Bright is back at Wolves and its fair to say Kilmarnock fans were NOT impressed with him. i'm a bit shocked by that. If he can't hack it there. Or maybe he was just playing with crap players! Question is, what now for him?

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 05 Jan 2019 23:15:17
Walsall awaits I suspect for the rest of the season.

2.) 05 Jan 2019 23:42:19
The trouble with Bright is that he isn't very and his lack of a football brain will severely blight his progress.

3.) 06 Jan 2019 16:34:34
Bright has never convinced me he is first team material even though a few managers now have given him chances he needs to cut his losses and move to Brum or Ipswich or wherever he can get some games.

4.) 07 Jan 2019 10:29:38
Given how poor he has been at Kilmarnock, I think Bright will find himself permanently moved on. Might have the talent but there are obvious other issues that impact his playing. Certainly has no future at Wolves since those issues are seemingly unresolvable.

5.) 07 Jan 2019 23:07:44
Bright will go to Shrewsbury Town on loan, as will Burgoyne, plus Batth (can’t stand Pulis) and join Edwards and Ricketts in late play-offs push - League One. Expect Jack Price to go to Shrewsbury too.

6.) 08 Jan 2019 18:29:19
Only made six appearances 😳now gone to Coventry think this last chance saloon for him.

24 Nov 2018 22:49:29
I said it before the season started. Try to sign Mitrovich. We'd be in top four now .

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 25 Nov 2018 12:10:14
I said in pre season, sign Kane, Ronaldo, Messi, Van Dijk and De Bruyne and we'd win the league.

2.) 25 Nov 2018 21:58:58
Haha, so true Jas! I'm guessing that's why Fulham are SO near the top four then is it?! Also Tet what makes you think for a minute that he would have turned his back on the team he had just got promoted with to sign for us? Maybe it was the way he'd spoken about loving living/ playing for the London club or the way in which he'd spoken about playing for a national hero in Jakanovic?! This ain't Footy Manager, some people seem woefully misguided at times on the realities of the transfer market that we now have to operate in!

3.) 25 Nov 2018 22:12:26
Yeah, difference is we probably COULD have signed Mitrovich!

4.) 25 Nov 2018 22:44:21
What's Footy Manager?

09 Jun 2018 22:32:14
Just watched Jiminez on you tube as it looks like a done deal. Not convinced about his first touch but we will never miss another pen when he takes them!

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 10 Jun 2018 02:01:59
I can see Jiminez as the back up striker tbh. A step up from Afobe and Bonatini. He has some very good qualities just can't see him bagging over 10. I could be very wrong.

2.) 10 Jun 2018 10:40:44
Surely if he impresses which I think he can. He also is known to play on the wing. So he is able to match Nuno’s system without kicking a ball. Think Silva needs to come to be our number 1 striker!

3.) 10 Jun 2018 11:11:04
Jimenez got 8 goals last season as a sub. And much of that was in the Primeira Liga.
Breakout star next year if we sign him and he gets the minutes.

08 May 2018 20:11:02
Picture of Neves with Burke Bros. staff moving into new house in Wolverhampton on net 30 mins ago. can't find it now but it was there. Speculation over. Dream on you scousers!

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 10 May 2018 10:07:14
We've got Neves!

18 Mar 2018 19:39:41
Colin not happy. Saying its "a disgrace" that todays game was called off, and suggesting it might have something to do with Derby having ten players injured. I must say it looks alright at Leicester .

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 19 Mar 2018 10:29:54
I heard it reported that the game at Derby was called off due to a frozen pitch. Strange - I can't imagine that a relatively new stadium would have been built without under soil heating.

Maybe Colin has a point for a change.

2.) 19 Mar 2018 16:01:31
exactly the FA should inspect, but might work in our favour.

3.) 19 Mar 2018 17:07:36
Personally I think it works to our advantage as derby had a stack of injuries. But it was funny how clear the Leicester pitch looked and there only 30 miles away, be it 24 for hours later when they played just my opinion.

4.) 19 Mar 2018 17:13:51
Maybe Derby did have their reasons for postponing that match. Their form, and their injuries, for example. Nevertheless the statement from the EFL backed Derby, it went:

"The decision to postpone this afternoon's fixture between Derby County and Cardiff City was made first thing this morning following discussions between Derby County, Derbyshire Police and the local Safety Advisory Group (SAG) .

"It was taken in the interests of spectator safety following heavy overnight snow falling in the Derby area which had built up on the roads surrounding the stadium.

"An announcement was made at 8.30am and the EFL is satisfied from the information shared that these were the reasons the match was postponed and will provide Cardiff City with the opportunity to provide any additional information they feel is relevant, before responding further. "

5.) 19 Mar 2018 18:08:35
sorry the game was meant to be played on Sunday not Saturday. So only A few hours apart from the Leicester game, but if that’s the case people’s saftey is most important.

6.) 19 Mar 2018 18:23:53
It’s only Colin. sod him. 😂😂.

7.) 20 Mar 2018 22:28:10
Euro- That may have been the statement but since then both the Council and Police in Derby have been very quick to back a way from the call whilst pointing out that the decision was made by the club rather than them! Better for us either way but if your being fair then like Statto says maybe Colin does have a point!

I used to quite like Shrewsbury, and actually felt a bit sorry for them yesterday, but then you see their fans throwing stuff at our fans, thinking its "pathetic" that we celebrated our equaliser ( so first Nuno ain't allowed to celebrate, now the fans neither. let's all sit on our hands in silence for 90 mins then shall we, like some other teams i could mention! ), and then they start cheating by "losing" the ball boys. Hope we stuff em in replay!

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 27 Jan 2019 22:45:17
Agree, Tettenhall. We should build a 30,000 seater stadium in Telford to play our home games while we re-build Molineux and then provide assistance to Telford Utd to become the number one team in Shropshire.

2.) 27 Jan 2019 23:04:31
Forgot to mention, i also really hope they get relegated this season!

22 Jan 2019 19:55:37
Thoughts with family of Emiliano Sala, Nantes FC and also Cardiff City of course. Very sad day.

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 23 Jan 2019 10:50:27
Absolutely agree with your sentiments Tettenhall Toad. Its a tragedy.

07 Jan 2019 23:15:59
Brilliant, Klopp is saying they lost because of "the wind". couldn't make it up could you.

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 08 Jan 2019 00:13:16
Must have been the wrong shape of ball too.

2.) 08 Jan 2019 08:24:36
He lost because his chosen team wasn't good enough and we wanted it more if he wants to beat us he has to play Salah Mane etc and even then we will be a decent match.

3.) 08 Jan 2019 21:53:25
Wind, keep emoff the baked beans Jurgen.

22 Dec 2018 09:56:46
I like Saiss. Think he deserves a place in starting line right now, but asking Salah for his shirt at half time? How ridiculous and embarrassing is that? I thought we were a proper Premiership team!

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 22 Dec 2018 12:09:57
Saiss has come a long way it's well known on here i've critised Saiss's discipline but over his last few appearances he has really sorted out his discipline and timing of tackles too.
He is making me eat my words and is becoming one hell of a player.
Tbf I would of asked Salah for his shirt too, it's more common than you think a lot of newly promoted and smaller team players often ask star players for their shirt before kick off or at half time.

2.) 22 Dec 2018 13:51:01
Do it at full time. No problem with that. Otherwise you look like a starstruck teenager and you are more interested in your "heroes" than stopping them playing! Sure that's not true but it doesn't look good does it?

3.) 22 Dec 2018 13:53:12
It is a pity he did not ask Salah for his boots, he may have scored instead of passing it to the goalkeeper. Please Santa can we have a goal scorer for Xmas.

4.) 22 Dec 2018 13:36:13
Some of his tackles last night were late and from behind. I still think he needs to calm down and stay composed.

5.) 22 Dec 2018 14:05:56
Although Saiss asked, looks like he was ignored as I'm sure Cavaleiro got Salahs shirt.

6.) 22 Dec 2018 15:53:20
Thats my point though. Why are they all more interested in getting Salah's shirt? . I read somewhere that 8 players were fighting over it! Sort em out Nuno! Minor criticism though. We deserved to get beat, but its not the end of the world that we ( as a newly promoted, relegation candidates team! ), are not quite as good as possibly the best team in Europe! ( ok, one of the best! ) . Happy Seasons ahead i think!

7.) 22 Dec 2018 21:53:34
Bet MGW wouldn’t have asked for it. Staying focused. Staying loyal 🐺.

25 Nov 2018 00:00:06
I said it before season started. Try to get Mitrovich. Would've been perfect for us and he would be loving it at Wolves, we'd be in top 4! Not moaning, just saying .

Tettenhall Toad

1.) 25 Nov 2018 12:11:46
Would he? Fulham play different formation to us hence why he fits their system.

Jet ski, you have to take credit for this. It was your idea originally, and despite some negative responses from people who just didn't get it ( not being critical, i don't think they had thought it out properly and will be on board now! ). But i always
thought it was brilliant!

Excellent. Richard Perkins as set up a Gofundme page to pay Nuno's fine. let's all get involved and make a statement about silly rules, and also show Nuno how much we love him!

Cav's always the scapegoat isn't he? Yes he was crap on Sunday, but they all were. And Neves was the worst of the lot. But let's lay into the only one who has shown some composure in front of goal this season, in limited playing time. Ridiculous!
