Jeff Shi at the game today, something must be going on.

Having seen the team, I'm optimistic we might get a win or a draw at least. 🤞. Moving on, I like PL, but is he someone you would give a lot of money too and say go build us a quality team that's going to take us places? I'd have to say Thelwell needs to be replaced and the structure below him completely overhauled! These are the most important questions that have to be answered before next season. A ship is only as good as its captain and team around him. Meanwhile let's see if we can get a win!
⚽️👍😉.

2.) 04 Mar 2017 14:58:38
I too like the team selection today and it looks balanced with left footers on the left and right footers in the right. This means Dicko and Edwards will be getting a lot of balls in the box, I can see Dicko getting on the score sheet today.

I think Lambert deserves to at least have 2 more transfer windows and also think Therwell deserves to still be in a job ( I signed the Therwell out petition ) .

I can see Fosun getting rid of him end of season and will probably add someone more capable of making the big decisions.

3.) 04 Mar 2017 17:18:04
Lambert get out of our club your poor tactics and poor team selection apart from today have been appalling. One more game that's all you've got for me.

4.) 04 Mar 2017 17:37:33
Losin, 2-1 and he brings a defender on? Sack him tonight.

5.) 04 Mar 2017 18:04:01
For god's sake Fuson Lambert and Thelwell out Gary Rowett in and someone like Harry Redknapp on the board act quickly before it's to late do it.

6.) 04 Mar 2017 19:28:06
Why the clamour for rowett boring football n harry redknap director of football get real its too far from sandbanks the thing that will come back to haunt us is not buying a striker dicko never has and never will be prolific if edwards don't score what does he offer and don't sat he runs all day because u could throw a shirt to anyone here and we would do that why not try costa behind the striker he can score pick a pass and beat a man after all we got a 1001 wingers go for it after all what we got to lose.

7.) 04 Mar 2017 18:13:49
Thelwell and Lambert OUT. Rowett IN. Please act now Fosun, before it's too late 🙏.

8.) 04 Mar 2017 21:29:01
We need a manager not a head coach. Someone who controls his own destiny, not having support of a director of sport who hasn't a clue.

Kenny Jackett is rumored to be sacked today ahead of the Li takeover.

1.) 05 Jul 2016 09:12:11
Hope so.

2.) 05 Jul 2016 09:18:06
I have to say I'm as excited as the next Wolves fan about a potential takeover. That said Kenny Jackett has brought integrity to the manager's role and has had 2 good years out of 3 years. It could have gone the wrong way when he took over (most of you won't remember the damage Tommy Docherty did to the club) but he won promotion at the first attempt and was unlucky not to get us in the play-offs the following year. I wasn't happy with last year but injuries, transfers and budgetary constraints seemed to be out of KJ's hands. He has conducted himself with dignity throughout this period of rumours and if he does have to depart I'll wish him well.

3.) 05 Jul 2016 09:20:50
Guillem Balague on twitter says takeover is a matter of days away not months.

4.) 05 Jul 2016 09:22:13
hembico (below) was telling us yesterday that the deal fell through.

Calm down everyone, this is still happening. To quote David Coleman, they think it's all over.

Takeover will almost certainly go through.

5.) 05 Jul 2016 09:24:10
Deal is complete almost and list of players drawn up. Happy days the best time ever to be a wolves fan.

6.) 05 Jul 2016 09:29:19
I have just put some Tsingtao in the fridge ready for the annoucement, if moxey goes the champagne is coming out :)

7.) 05 Jul 2016 09:43:57
I don't think even Moxey and Morgan would have concented to put transfers on hold if this was not going to happen quickly. I must say dispite being frustrated with KJ last season he is being very proffessional currently with all this going on, many would have walked by now. Rumours here in Spain lead me to believe some big signing will be made with several already having discussions already apart from those already mentioned. don't hold your breath for Messi though guys. The broom has already started to sweep.

8.) 05 Jul 2016 09:50:45
Wolves have gone from 60/ 1 to 16/ 1 on betfair for championship winner.

9.) 05 Jul 2016 09:59:18
I wasn't going to renew the season ticket with Morgan and Moxey running the show, lining my money in Morgans pocket - no way! But if this sale goes through, I told the misses, sorry you'll be shopping alone next season :P.

10.) 05 Jul 2016 10:04:47
I wished for 2 things a Brexit and a takeover of club on here and to think that this could realy happen is unbelievable, if it does we all need to thank Mr. Morgan for getting the best deal for all concerned and move on, because it will show that he realy cared about the F. C. after all and was waiting to get best deal to take our club forward into another world if it happens, fingers crossed could be the best time ever to be a Wolves fan.

11.) 05 Jul 2016 10:16:15
Renewing the season ticket now bigwolf👍.

12.) 05 Jul 2016 11:25:07
Knowing the Chinese it will happen on the 8th . Superstition.

13.) 05 Jul 2016 12:08:28
ED how come there are 2 writing on here one spelt bigwolf which is me and the other spelt
Big wolf which is not me may I had, did not think you could do that as they are the same name, can you please let me now.

{Ed001's Note - they are not the same though are they? You can have a different avatar to make it more clear which is which if you choose.}

14.) 05 Jul 2016 12:26:01
Paul hope it goes through now, could not stand it if it all went wrong now, you do realise that the stadium will be full, we will need a bigger ground or stand built, think that's were Mr. Morgan will come in that's why it's took so long.
We have waited so long for something like this to happen to actually compete with the big boys would be a dream come true like when I was a kid watching Wolves win league and cup roll on the 7th or 8th and pray that it's the news we all want to hear, what you say Paul.

15.) 05 Jul 2016 13:01:31
It's happening mate, unless Jim or Realist say otherwise this will be a done deal👍 Be brilliant 30k rocking the molineux every game! 👍 Might be a pain in the arse getting away tickets though👎 I guess that's the price u pay for bein part of a potentially MASSIVE CLUB👍👍👍.

16.) 05 Jul 2016 13:29:45
Have to agree on that one paul always said could be a massive club if the club was run right, the club as the History to go with it all we need now is the players and some attacking football down here and get molineux rocking again like of old and the place will attract thousands again, getting a bit nervous now Paul hope everything goes to plan.

17.) 05 Jul 2016 14:03:12
I'm positive about it happenin mate, but still got butterflies? If that makes sense.

Wolves looking to bring in kolo toure, apparently he's willing to drop his wage.

1.) 10 Jun 2016 11:51:42
If that happens disagreer the sale is def going through!

2.) 10 Jun 2016 12:54:23
Not good enough afraid we need winners not someone who only won few league n cup medals mean real winners some one with real experiance a leader in dressing room some one who would die for club someone who played in johnsons paint trophy 😂.

3.) 10 Jun 2016 14:06:58
So only Premier League and Champions League need apply?

4.) 10 Jun 2016 14:53:05
LOL - No chance.

5.) 10 Jun 2016 16:34:07
The kinda player we looking for is well thought off may have break tf budget get him may even be biggest wage at club ( yes even bigger than j Ohara wage ) u find these kind players in best league in world yes that's right wolves have hit the big time - valderama league here we come for all your mega stars 😂😂😂.

6.) 11 Jun 2016 08:32:36
Kolo will need to really drop his wage don't know what he's on but several times the average wolves salary this really won't happen unless money has suddenly appeared from somewhere.

{Ed001's Note - he is on nothing now he has been released, so not sure why he would have to 'drop his wage'.}

01 Jun 2016 17:52:30
Wolves looking to sign Manu Garcia and David Faupala on loan deals, it looks like we'll be going down that route until we find a new owner.

The disagreer

1.) 01 Jun 2016 18:25:43
Both decent players and probably need toughening up so not a bad shout just can't see them coming to us!

2.) 02 Jun 2016 00:12:35
No need to be adding to forward options at this point. Have enough youngsters showing potential who should be given a chance pre-season. Dicko and Mason in pole position but good number of other options from Ennis through to Reid who need to step up to mark this season if they are going to make it. Need to learn lessons from mistakes of the past by failing to push youngsters to the fore. Ismail and McAlinden were held back and are now being released.

I orca and Hause thrown into mix and have gained so much from that experience of the deep end. Look at Graham's development which was triggered by injuries to others rather than managers belief in youth. Best example of stepping up to the plate when given the opportunity is Rashford. Fortuitist warm -up injury to Euros and Van Gaal claiming the credit. Like Jacket and Graham that was luck not judgement.

What we need is a manager with a real commitment to youth who will really focus on developing the good group of youngsters we have at present.

3.) 02 Jun 2016 08:00:16
Spot on Scottish Wolf we have a great youth setup but nobody takes them the final mile.

4.) 02 Jun 2016 09:30:41
Our youth policy is that good, the U21s hardly won a game all season and after a good start, the U18s fell away as well! Let's not kid ourselves that we have wonderful youngsters coming through, as only a very long muted amount will make the grade! I'm not saying don't invest in the youth, as of course we should! However, the 1st team should be made up of a blend of both youth and experience. At this present time we lack experience in abundance and to be successful that has got to change!

5.) 02 Jun 2016 09:49:24
100% correct Wolf Rusko.

6.) 02 Jun 2016 10:43:20
I think that if the youth players are of a good quality we should sign them. Garcia and ihenaco I would love to steal from Man city and while were in the premier league why don't we take sam vokes and bring him back to his parent club.

7.) 02 Jun 2016 11:57:57
We are STH's and where possible we pop over to watch as many U21 games as we can at Telford. I am in the believe in the youth camp but last season I saw the domino effect running through the team, the KJ influence and the injury crisis biting into the U21's as a direct result of the first team problems, compounded by the constant changing of the team it took it's toll on the style of play and the limitations.

To be honest it was like de ja vu, you could see that they were training alongside the first team, the football deteriorated over the season, the injuries from the first team decimated the U21squad, yes I know, that's what they are there for, but Chelsea who won the U21's leauge have a style, proper tactics and set goals and their youngsters had a stable platform to build on.

Our lads were never the same team twice, players hauled out to warm their arses on the first team bench, international duties for some of the young stars and the lack of first team opportunities. Sound familiar, well the common denominator is our KJ, I used to love the guy in Div 1, he was always present at the U21 games and talked to everyone and anyone who approached him, always ready to share his thoughts albeit very candid in what he said, but he cerainly cuts a lonely figure lately.

So whilst it cannot be denied and certainly the results cannot be defended, we DO have some great youngsters in our U21's but KJ and circumstances mean we we are not getting the best of them.

I accept and value everyone's opinion, but the kids have not had the best of conditions for the last couple of seasons. You cannot build a team if you don't have team stability, sadly I don't rate KJ any more and look forward to a change. Likewise, sadly it may be a while away before I get that, but, we do have some great prospects for the future, (God, I sound like Poxey)
My message here is, don't be too hard on the kids, they do try their best with the tools they are given.

8.) 02 Jun 2016 22:11:34
The Tools being KJ and Sellers I pressume Stuwolf. don't rate either of them the U21 team has failed in every aspect since Sellers has been in charge.

9.) 03 Jun 2016 02:57:01
Ha! Remind yourself of the players that Rashford has around him, and then compare them with what Ennis/ Reid would have around them, okay Rashford has done well, but when not given the service, how can he score?

10.) 03 Jun 2016 09:50:30
If you want to follow a good prospect then check up on Daniel Armstrong who we had from Hearts if I recall correctly. He's a right winger in the U19's and he love the ball and taking people on, also he knocked a few in last season. He went to the tournament in Toulon and scored a few there.

If he keeps moving forward with the same development then he will be knocking on KJ's door. With a decent set up he could develop into a good un in the vein of Jordan Graham.

11.) 03 Jun 2016 23:21:46
Doesn't matter they haven't won look at who has come through in recent years Iorfa, Price, Hause, Evans, even Ikeme if we go further back and yes I know Hause and Evans came from other clubs. Most youth don't become stars even at big clubs.

IF lambert is leaving then Karanka wouldn't be to bad of a choice. He has a good philosophy where he believes in two first team players in each position. However he's a bit negative.

1.) 22 May 2017 17:14:05
As a Football club we need to evolve not revolve! If we carry on as we are, we will just revolve as evolving takes time, it's also vital that the captain of the ship is the right person. So far all the club has done is pickup dross, put dross in get dross out. Simple as that! Simples! Karanka is a good manager, but his teams play boring football. If we all are happy with that then let's go. No revolution at the Mol, evolution please! Sit tight, because here we all go again, waiting for the next chapter of this Drama! . ⚽️👍😉.

Proud they are Wolves.

Watch these lads all day.

From the start, Wolves have been a business opportunity for Fosun. They've said that. However, we will not progress without Costa and Cavaleiro. They work together, one Cav was injured Costa was nowhere near as good. We need to keep them both despite the money. With a prolific and quick striker next year we will be dangerous. And what's the point of gaining 30 million when we can get 100+ million for getting promoted?
