Sorry to say this, but I forewarned that the worst thing that could happen was the Vile getting promoted-and so it is proving. They are signing players that are going to make them strong, and we should be doing some investment. Another problem coming up is the Newcastle take over, another situation that is going to put us down the pecking order. These are facts not gripes.

Worrying what other Clubs are doing is a thing of the past they worry about us now.

2.) 13 Jun 2019 18:03:01
Apart from Jota, who have Villa signed that's worrying you. Moraes has scored 32 goals in 107 games in the Belgian league, Hause isn't as good as Coady, Bennett, Boly, Saiss, Dendoncker or even Miranda. Also, neither Moraes or Hause have actually signed for Villa yet.

3.) 13 Jun 2019 18:06:07
Also, Baggies were excited by their Chinese billionaire taking over and look where they are now. Football is not about ifs buts and maybes. This time last year who would have imagined Jimenez, Moutinho, Patricio and Dendoncker coming in. We will buy the right players not any player who happens to be available.

4.) 13 Jun 2019 19:39:16
Newcastle and villa would have to abide by ffp rules just like every other club does.
I have no concern who they sign or don't sign, in Fosum we trust.

5.) 13 Jun 2019 20:06:04
We know what we are doing.

6.) 13 Jun 2019 20:57:26
We are a year or two ahead of them, as far as player recruitment goes.

7.) 14 Jun 2019 14:23:29
I wouldn't worry about Villa. Look at Fulham. Rich owner. They were down for 2-3 years and came up with us last season. They spent over £100 mil last summer. With all that expenditure and the lure of being in London, many Wolves fans were fearful we couldn't compete with them.

8.) 15 Jun 2019 22:10:56
Agreed.

9.) 15 Jun 2019 22:11:26
Agree with the comments. Can only do what we do. Maybe Newcastle are looking for 7th like we did. Maybe they'll do a Fulham.

We landed some world class players last summer. Some more this summer and other teams will have to take us very seriously indeed. Even those at the bottom of the table.

Agreed. Most garbage usually comes from Alex Dicken and Birmingham Live. Utter tripe.

Good point Ed.

{Ed001's Note - drives me mad. The likes of NewsNow have 99% of crap in their links but they refuse to do anything about it as they don't give a toss about the people reading. It is all about getting clicks.}

Jumped up college boys from London and Manchester with no proper journalist skills whatsoever.

Ed. You are correct in my assumption regarding Fosun and the economic situation re football equalling Fosun potentially losing interest. That is categorically what I have been saying over the last few weeks. However you have put it across far more eloquently than myself, Ed. The ride over the last few years has been wonderful but I tend to look at the future and where Wolves are concerned patterns from the past. They have always been a club that take three steps forward and ten steps backwards. With a change in transfer policy and ground development, I see a shift from progression to regression. I still think we could become embroiled in a relegation battle such is the tightness of the league. Next season however I fear players and management will depart. Goodbye and genuine best wishes to all who post heartfelt comments on these pages.

I was at Chorley for all three games
On another note the head of medical staff who has been responsible for our excellent record on injuries has now left. Makes you think. Or maybe it doesn't in some cases.

What am I sick to the back teeth of most? Coronovarus or global media and has been ex footballers stating that Wolves players should join so called big clubs Arsenal Man Utd Chelsea Spurs Liverpool Man City because they after all invented the game of football in the mid 1990s.
