So ffp rules have been relaxed it seems to help clubs out during these uncertain times, now don't get excited and think we'll be buying Messi, Ronaldo etc :P
but surely it does open up some great options for us?

The bad thing is it means clubs like Newcastle if and when they get taken over will outspend us.

It might be back to normal by the time Newcastle get taken over.
Think when they do get taken they could well easily be one of our top competitors.

FFP rules will be relaxed slightly. It means that any clubs overspending will have any fine delayed if the owners can't pay it back within the current guidelines. This does not mean that all clubs can spend money cart blanche. It just means that the clubs have longer to sort the outstanding money out or face a fine.
