Hi. Need some advice. I renewed 2 kids and my membership on the 8th June. money left my bank, I've had no confirmation of any kind. Has this happened to anyone else. When are they sending the membership packs out?

I renewed at the end of the season N7wfc. I've had Emailed confirmation packs to be sent out before new season. Nothing arrived yet. My experience over last 2-3 seasons is they're last minute sending. One year I had card at start and the pack in January. Give them a ring with details of payment, they're very nice and will confirm everything I hope.

Hi, we don't normally get much confirmation the money comes out and that's it to until the tickets arrive I think last year it was about a week before the season started
