If the back room staff are just going to be our old players that's just sentiment and not common sense. We are in enough trouble without having inexperienced coaches. Perhaps just preparing for Championship next season. Get the white flag out Jeff!

Lescott has been a coach since 2021 so is qualified.

I'd bring in another ex player in Mike Stowell too.

Lescott had an exceptional playing career, including over 200 appearances for Wolves. 4 years coaching experience with England Under 21s and also the full England squad. He must know a thing or two about the game. If he's prepared to put his reputation on the line by joining Wolves, we may be onto a good thing.

We should be showing more ambition.
Nothing against Edwards or Lescott but they don't scream a path to a brighter future.
Why have Fosun gone quiet time to start explaining what's happened?
And can Shi please step away from football affairs this is a minimum but I would move him on.
