Does anyone know what's happening with Silva what I've read he had agreement with Dortmond and Leipzig.But both have pulled out of talks as Teti keeps putting the price up if Wolves get 20mill just sell. He doesn't want to be here and get his reportedly 80thousand a week of the wage bill.

The problem we have with silva is he was jeffs pet project, the generational talent comment was laughable, so because Jeff was so vocal about him and how good he was and was going to be he now can’t be seen to lose face with the higher ups at fosun as he will be in the deep do do. Whereas because his amortisation value on the books is probably around the 10/13 million mark now ( possibly even less) if they get 22/23 million for him it will actually represent a decent profit on him, and that's what Jeff needs
Personally I think he’s been sold the emperors new clothes with him the whole transfer smells worse than an Albion fans house! He never wanted to come and doesn’t want to be here, I’m not blaming silva in the slightest I feel a bit sorry for the kid.

This is a tough one Shada because on the one hand £20M plus £4M per annum off the wage bill for a player whose contributed little doesn't sound unreasonable, but on the other we berate them for selling off players too cheaply.

Maybe this is the other side of the 'penny that has allegedly dropped'. Don't sell off so many key players but get more for players they do sell.

I think Wolves still see a lot of potential in Silva and want the most because of it.

He turned down RB Leipzig. He's agreed terms with Roma but they only want to pay £10m and Dortmund have offered £15m with add ons bumping it up to £20m. Wolves want £20m or no deal.

Fans need to remember he scored 10 in a struggling Las Palmas side.
Just turned 23 he is worth £20m with 10-15% he could be worth a fortune in 18 months.
Also scored goals on loan in Europe for Anderlecht and PSV.
Also wasn't awful in first season in prem.
Put Mings on his b-o-t Tom in April 2022.
Dont condone what he has supposedly said but I don't think Bruno or GON got it right either. We were weaker after both managers.

LMW, Wandering I understand what your both saying but if he stays is he going to play. Imo no the PL is to fast and to physical for him take the money and run. Here's more suited to Germany or Italy or Spain that are not so physical.

Not sure how much is left on his contract either. He’ll be going on a free at this rate. Just sell. Get rid. Take the £15M plus £5M in add ons. Negotiate a sell on clause if we are that worried he will eventually come good. Give VP the money to spend and move on. We are staring down the barrel of relegation here guys. Stop effing about and do something before it’s too late.
Actually I fear it already is but at let’s try.

You say just sell 3G Wolf but the stats and the likely clubs suggests you are wrong.
Not saying they should ask for £30m.
My valuation is fair and feel it should be around that.
£20m and 10% sell on value would probably seal it.
Roma offering £11m should be fobbed off.
Regardless of Silva linked with Fofana, Disasi and Jackson this week.
Silva has no correlation to any business being done.
