum by one.
Wouldn't be surprised if Jordano sets the league on fire now.

9.) 01 Jul 2023 23:58:41
Sorry Wolfy but I have to disagree. Don't get me wrong Bentley is the perfect 'second' keeper, cause he's home grown, has great communication skills and is generally a good shot stopper! However, ask any Bristol City fan why they replaced their club captain mid way through a season and they will explain. Basically whilst his fundamentals are great the guy is a vampire! Which in footy terms means he's scared of crosses! He gets them wrong often and is horribly prone to a brain fart most games (like comíng off his line/out of his box when he really shouldn't)! I like Bentley and he's a 'decent' keeper but saddly there's a reason that he's 29 and STILL we are the first team that have given him a crack in the Prem! He's played two games for us all season and one of those games he played (against Everton) when we threw away a point cause he dived for a cross he had NO chance of getting! Great squad keeper but in REAL terms if we gave him the No. 1 he will cost us a lot of points! If you don't believe me please just ask the Bristol City fans, cause yes the guys shot stopping can win you a game once a month. But his decision making skills would have cost us the game 4 out of 5 times in that same month! I'm not saying Sa is the answer but Bentley is also definitely not the answer to being a Prem no, 1?

10.) 02 Jul 2023 00:15:44
Handsome- just to check this is the same Nuno that earnt us TWO top 8 finshes TWO seasons in a row straight from the Champ and got us to an FA Cup semi?! And HE was the problem?! Don't get me wrong I get that he could have done better with the youth development (Goncalves and Mir) BUT to blame our best manager in my life time for all of the clubs problems seems beyond niave to be honest? ?

11.) 02 Jul 2023 06:32:57
Hear hear regarding nuno and bently bullysboy. Regarding fabio, do you think the Lad was spoilt? By that I mean the fee at such an early age and his wages, getting chucked in the 1st team so young and the star status so young. As he missed a chunk of the learning curve and got little, (financially), to aspire to. His dad leads him apparently and now after being in Holland, (hardly the prem), they sound as if we're not going enough. Personally I hoped he'd come good, sadly I think it's been the biggest waste of money in our history. I can't see him hacking it with us and we should get shot. Maybe I'll be proved wrong and he and neto will show us that in the U21 against England tonight. Time will tell.

12.) 02 Jul 2023 08:58:41
You never give up with Cutrone, do you Handsome? Just face facts; he's a lower 2nd division (Serie B or Championship)striker and that's it. Or maybe you know better than the coaches at Wolves, Empoli, Fiorentina and Valencia?
Mir isn't much better either.Mainly a bench warmer these days;not that it needs much warming in Seville!

13.) 02 Jul 2023 09:30:39
Cutrone (nor Fabregas) hardly pulled up trees for Como in Serie B last year. Highly fancied team at start of the season, finished nearer the bottom of the league than the top!

14.) 02 Jul 2023 09:38:35
The more the merrier on here Wolfy,
All of us. Want the wolves to do well, we speak from the heart, and the mind, everyone's opinion is sometimes different, that's how it should be, we all share the same passion, look forward to your future

Even i've given up with Cutrone and many on here will tell you I was one of Cutrones biggest cheerleaders.

16.) 02 Jul 2023 14:00:24
Didn't think cutrone was still a consideration. He showed a little at first but then lost interest. Thought he'd gone.

17.) 02 Jul 2023 15:32:24
He has Abbey. However, Handsome seems to think he's a cross between Gianlucca Vialli and Luigi Riva and regularly castigates Nuno for getting rid despite his subsequent career taking a Stuka like nosedive.

18.) 02 Jul 2023 15:39:15
Cheers old wulf. I wondered why he was being mentioned.

19.) 02 Jul 2023 15:45:54
Welcome Wolfy46,
Look forward to your posts my fellow wolves fan.

20.) 02 Jul 2023 17:59:44
Hi abbey hope your ok.i think Fabio should be given a chance with cuna and raul.i think your see a different Raul this season.thats my opinion why go out and spend silly money on a striker of which it might not work out.lets give these young players achance to shine for our club.its such a shame we didn't have a young bully he would cause havoc.plus how much would he be worth now

21.) 02 Jul 2023 18:10:43
Hi Wolfy's my dad was a surporter of wolves for 79 years.wish he was still here he could tell Wolfy's mega stories of the famous old years that's when football was football just good old fashion football.i made a room out completely in memory of my dad walls are covered of famous memories.wish I could send u all my videos of it your be amazed

22.) 02 Jul 2023 18:39:27
He scored two goals in 4 90 minute games.
As well as Jiminez did in his prime.
And for someone to have the loyalty to play for his home team instead of trying to leaves is something you rave about if it's with Wolves but laugh at when it's another team.
How many goals did Bull score in the 1st Division.
Oh, but that's different.
Nuno did great but he reached his ceiling because the team threw away at least 10 points a season losing to bottom dwellers.
10 points more a season would have gotten us into the Europa league on a regular basis as well as challenging for the Champions League.
All of you guys lamenting the fact that Fosun lied to us about trying to be a top team are creaming yourselves over 7th place.
And guess what? Coaches have an expiry date, just like players.

23.) 02 Jul 2023 22:24:59
Is that the same Nuno that lasted a couple of months at Spurs and has found his level coaching in the Saudi League?

24.) 03 Jul 2023 10:51:51
In which he won the league out there handsomead. What nuno achieved for us was outstanding and never be forgotten. 7th was incredible for us to achieve in that time, that's not creaming as you put it, its a feat we hadn't achieved in ages and we're delighted he did it. It's reality mate, not the dream world you appear to be living in.

25.) 03 Jul 2023 10:58:18
Wolfy46 I'd like to think jiminez would be back to what he was, sadly I don't think that'll happen and he'll more likely be on his way, fabio dosnt seem to have developed a lot on loan and I can't see him getting much in the prem. If we can get a decent return I'd let him go. Sasa we havnt seen yet so I guess that's for JL to assess. Whatever we need a goalscorer, if we found another bully (there hasn't been his like since) it'd be wonderful, but the game has changed so much since his days I doubt that will ever happen. I'm waiting with hope well get a surprise soon.

26.) 03 Jul 2023 13:14:16
Abbeywolf, apparently that's like winning the Scottish league, at best. Two tems of any quality.
Remember when he was talked about replacing various Premier League coaches the first couple of years we were in the Premier League?
Haven't heard that in a couple years.

27.) 03 Jul 2023 14:17:23
Where is Saudi league ranked in the world?
The Saudi Pro League is rated as the 58th highest-quality league in the world, according to the strength of its average team, which places it below the Scottish Premiership (49th), but above Serie C (68th) in Italy.

28.) 03 Jul 2023 14:51:58
Handsome- you are talking three seasons ago at best. What's the point?! Weather your right or wrong (and it's wrong:) it still has absolutely NO relevance to todays problems?! You might as well blame Graham Taylor and tell us we should have kept Robert Taylor, that has about as much relevance to the dross you are saying! ?
