Looks like we are in advanced talks with sa about a new deal, should keep nottingham forest at bay
1.) 28 Aug 2023 07:48:09
Seems so Big nell.
Also looks like Nunes is gone, based on Manchester media reports.
Unlikely, but I hope there is a player swop deal included.
2.) 28 Aug 2023 08:58:13
Why are we been bullied by city.we should hold out for £70 million.if he does go fosun better let O'Neill get new players in .
25 Aug 2023 19:56:44
60 million pound offer inbound for nunes
1.) 26 Aug 2023 04:50:53
how much would O'Neil get zero I bet
2.) 26 Aug 2023 06:38:09
Big nell, if it included James McAtee or Tommy Doyle, as well. that would be great business!
3.) 26 Aug 2023 10:05:27
Just seen gossip about Man U prepared to do a swap deal of Semedo for
Wan-Bissaka.
Personally, I think that would be an excellent result!
4.) 26 Aug 2023 10:20:47
you forget jeff shi
5.) 26 Aug 2023 11:15:52
Rugeley I had the same thought this last week posted more cance of platting snot.
Maybe not so far fetched as I originally thought.
Seen it just on clickbsit site posted on my wolves feed an hour ago.
6.) 26 Aug 2023 14:03:30
Agreed Rugeley I'd take their hand off, Wan-Bisaka can actually tackle! I suspect the bigger problem would be convincing him to come to the current circus we are running mind ?
7.) 26 Aug 2023 23:15:57
Get Wan-Bissaka on loan and as much as they can for Semedo.
Then get his replacement in January or the summer.
8.) 27 Aug 2023 19:07:40
Fabrizio Romano saying Man City have put in a 2nd bid of €60m including add ons. This equates to £51m.
Didn't I read somewhere that Wolves wanted £70m?
Tell them it's €82m (£70m) or no deal.
01 Nov 2022 19:06:05
Apparently as per the telegraph lopetegui approached wolves early this week, talks are progressing well and an announcement could be made next week, hope we are finally moving forward
1.) 01 Nov 2022 19:20:56
European qualification is back on.
We are only three wins off seventh place.
2.) 01 Nov 2022 19:36:38
Yeah I think Fosun have given Shi a flea in his ear as Lopetegui will have a tasty transfer kitty and full control over transfers etc.
3.) 02 Nov 2022 00:21:26
Express and star as well as Independent are saying the same and seems like he could actually come to us.
4.) 02 Nov 2022 05:42:51
Best news for ages.
5.) 02 Nov 2022 06:38:07
So apparently campana is good enuf for david beckham but kot for us.bring the kid back and giv him a go.cant see him wanting to swap florida for the black country tho ah
6.) 02 Nov 2022 07:02:56
MLS is nowhere near the same level as the Premier League. Maybe, Lopetegui has already said that if he takes over, Campana is not in his plans.
7.) 02 Nov 2022 09:05:10
Maybe Campana just likes life in Florida, hurricanes apart.
8.) 02 Nov 2022 13:57:47
Well, I've been to Florida and the Black Country, of course, and like anyone with nouse prefer it much more over here. Better beer, better curries, better weather, nicer wild animals, better horse racing, better educated (!)and,ah yes, better footie. The list is virtually endless.
19 Oct 2022 16:41:07
Michael beale has agreed to become new wolves manager, source 90mins
1.) 19 Oct 2022 18:51:51
Wait for more reliable sources than 90min mate but I think it's a go go go in the words of a famous f1 commentator.
2.) 20 Oct 2022 06:20:12
Beale now top of the Championship, been quoted last night as unsure
about it being a good career move to Wolves.
The lure of working under Shi and Sellars seems easy to resist.
Where do we go next if he rejects us?
If the second tier is our aspiration level, then I have said before, what about Kompany?
If the next step is to look in the third tier, maybe Gareth Ainsworth? He could double by bringing his Band to the Christmas Party!

Looks like che Adams deal is off Southampton are blocking his release
1.) 01 Sep 2023 16:36:08
Rather we get Iheanacho and looks like we have got Belagarde deal done.
30 Aug 2023 13:43:32
And he's off (nunes) thank f@@k for that onwards and upwards
1.) 30 Aug 2023 13:56:04
Totally agree he's been rubbish waist of money £50 million plus Doyle on loan good business.nunes all I can say good luck to bad rubbish.
2.) 30 Aug 2023 14:03:43
Wheres that reported bug nell? All I see is he hasn't turned up for training again, and city might go to 60m.
3.) 30 Aug 2023 14:18:41
2 reports big nell, one saying city won't meet our price another saying we've accepted but dosnt say more. No confirmation on sky yet.
4.) 30 Aug 2023 14:55:00
Confirmed on sky and fabrizo
27 Aug 2023 19:19:24
Cunha has all but confirmed nunes departure to Manchester city will be interesting to see how much dosh is given to gon if any, ffp my arse
1.) 27 Aug 2023 19:48:41
Didn't know Cunha was running the club now?! When the first bid was made everyone decided that we'd already accepted it so think I'll wait to see what the club say. After watching how poor we were at Everton I really am a bit done with Fosuns transfer management to be honest. If Nunes goes for me it will be symptomatic of a club in devastating decline! Ah well it was fun while it lasted ?
2.) 27 Aug 2023 20:09:52
£60 million plus add ons I believe
3.) 27 Aug 2023 20:53:29
Figure reported is 51m . Ridiculous when you see Declan Rice go for 100m.
4.) 27 Aug 2023 21:31:44
Beleive it is 60 million euro around 51 million sterling, not a fantastic amount really
5.) 27 Aug 2023 22:01:38
To be honest BB for me if he goes it depends on what we do with the money - yes given our track record I wouldn't be optimistic but .
Also since we almost certainly do/will need to make further substantial (perhaps something like £30-£40m of FFP profit in/before 24/25) sales over the next 2 years and frankly we currently have very few players in the squad who could be sold for substantial profit he is likely to go at some stage anyway.
But with City currently having some injuries and therefore a little more "desperate" this might be the time to extract a more substantial fee than we would otherwise have been able to obtain?Additionally whilst, as he clearly is a style of player that needs to play in a certain type of team, which we aren't but City are, it will sadly appear that like Jota we will have sold him hugely under priced in a couple of years time, to date at Wolves he has hardly shown he is worth even the fee we paid for him, (at Wolves!).
Complex point I know - Yes he is a brilliant player but not at Wolves. A formula 1 car is a truly astonishing vehicle but useless for doing the shopping round town in!
We can't play him in a 2 - not robust enough and we daren't have him "playing" on the edge of our box anyway. He is not obviously a WF so for me his best position at Wolves is in the 10 role in front of the 2 as the central player in the 3 - but that is where I also think Cunha will be best utilised.
Net net then we can obtain a price for him that is higher than he is worth to us and hopefully use it to buy the 2 or 3 players we obviously need who if put onto 5 year contracts and with somewhat lower salaries than Nunes should from a FFP perspective still be affordable!
17 Aug 2023 15:20:26

I think Aggy and Colly come from that little village just outside Belbroughton on the A491. Merson and Sutton probably frequent visitors too.
