I don't believe that Moyes and Potter have said they're not interested because they don't like the sustainability model, that's paramount to admitting they can't coach better than GON and we all know there's more ability in the squad than they're displaying on the pitch. We need someone who can get the basics right i.e. defenders to defend and spick the strongest team every week and not play someone because "they did alright last week"

Also the prem is the best league in the world. There are only 20 jobs so you cannot be too picky when waiting for a club to manage. We have a good squad, we just have to hope for a coach that clicks with the squad and gets the best out of them.

Whilst I do believe in the sustainability model until at such point success brings growth etc and we no longer need to sell. This does require a good coach and staff along with a great scouting and recruiting team. Fosun need to take a long hard look at themselves and wonder if we'd have just given Nuno a bit more financial support who knows what we might have achieved. He's doing a pretty reasonable job at Forest with a team certainly no better than ours.

Possibly a negotiation tactic, anybody coming in will want to negotiate the best budget for the windows, January in particular, naturally/foolishly? the club will want to minimise transfer expenditure.

GON said last week that Lima, Meupiyou, Rodrigo Gomes and Forbs were not brought in to play THIS season and are being readied to replace the established players when they move on. The idea was to bring them in, develop them and sell them on for massive profits and then have enough money to buy already established players.

I know. I mean the fact that Meupiyou hasn't played and Lima only played in the Carabao Cup which we got eliminated from pretty early on won't do anything for their development or the clubs wishes to grow their value.

Meanwhile alfie pond, a centre back, bought from Exeter, acquitting himself well against Brighton in the carbou, is still awaiting whilst we're screaming out for a eh-hem centreback. Would have done any worse. How are our lads going to progress? I know there's a time and place but to my knowledge limas competitive play comes from an appearance at Brighton carabou Cup and limited U21 appearances. These lads are being stymied in their careers for a price tag.

Do we ever see any of these youngsters come through?
I know I keep repeating this, but we spent £5 Million on Enzo and yet to see him play. I know he's just had a serious knee injury but his contract will be up next season I guess or only have one year left. As you say if they're getting no first team experience he'll be off for nothing. Another waste of money.

Who has coached Dawson to run past midfielders to tackle / fall on arse on halfway line? Who has given RAN freedom to drift infield without the ball? We continue to look like a team picked on basis of who remembered to bring their kit. Substitutions make no sense to me, only got 3 cb's so take the best one off? We have no options off bench thanks to some bright spark who replaced Kilman with an 18yo injured player, Lima who can't get onto bench, Rodrigo who don't look big enough, Forbs who gives the ball away and Guedes who hasn't shown his Carabao firm in PL. We're going down if we don't get 3 pts next week or change manager.

Don't reckon Fosun will want to pay compensation Rated, we maybe stuck this way until they sell us off .
Championship next year, back to a worse place than when they arrived.
GON is beginning to bewilder me now, no doubt some of the players respect him, but he shows no passion, he's a yea/no but, we'll try, defeatist manager. If he dosnt believe, if he can't demand, then he's never going to succeed.

Whoever gave the manager a four year contract needs to be dismissed along with the manager.
Fosun will have to pull the trigger on oniel and pay compensation because the alternative will be costly on a whole different level.
A new manager and coaching staff are required before the next game is played.

How hard can it be to protect the back post. It is actually stikking a big hvite pole out of the ground there. And it is the one behind the keeper. I understand this can be confusing as it changes side depending on what side the ball comes from . But if you can read the number on the back of the keeper you are properly on the right side. Anyway it is time for a change before it is too late

They weren't performing as an organised unit, no one person directing anything, Sa and larsen before the goal, and the back post as you say shrekken, totally open and guedes I think standing away from it. Our goal that started with Santis superb ball to Cunha struck me as more luck than forethought. Santi seemed to just to say sod this who's available and picked a long ball to the left. GON said pre game we'd go full throttle on attack, RAN just underpasses or ran himself pointlessly into trouble. Sarabia on for an hour, didn't complete any passes and fluffed two chances. Larsen didn't get the service again but put the effort in.
GON'S time as come, he's too nice but out of his depth as manager in the prem. If he isn't sacked this week (or maybe after Southampton given the international break), then we'll know Fosun are looking for out and reclaiming money along the way.
It's very very sad to end fosuns adventure this way after being promised so much, I prey they can bring someone in with that magic Nuno cast.

£80M for Neto is exceptional price for his goal return, £50M if he stays fit for another 10 weeks would be good.
Cunha not worth any more than we paid for him until he shows he can perform over more than a full season
Gomes is going to be worth £50+ if he develops as much as he has done already, maybe £80 one day but not currently
Biggest job this summer is turning some of the loanees into a pot of gold, in Matt we trust
