If it is O'Neil could it not be an option to bring back in Moutinio as a coach as he is apparently still living in the area. Would give the new manager a bit of a link between the players and may make it easier to start with.

JL bombed Joao and Raul and treated them badly. He also fell out with Neves and Podence. It’s not out of the question that Joao would now resign and Adama hasn't signed for anyone else yet!
