Any news on how long Shabani is out for?

TimmyT

1.) 09 Oct 2019 15:53:23
Possibly for the rest of the season. If rehabilitation goes well, he could be back towards the end of April/ beginning of May.

2.) 09 Oct 2019 16:00:44
Shabani has ruptured his ACL which is the most serious type of knee injury. Same injury that Gazza, Van Nistelrooy and Shearer suffered.

3.) 10 Oct 2019 13:01:24
Poor kid! Hope he makes a full recovery!

05 Aug 2019 13:48:42
Daniele Rugani from Juventus and the Italy national team.

TimmyT

1.) 05 Aug 2019 14:39:31
Aren’t Arsenal going for him?

2.) 05 Aug 2019 15:02:17
Yeah but they wanted a 2 year loan option.

3.) 05 Aug 2019 15:19:43
By the looks of things the team we have now is it and we won't sign anyone else.

4.) 05 Aug 2019 15:25:28
2 more signings to come I think.

5.) 05 Aug 2019 15:31:40
E&S “Wolves may not make a first-team addition ahead of the Thursday 5pm deadline. Nothing is currently imminent, with Nuno Espirito Santo and his backroom team confident that the squad currently has enough cover. ”.

6.) 05 Aug 2019 16:25:22
That means we will prob get a couple in.

7.) 05 Aug 2019 16:48:02
Strange considering Nuno said, "We'll bring in two more" - unless the recent addictions were the two?

8.) 05 Aug 2019 19:20:37
E+S also said we wasn't in for Neves.

9.) 05 Aug 2019 19:29:47
No need. We've already got him.

10.) 05 Aug 2019 22:17:09
Exactly old wulf so don't take notice of E+S lol.

Angel Correa from Atletico Madrid.

TimmyT

1.) 19 Jul 2019 21:24:56
Dave Thompson from Bushbury.

2.) 20 Jul 2019 07:36:55
Mad Brian McMad from Madchester.

3.) 20 Jul 2019 10:37:29
Angel delight from asda.

4.) 20 Jul 2019 12:13:12
Turkish delight signing imminent from Turkey.

5.) 20 Jul 2019 15:14:56
To be even linked with the likes of Angel Delight shows how far Wolves have come!

6.) 20 Jul 2019 15:34:47
Not sure why everyone threw on their made up rumours - mine was serious.

7.) 20 Jul 2019 16:28:05
So was mine!

8.) 20 Jul 2019 16:34:59
The Angel Delight rumour is all over various sports back-pages, Dave Thompson from Bushbury will be signing as backup for Neves and Turkish Delight is having having a medical on Tuesday. Angel Correa seems like a windup to me.

9.) 20 Jul 2019 18:19:09
Agree debs windup for me aswell
Have heard a whisper that we are looking at Marco minty viennetta.

10.) 20 Jul 2019 19:01:42
Marco Minty, for me would make the perfect signing. He can literally play anywhere on the pitch, great understanding of the game and he would 100% buy into Nino’s philosophy.

11.) 21 Jul 2019 12:31:38
Mac Donald an American striker, bringing us a new club nutritionist as well.

12.) 21 Jul 2019 12:53:37
Angel Gabriel, Paradise United.

08 Jul 2019 16:10:28
Diego Costa.

TimmyT

1.) 08 Jul 2019 16:58:35
Can't see it but if did happen
We will be fighting for champions League place.

2.) 08 Jul 2019 17:29:06
He certainly offers something different ie. (Pure Animal) I wouldn't be against that one.

The fans were moaning, rightfully, because Nuno said he didn't want to bring that many player in. He signed a lot of U23s, which changes the whole idea of using them as support. He also signed a lot of the players later on in the window.

How can we get these two with FFP rules? Do you think you know more about FFP than Fosun?

Apparently, Rated knows Fosun's recruitment plans and how I am contradicting them.
Who are you Rated? Are you Jeff Shi?

Why do you say that? Have Fosun given you contradicting information?

As far as FFP rules go, the amount going against each year is the amount paid divided by the number of years of the contract. So that is £7.5 million pounds for Jimenez. Dendoncker probably signed a 4 year contract, too, so that is around £3 million a year.
So £10.5 for the two big names you are bandying about.
The two youngsters they paid around £20 million for signed for 5 years, I think, so that is £4 million for the two of them.
Cutrone is £18 million for a four year contract is £4.5/ year.
So we get Less that £20 million for all of the permanent signings for this summer to date, as far as FFP goes.

They can't be because there are rules. They can become the next Wolves, though.

Paul Tamworth, keep in mind they couldn't win against bottom table teams with any consistency so getting different type players in may have improved the team against certain styles of play.

If it was a taxable benefit, then they should be compensated for it.
Is their health insurance free and therefore can be removed at any time?

"No team can bring in 5/ 6 players and put them into the 1st team immediately without rocking the cohesion within an already confident team"

How many did we bring in last season. Season ended with 5 new starters plus Traore on the bench.

I think Wolves are waiting for some of the teams who overvalued their players come to their senses and lower their asking price.
Wolves have probably already inquired and let their interest be known but then backed off at the asking price.
Everyone is asking the moon for players. Wolves will wait until later.
Poker bluff.

Just guessing but that is what I think may be happening.
