Julen Lopetegui this morning has stopped following Porto on his twitter feed
Trying to find out any scrap of evidence to prove that this takeover is going ahead but idle rumours don't do anyone any favours so best to wait for official confirmation from Wolves.

Agreed. plenty of miss-information being circulated. What is clear Wolves are in a period of non-disclosure, which suggests something is happening!
I think we all hope though this is a new awakening of our great Club and out of the Darkness come a brightly burning light!

Hélder Costa and Pelé, Benfica players who at the time spend lined up in Monaco and Paços de Ferreira, respectively, assigned by the incarnate are, according to A Bola, in the sights of Wolverhampton, English club is preparing a new project to be led by Julen Lopetegui, former coach of FC Porto. Honest opinion guys!
I don't know what to feel so far about Fosun and the direction they intend to go in. To me it seems like they are very oblivious to what it will take to get out of this league with the lack of knowledge of players etc. I keep hearing about Benfica players but surely they need to look outside the box.
Quite frankly the squad we have now is nowhere near good enough for top 2 so to enable us to do this we need to sign 4 TOP players that are literally too good for this league.
Jon Dadi Bodvarsson is a decent player but he's not top notch. Joao Texeira has looked promising, Helder Costa isn't yet fit enough and Silvio is injured.
The likes of Mario Ballotelli, Talisca, Luis Alberto, Sako, Bamford are exactly what i'm suggesting. These players would literally wreak havoc in the Championship and this is what we need.
The next 2 weeks will show us the intentions of Fosun because at the moment i'm totally underwhelmed by what I have seen.
Theres too much mediocrity in that starting 11 to seriously challenge for promotion.

I have to agree. its been very underwhelming to say the least. no proven Championship experience. all this talk of marquee signings. one thing about the Vile. their owner is putting his money where his mouth is while ours is throwing peanuts into the team. very dissapointed if I am honest.

Here is my opinion on Fosun so far without seeming to be moaning.
I like the signing of the 3 portugese players but the appointment of this manager and the signing of this Iceland striker has levelled my optimism out abit.
If Jeff Shi feels that this type of signing is going to get us out of this division he is going to be in for a shock.
To get out of this league you need players of proven quality that are TOP players for the division. With this squad we have zero chance of even challenging.
We need 4 more signings in my opinion and these have GOT to be QUALITY. Proven players of quality that will enable us to challenge.
Not going to moan just yet but these next 4 weeks are crucial.
Quality players cost money so Fosun seriously need to start splashing the cash or I just can't see us challenging

My thoughts exactly. People are understandably positive because there is a new regime but the signings so far whilst decent have only a small chance of success. Fosun are in for a big shock at this rate.

I'm inclined to agree with MATTyG. These guys are largely unproven but I've received good reports on the ex-Benfica guys from a friend who worked there as an analyst. Perhaps bigger names are just around the corner. I believe an obvious leader is key.

With what we have at the moment there is no doubt we will be fighting relegation, the signing of Talisca should it happen will have little or no impact as he will be butchered by the other teams reducers and be lost for the season we need a mixture of ball players and hardened bone heads who can kick us out of this division when the need arises, surely we could afford several seasoned British players who sit between not quite good enough for the prem and too good for the championship for a fraction of some of the other names banded on here which would give us a fighting chance, without these it could be a long season.

Actions speak louder than words and this will ultimatly show what Fosuns intentions are for our club.
The first big statement will be what manager they require. Will they stick with Jackett or will they go for a big name boss which will show the footballing world we mean business.
Then same with the player signings. Will they be average players or quality?!
Id personally love for us to go for Frank De Boer. I would be suprised but this would show we mean business
We will know more on Monday but let's hope it will show ambition for our great club.

This takeover has clearly fell through. Just don't understand why Moxey don't come out and state whether anything is close or not. Surely there's nothing wrong doing that?!
Having a closer look at Guillem Ballagues past tweets on Twitter he does seem to get a lot correct so all I presume is that talks were happening but now its fallen through.
Gutted so hope i'm wrong.
