I see Sunderland are looking to take John Ruddy on a free for their return to the Championship.
A good move for both them and Ruddy, who still has plenty of good performances in him, imo.

I tend to have doubts about any player we are linked with for any length of tine. To be clear like most posters I have no knowledge from inside the club or anywhere other than media/on line. However it strikes me players that we target and make an approach for are not the same as those that we may be offered by agents to possibly bid up the price. The former are IMO more likely to be the out of the blue signings that we are more used to. Palinha and maybe Inacio, I expect we're after them as serious targets but not sure we'll get them now its being reported day after day. let's see.
