Has anyone heard about an alleged bust up in the dressing room with GON and Johnson?

What’s the news about Hwangs injury? Any updates?

If he needs surgery then up to 10 weeks out.

If not, he should be back in 4 weeks.

Hope this is not true but apparently spurs are working on a high bid for J Gomes. Mate who is a spurs fan says he is hearing it from reliable sources. It would have to be Atleast 60-80m and I hope this is not true because he is a beast and I love him in our team. It would be too late to sell him now.

alright selling but the money never goes back in new players

2.) 18 Aug 2024 06:44:29
If your Spurs friend is hearing it from reliable sources, why aren't any Wolves reliable sources hearing the same.

3.) 18 Aug 2024 13:13:22
Wolves have said he is not for sale.

4.) 18 Aug 2024 13:43:56

5.) 18 Aug 2024 22:08:03

Whatever happens let’s keep supporting the lads however difficult it is during the game and then let your feelings known after the whistle ends. Tough times for sure but we will get through it.

VaBWolf

1.) 05 Dec 2024 18:29:54
If the lads actually bother to try yes.

2.) 05 Dec 2024 18:49:06
It’s not looking as he will be relieved of his post, and yes I’m p1sswd as most are on here, unfortunately I have tickets and flight booked for Hammers game as I wanted to go to stadium as I’ve never been there.
So yes I will have to support the team, do I dislike GON, definitely not, I wanted him to succeed, but I just simply don’t see it, I seen footage of final whistle, And had to feel sorry for him. I understand fans being angry, but some really need to calm down, it’s a sad state we are in, on the pitch GON and players are to blame, but overall, we’ve been let down since our great heights of our Europa league season, the sale of Jota started the demise of the hard work that had been done by Nuno and Darymple and the likes.
Followed by Lage, LOP, and GON not being backed when needed, in amongst that a few panic buys to try and appease fans in transfer windows, The owners and the board need to take a big part of the blame in all Of this, unfortunately for Gary he will have to take the hit for all involved, Shi will Walk away untouched as normal. If GON is going to stay, something has to change and that starts this Monday, us fans too have to get behind the players and drive them on, as it stands we don’t have any managers that look like they want the job.

3.) 05 Dec 2024 19:13:58
Great posts gents, I agree with all of the above! Especially don't like peeps being personal about GON, the blokes trying his best! Also think some need to remind themselves that he's ONLY 41 and in his third year of management! As such he has already achieved more than some managers do in there entire careers (kept two clubs in the Prem) ?

4.) 05 Dec 2024 21:14:04
All true but Bournemouth did replace him with Iraola who is only a year older but doing so much better. Them there is also Hurzeler at Brighton who is relatively inexperienced.

I don't think GON has the tactical nous but there are others who seem to. Michael Carrick springs to mind.

5.) 05 Dec 2024 21:46:02
True, but Iarola is still in his sixth year of management, Hurzeler (amazingly for his age) is in his eighth year! Both started at MUCH lower level clubs! If they'd have gone first season into the Prem then I suspect even they might have struggled to keep a team up! I still think GON could be a good manager some day, its just starting to look like too much too soon (especially with the way we are run:)!
Also with this I've said before we have a habit (in this country) of underestimating just how highly rated Iarola is from his time in Spain. He was a REAL coup for Bournemouth (also why they brutally sacked GON) I think the Iarola will end up at a big club someday, would LOVE us to be in for him but again I suspect he's already beyond our reach! ?

6.) 05 Dec 2024 22:17:28
Again you're right Bullysboy. After listening to the BBC GON interview, it seems he's just keeping the seat warm for the next manager. I think one of the major factors for our poor showing is the fact that we do not have a defensive coach. We have GON and Shaun Derry who were both midfielders, a GK coach and 2 other coaches who never played the game. I said a few days ago that someone like Lescott could come in and help if needed.

7.) 05 Dec 2024 22:20:44
I think O'neil needs a couple of seasons managing a league 1 team (not us lol) so he can develop.

8.) 05 Dec 2024 23:17:14
Agree with both of you, and in fairness Wandering I agreed with you when you said it weeks ago (re: a proper defensive coach). At this stage I'd take Lescott but he might need to bring his boots mind, cause off current performances he might just get a game! ??

What can you do when you give away 3 stupid penalties. Get back into the game and then throw it away!

As I live in America I get to watch most of the premier league games as they are shown at great times of the day. I have seen a lot of Tyler Dibbling and really rate him as a player. He would be great at Wolves although I fear that many of the bigger teams will be circling him.
Also watched the Southampton game tonight and the VAR decision to rob them of a goal for offside is one of the worst I have seen. Especially when City got their goal against us that should have been chalked off. Still fans can’t complain, they had the chance to get rid of it in the summer and they didn’t stand with us.

VaBWolf

1.) 30 Nov 2024 05:50:40
Morning, or afternoon or indeed good evening Vab, agree completely regarding Dibbling. I noticed him a few games back and he's certainly got ability. The VAR decision however I agree with firstly because I didn't want Southampton getting more points on us, no seriously, and I confess I didn't see it live, my first reaction

2.) 30 Nov 2024 05:56:33
Sorry cont. Sent too soon, my first reaction was offside even before VAR got called into it. There was no doubt the guy was offside, he went for the ball wether he touched it I can't really say but it allowed it to pass through. No doubt for me No Goal.
That said, I'm anti VAR and still believe it should be the on field refs decisions that hold, that said with coutes alleged activities maybe not!.

I am devastated at how bad our defence is. It really concerns me how we lay down and have our bellies tickled. That was such a poor defeat. I am fearing the worst.

Sam has only been here for 5 mins so give him a chance. He has given a chance to Fabio but if you can’t cut it after good coaching then what can you do. I like Hugo also and think he can crack on after a good loan playing champs league footy. It’s clear to see the squad behind Gary and that they all song his praises.

Cunha is easily for me one of the top 5 players in the prem. The way he glides across the pitch so effortlessly. He carry’s us would be even better around other world class players. I will enjoy him for aslong as possible. But when we do sell he is worth well more than 100m.

Wooohooooo. Why was I scared. Fair play wolves. Well done boys. After the first 15-20 mins of settling down a bit we played well. Very happy. Cunha, simply breathtaking. What a player. When he goes we need to only listen to offers over 100m. He is easily one of the top 5 players in the prem. World class.
Now I hope we kick on over the next few fixtures to potentially be in a much healthier position by Christmas.
