I wouldn't be surprised if Fosun are trying to sell but peeps seem to think it's like selling a local shop! Not to mention whens the last time a potential owner went through the fit and proper test without it becoming public knowledge, cause that's normally towards the back end of the deal?! This is the problem with all these rumours, peeps are so keen to post them that no one seems to be engaging brains to see if they defy logic/reason!

When Steve Morgan sold us we were in the championship. It was a long drawn out public process and the asking price was just £30mil.
Selling a PL club is a much more time-consuming and complicated process.

Shadowy groups do not, and can not, buy PL clubs.

I'm sure some so called fans are just willing us to fail, we tailed off the final 1/4 of last season mainly due to a small injury hit squad, overall I think defensively we are a little weaker at the moment with kilman sold and bueno sent out on loan, but in a positive masquera looked good, we need at least 1 prem ready Center back, we will miss neto but with only 20 games played last season hopefully the new boys can step up

Doesn't take long does it. Only played one game, possibly against the team most likely to win the league, on their patch, possibly the toughest game in the calendar, and lost 2-0.and acquitted ourselves reasonably well. Now we are doomed! Many will go the Emirates and do a lot worse.

40Million in for Kilman minus what we have to give Maidenhead @ £6Mill which leaves ~ 34.
Doyle, Gomes and Lima ~ 25/26 which leaves 8/9. Don't know if we've put a deposit down on Strand, but there's not £20Mill left?

Same old agenda against fosun, would be nice if people actually backed up their statements with facts instead of spouting nonsense. Do some people only focus on who gets sold? What about the players we bought. Also it was fosun who bought them in the first place so any credit to them for that? I thought not.

I’m also wondering who the teams who are looking to spend 100 mil are? Maybe villa newcastle or Brighton who have sold some of their best players to make that money in the first place? Or Chelsea who have sold numerous young prospects to make pure profit on the sales? Or Man Utd/city whose revenue is far superior to ours.

It’s very easy to say negative things without an evidence, people might respect comments more if they were backed up. As some point out it’s the best wolves team and longest stay in the prem in my lifetime, if that’s not good enough for you maybe go support Man City who manipulate the rules to spend fortunes. Or Everton who spend a load and get it wrong repeatedly.

Its not about how much money you spend, it's about the quality of the players.

At the end of last season, some fans were critical of the club as our squad wasn't big enough.

So we've brought in 3 entirely new players and sold 1 from the 1st team but still, all some care about is how much we've spent.

You may be right about the timescale E but it's difficult to carp too much about this summer's transfer dealings so far. The time to comment will be when the window closes but we all know Fosun are unable to spend the sort of money you are quoting without recouping most via sales. Their head is only just above the P&S waterline.

I'm not quite sure what you are saying 123 but the way I see it is that we have currently spent about 40M on incoming transfers and received 40M for outgoings. So in very simple terms GON should still have a sum of money available to him, particularly so because Larsen is currently on a loan agreement.
I fully expect several more incoming players.

Think Fosun would like to achieve £60, 000, 000 for Pedro Neto but as he has missed so many games over the last three seasons they may accept around the same amount they achieved for Kilman.
If Fosun keep hold of Neto and he misses a lot of games this season his value to them will drop again.

Willingly selling him for £60m would be madness less would be criminal. (if he is demanding a move we may not have a choice but to sell him but given every major side in the lague would want him, {because he is very very good}, we should still be able to extract a better deal than £40m)
E, I assume you haven't looked at last years stats but with him we are a European football team without him we probably are deep in a relegation battle.
When fit he is one of the best players in the league, hence they all want him. Clubs at Wolves level rarely have players of this level and for Wolves he is irrepelaceable.
So even though he has missed a lot of games he is too important to Wolves to sell especially for £60m - you lose that and more with just one season in the Champ!
