Just a bit of info.
Wood 27 goals
Abraham 23
Kodija 19
Kermorgant 18
Jerome 16
Assombalonga 14
I would imagine Bonatini if selected will get 14-18 goals this season-he seems a good finisher from the very limited
time I've seen him play (he might get 30.)
Costa and Cav should get 20 between them.
Jota 6-10.
Centre halves 10 between them.
Wing backs 6/ 7.
Subs and other midfielders 15-20
That's around 70 goals or 1.5 a game. if we don't concede we'll win more than we lose.
A "20 goal a season striker" isn't essential in my opinion the way we play.

Sorry Edthewolf1.
It's just seems that those estimates will work if they are at the maximum of the estimates. I don't think they will all finish with those numbers it's just a bit dreamy. Plus I don't trust our youngsters scoring 5-10 goals between (I can see Roman, bright scoring that many) when more experienced players get injuries. Centre halves won't get 10 and subs won't get 15-20 just my opinion though. The stats would confirm my view though I expect.

Cheers rated it was an optimistic acquisition anyways. Albeit I would have reservations about his attitude and it’s interesting Conte isn’t playing him in the league as much.

There are a few strange names been banded about. I trust Nuno and his team to filter through the trash to the gold.

{Ed001's Note - Moses has been injured and only just returned to fitness.}

Hmm excellent if true and would add an extra dimension to the midfield.

In terms of a striker and rwb what do we go for?

Personally I would go for a strong loan signing in one if not both positions if bonatini and jota sign.

In fact I would definitely only get a loan striker unless they could offer more like Caveleiro, jota and bonatini.

Rwb back is tricky as a lot of clubs still play with rb’s.
Maybe a cheeky bid for Moses. Yes a name but a name that still wants to prove himself. And Conte isn’t letting him at the moment. Plus it’s World Cup year next year. or maybe a player is worth been picked up after the success of this summers transfer window.

Neves misses the blues game.
Team to start would be
Bennett coady boly
Doherty N’Diaye Saiss Douglas
Cav bonatini jota
Things to be wary of boga running at Bennett 1 on 1.
N’Diaye over price because he has that cross field pass like Neves to Doherty and he is more physical against those experiences blues players.
I can’t see cotterill setting up like last night. I expect a resilient blues defences with 5 in midfield. With pace down the flanks.

Exquisite. Focus on the next game and find the way through the next team the blues.
I don’t know what sort of player I would sign in January.
A young midfielder that we would definitely need in prem.
and a right wing back similar to Vinagre?
Also signing another striker may cause issues in dressing room we have jota, bonatini, cav, Costa and bright. As well as academy players.
Only way of stopping us in long term injuries and discipline.
