Sorry to say but our game seemed to slow down in the second half with the introduction of neves, first half we battered Leicester without killing them off with a 2nd goal with high intensity play .

Agree. I hope Lope can get Neves to move the ball forward quicker. We know he is talented but the impetus was lost when he appeared against Leicester. His precise diagonal forward passing seems to be rare now. Mouts is barely fast enough now for the prem. Lemina is a quick and strong workhorse and I hope is fit for tomorrow.
Let’s hope the Molineux effect gets us through against Palace. COYW

Makes complete sense,Bux,especially when Lemina had a dodgy hamstring.Clearly you had your eyes closed for the first twenty odd games.We played OK in the Chelsea and Brentford games against a couple of totally out of form teams and a much bigger sample is needed before making such outlandish statements.

Maybe you think I'm rude and off handed, Rollo but for people to suggest that we are a better team without the player who is head and shoulders our most consistent and best player is, well, quite frankly ridiculous. Fast forward 6 months and I can already hear the moans that we are missing Neves just as we missed Jota who, equally, was derided by some. As I'm sure you are aware, Bux likes to make controversial comments so perhaps I shouldn't snap up the bait. Just like I can't resist when you regularly mention that elusive striker who Man Utd, Chelsea and a host of other clubs are also trying to find.

Football can be all about opinions some you agree with some you don't.
There's a few opinions on here over the years that are totally different to how I see as per norm.
But I've learnt to not let show how frustrating I am to see them.
We played well the 2 games without Neves where most thought we wouldn't and miss Neves too much.
But we didn't and got 6 points.
It's here and now us winning matches that's priority.
The talk all season is that Neves will be leaving us so can see where Bux is coming from.
Also I see where Old Wulf is coming from.
The striker debate is all it is.
We desperately need a striker one that can put chances away.
Yes it's difficult to find them.
Chelsea have Lukaka out on loan and can easily buy a top top striker having spent 600 million since their new owner took charge.
Man utd have Rashford who has scored a hat full since after the world cup.
Also they can easily buy a top top striker.
For us we have to find other avenues like buying the top championship scorers.
Look at olly Watkins for example.
If it was easy for us to of signed a goalscoring striker we would of by now.
But it's fans frustration that drives opinions to get a striker in and I think I should remember that.
This post is my opinion for the better good for myself and others if it works for them as it does myself.

The match tonight imo if lemina is touch and go I would start neves and gomes if lemina is fit and not touch and go I'm happy if it's neves/lemina or lemina/gomes or even all 3 if them.
A win whatever means necessary would see me a very very happy man indeedy.
