So it looks like all that nonsense about Hwang was exactly that.
Reports over the last few days from most outlets now say nobody knows anything about what the player wants. That the club rejected the bid. And that the club has set an "unrealistic" price tag to ensure he stays.
This is why people need to remember this is a rumours forum. And those rumours don't come with any form of verification or citation of sources. So whatever you read here please take with a pinch of salt. And remember a lot of people on the internet lie just to seem important or relevant. Don't know why. Guess it's the same motivation behind people that gossip.
Anyways. Looking forward to the season. Hope we can get a decent tough centre back. Think we need a couple as Dawson will need back up. And tbh I'm not sure we need anyone else. Our midfield looks pretty good. We have a wealth of creative players. And hopefully this new boy and Hwang can finally replace the goals scored by Jimenez and Traore.
If we keep Neto and keep him fit it will be exciting. Hwang, Neto, Cunha, Strand, Sarabia, Ait Nouri, Rodrigo Gomes, Lima and Semedo? We will be rapid, good at passing and hopefully see some nice football. Let's just hope we can finally score the chances we create.
Also. anyone got any clue when the next episode of "wolves new kit" is out? I want to see this black kit with the wolf head in real life and not some picture that looks like it was taken on an iPhone from 2010. I know it probably won't be until the end of the month or next month. I am just impatient. Like a child on Christmas Eve.

Madman by your logic you’ve wasted your life not finding a solution so you are educated and wealthy.
They have tried but there is nobody available that wants to come to us that is good enough.
Wolves spend money on Guedes, Silva, Cutrone and people complain. So wolves decide to be more careful and those same fans complain. Those same fans then complain about the players we are linked with and then those same fans complain when we don’t get them.
Moral of the story? A section of our fans are Debbie downers and negative Nellie’s. God I hope when I reach middle age I don’t turn into this.

That is true in a world where players aren’t humans and don’t have a choice. He doesn’t want to go to the other club. Also they accepted our offer and now reject it? It’s call gazumping and only a fool or a crook would defend it.
So if you offered to pay me for my car, ageee a wage and you drive to pick it up only to be told “oh someone offered me 33% more so either equal it or you’ve wasted money and time and can jog on” would you say “oh well off I go” … no, you would feel rightly aggrieved. And that’s just a car.
Leave him. Tell him we will be back next summer and get him to refuse to sign a contract. Let’s see how they are when they are still in championship with the end of the parachute payments in the horizon.

What mess? You mean Cunha? Or Joao Gomes? or do you mean Andre? What about Sarabia? Or Agbado? What mess? I mean it’s a lot better than the likes of Jamie OHara. We are the second highest spenders this window. And one of the highest overall. I’m sorry but we had to sell. We don’t have a 70k seater stadium with millions of fans buying every bit of merchandise our club releases… I mean the fans grumble at paying any money and then moan when the clubs spending is limited because of revenue. Sone of you I gen think aren’t fans of the club you just love complaining.
Fosun have now spent more than any other owner by a country mile. Even the great Sir Jack didn’t invest as much even with inflation. Jeff Shi gets a lot of stick, and some of the insults you hear are disgusting. And pundits and the press know how toxic we are as a club fanbase. I get it, the most angry of you all seem to be over 60 and have nothing better to do but our golden era was over 65 years ago…. Jesus. For those of us born after decimalisation have never ever seen us this high. I haven’t! My only experience of us being in the top flight is barely scraping by and relying on heavyweights like Kevin Doyle.
I’m sorry but Wolves are fine. FSR meant we had to sell players but it’s down to us to trust the people that keep finding the Jotas, Neves, Cunhas, Netos of the world. And maybe just for once get behind the owners who have their hands tied by a system designed to keep the big clubs with big stadiums in the green whilst punishing those that didn’t establish themselves before FSR or whatever it’s called this week.

We aren’t broke. It’s just if we spend now on another Fabio Silva we are stuck with it means we will have less money later and have to sell our best players again.
Why can’t people understand that?
If we spend loads now in 3 years if it doesn’t pan out we will end up having to sell off our best assets that won’t be the player we bought in because if they were we would have done something.
It’s logic. Pure logic.

Semedo had a bad game? … literally EVERYONE else in the media and playing thinks otherwise. He was one of our best players!
Dawson didn’t win a tackle. Let’s just leave that one there.
Oh and he attempted 9 long passes. Completed 1.
For comparison Kilman got a rating of 7.2 for West Ham against Fulham. Dawson got a 6.1 and was the worst rated on the pitch. The keeper conceded 2 goals and still had a better rating.
So if Semedo was bad and Doherty was bad then you have to accept that Dawson was awful.

Yet again no idea what Bux is saying. The schools in Buckinghamshire must be awful.
We were in control hence why we got the possession up. At one point we were in the position to score a second and third. But as said we hit a certain point and the midfield lost their legs.
Bux, have you ever had a positive thought in your life? It’s just… you don’t seem smart or well educated, you are a kiss fan so have dubious taste and probably morals… and on top of that you’re negative!?!? Do you even like Wolves? This is the best decade we’ve had in my life (from 90s onwards) and tbh unless you’re 70 it’s the best decade we’ve had in your life. So if wolves are so bad now and have been for years when do you consider us to be better in the last 50 years? When we went to league one?
And I think you are trying to say that we’re bad because we haven’t won 4-0 in a while (we beat Liverpool 3-0 how long ago? As well as battering Chelsea last season. But why let the incidentals get in the way of your vitriolic narrative?!) which means you think our best days were in league one?
